Google Docs is still considered the benchmark for live co-editing because it handles simultaneous editing extremely smoothly. https://amongusfree.io

UserEvidence is interesting because it brings external stakeholders (customers) into the process. That’s a different type of collaboration compared to internal content tools.

agree on Canva. One thing we learned is that collaboration breaks down when feedback lives outside the tool. Platforms that keep comments, edits, and versions in one place work much better. these days, even project management tools like Asana help add comment to a content asset, pretty neat

For us Canva’s been the easiest way to get everyone aligned quickly. The mix of templates, brand kits, and real-time editing just makes it really easy for marketing teams to move fast without overthinking it.

Descript works well for our team because it lets us collaborate while creating and editing. Being able to comment, edit transcripts, and tweak content in one place reduces a lot of back-and-forth.

We’ve found that no single tool really does it all, so our setup is more of a mix depending on the task. For our design team, Canva is what we use most for visuals, Descript works well for video, and Slack is where everything gets shared and discussed. It is not a perfect all-in-one system, but that kind of setup has worked better for us than trying to make one tool handle everything.
