What do you like best about Restaurant365?

Restaurant365 is exceptionally intuitive. Not all restaurant folks are Tim Cook. Some need an interface that's welcoming, not intimidating. That's Restaurant365! It gets you what you need, and if what's available is not a custom fit, their Support Center always has a solution at the ready! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Restaurant365?

The only thing that's missing is the ability to issue purchase orders for non-inventoried items (both goods and services). I know they're working on it, and when the solution comes through, R365 will be even more robust! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Restaurant365?

As a Training & Restaurant Technology Manager overseeing multiple stores, I appreciate how Restaurant365 combines accounting, scheduling, payroll, and inventory into one platform. The ease of integration with our POS and payroll systems cuts down on duplicate work and errors, and the number of features available allows different departments to work within the same system. Once implemented, the ease of use makes it simple for managers to handle day-to-day functions, and the frequency of use across locations ensures consistency and visibility for the whole organization. What do you dislike about Restaurant365?

Implementation takes a lot of work and effort. If you and your team don’t set up a lot during this time, adoption at both the store level and corporate level will be tricky and frustrating. What do you like best about Restaurant365?

I find Restaurant365 to be incredibly effective for managing 20 properties efficiently. Its seamless integration for accounting, purchase orders, recipe management, and inventory management greatly simplifies my tasks. The ability to attend conferences enhances my usage proficiency, and it has been instrumental in identifying operational issues through variance analysis. The system’s restaurant-specific design makes it particularly beneficial and user-friendly for my needs, and its setup process was smooth without major hurdles. What do you dislike about Restaurant365?

What do you like best about Restaurant365?

I appreciate having all my necessities in one place. The amount of information, that can be pulled with one click, I can monitor and oversee more than one thing at a time. User friendly between all stages of computer knowledge. I run more financially stable businesses using this tool. "R365 is the best thing we have done to bring accounting and operations to one system"
What do you like best about Restaurant365?

It used to take us 2-4 weeks to put out financials at the end of a period and we now have one group of our restaurants that can be done within 5 business days (5 locations) of the end of the period and the other majority of our restaurants that is done within 7 business days (41 locations) of the end of the period. Some of this has to do with their period end dates, Sunday or Wednesday, respectively. With having operations and accounting under one system we can get the weekly inventory posted to the P&L the day after the week ends so it is basically instant access to cogs. They also allow for less manual entry on the back end because the operator can enter everything for inventory straight into a system that is keeping costs updated based on our purchases without the manual updates to an Excel spreadsheet. What do you dislike about Restaurant365?

I know it may not seem like it is a big deal as this is usually a big selling point but there are times that immediate access to data isn't as helpful when you have a multi step process to make sure payroll is posted correctly. Or there is adjustments that have to be made to a labor allocation because it wasn't known before payroll was processed and the manager is looking at their P&L and see payroll is posted but then start asking questions while I'm still trying to complete my process. So you end up with questions about something because they looked 5 mins before you completely finished the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Restaurant365?

There are a lot of details to fill in initially and the training from R365 was very generic. It seemed like the training person was ready from a script and any questions outside of that, were not easily answered. There were a few things we asked about and were told the system could not do that. Once we utilized the online support center, we were able to figure it out on our own. The trainer was extremely nice, it just seemed she had not used the system in the capacity we were using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
