Finch takes what used to be a slow, manual, and error-prone process of connecting to payroll systems and makes it seamless. As a small 401(k) recordkeeper, we rely on payroll integrations to keep employee contributions accurate and timely, and Finch handles the complexity in the background so we don’t have to. Most of my frustrations are pretty minor and seem to be actively improving.
