I've been thoroughly impressed with Nutshell, particularly the wealth of learning resources available. As a newcomer to the business world with limited CRM experience, I've found the webinars and supportive staff to be invaluable. Every obstacle I've faced has been easily overcome thanks to their expertise.

The interface is remarkably intuitive, with a clean and navigable display that's perfectly suited for pipeline management, marketing tracking, and client follow-ups. The interface, features and functions are much more intuitive than a certain big-name competitor. Small businesses like ours have neither the budget nor the time to understand how to use overly complicated CRM databases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

On a few occasions, the thing I want to do is not possible. This is rare occurrence, and often there is an alternate solution, but my recent attempts at email broadcasts have failed due to inadequate or improperly set-up DKIM, SPF and/or DMARC credentials. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?

The best CRM products enable you to capture all aspects of a Sale, before, during and after the close. For example, attaching actual Orders and Terms documents, negotiated after the Close.
