It has the core functions of what an HRIS system is supposed to do, and has some interesting ideas re the reporting function (it doesn't work super well, but the spirit is there). When we'd just started, the team was amazingly supportive in implementation and improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest thing is that it isn't intuitive, from neither user nor admin side, so our staff frequently complain they get "lost" in the system. There are some baffling UX choices, like it's impossible to copy the employee's address from their profile page, or open a new tab.
There are some issues with the system that have been brought up years ago and never resolved - e.g. an option to drag and drop a file to upload it was implemented back in 2024, but never actually worked. It's impossible for managers to see holidays of their team only.
It's a Canadian system, and there are issues with translating it to the UK context - e.g. many terms are hard-coded for the Canadian law, and, even though they can be displayed in UK terms on request, they are impossible to search due to the way the system is programmed. Any implementation outside of Canadian law would require a lot of manual adjustments and then still not function right due to the hard coding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
