Workzoom is people management software that connects HR, payroll, time tracking, and talent development in one platform. It's built for organizations with 50 to 1,500 employees who are tired of juggling multiple systems or outgrowing spreadsheets. Everything runs from one employee record. When you hire someone, their information flows automatically to payroll. When they clock in, their hours sync to their timesheet. When you promote them, every system updates at once. The platform includes four suites you can adopt at your own pace: HR for personnel data, recruiting and onboarding, Payroll for pay processing, expenses, and benefits, Workforce for scheduling, leave managment, and timekeeping, and Talent for performance reviews and learning. Each suite costs $4 per employee per month with no setup fees or long-term contracts. Implementation support is included, and you can cancel anytime. The system works across North America and the Caribbean with full regional payroll compliance.

What do you like best about Workzoom?

I like that the implementation is very low-key and easy going. No pressure added to complete milestones by pre-determined dates. Staff is easy approchable for customization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workzoom?

Although regular meetings are set to discuss progress and issues, I would like to have instant access to my coach when I am stuck in testing certain applications.

I frequently struggle with the application being stalled or doesn't update, which slows me down a bid. Refresh - clear cache - refresh - log out - log on, still not working.... waiting longer ....and so on.... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our organization is implementing Workzoom, and our account reps have been great as we work towards going live. The creation of our sandbox has already led to valuable employee insights and helped us put a smile on employees' faces by being able to recognize service milestones in real time. It isnt an enterprise system so you have to accept that you cant customise everything but in reality there isnt that much that needs customisation. They listen to feedback and are constantly looking at improving functionality Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We didnt have an HR system and therefore has provided a solution for HR and the business that is driving effiiciencies and changing manager / employee behaviours.
