What do you like best about Netchex?

I really love Netchex. It's incredible how everything is all in one place, like payroll, HR, reporting, I9, policies, and documents that can be e-signed. They even handle quarterly taxes. The support team is fantastic, especially my own rep, and it's great that they actually listen to their clients. They've been making constant improvements since 2021 based on our feedback. The new features they add definitely make my work life easier. Our employees appreciate being able to access everything from their phones. The time clock geofencing is a neat feature too, ensuring that employees can't clock in from unauthorized locations. The communication during setup was exceptional, and I still remember Gabby from the team who was so helpful. I genuinely rave about Netchex almost daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netchex?

Their AI chat. It's learning, and AI is the future. But it's still new so it's frustrating sometimes so I just ask to speak to a live agent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Netchex?

Customer service is extremely friendly and helpful. You are rarely on hold for very long, if at all. And they never make me feel dumb when I present a simple or repeat question. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate. I used Netchex at a previous employer and was a fan and now am using it again a few years later and am pleased with all their enhancements and improvements. Building your own reports is quick and easy. With other payroll providers building reports is complicated and clunky. What do you dislike about Netchex?

We had trouble getting our taxes set up properly from the beginning. We had been with the same payroll provider for years so we didn't know how specific to be during implementation. What do you like best about Netchex?

I really like the ease of navigation Netchex provides. It makes moving from one area to another on the site simple. When I need help finding something, the navigation help steps you through it, which is super helpful. What do you dislike about Netchex?

The accrual/attendance should be easier for employees to understand. There are options being seen by the employees to choose as a day off like 'vacation' or 'personal' when we don't use that; we only use 'PTO' and 'Unpaid time.' What do you like best about Netchex?

I use Netchex for payroll, time cards, sending company-wide notifications, and managing PTO. I find the self-service tools great as they reduce questions from employees by tracking PTO efficiently. I love the customizability and find it easy to use. The custom reports are great, saving me time and providing the exact results I need without any unnecessary information. What do you dislike about Netchex?

Some employees have app glitches where things won't load sometimes. Additionally, it sometimes incorrectly states that employees are out of the building when they are actually inside. I really like how centralized and intuitive Netchex is for managing payroll and employee data. It's very convenient to do everything in one system, like processing payroll and updating employee profiles, without needing to jump to different platforms. Customer support hasn’t been great in the past. I’ve had to rely on email or chat boxes to get help, rather than having an account manager I can call and speak with directly. It has improved slightly, but support is still two time zones away from me, so when I need something urgently, there have been times I haven’t been able to get it. What do you like best about Netchex?

I appreciate that Netchex has streamlined the onboarding process by eliminating the need for sending out tons of paperwork for new hires. I love the easy access to information in the Knowledge Center which makes finding solutions quick and efficient. The ability to submit tickets quickly and have them addressed promptly is fantastic. Customer Service is top-notch and always very helpful and available when needed, and I never have to wait long for a response, which is awesome. What do you dislike about Netchex?

Accruals need some work. It would help if the accruals would reflect the correct hours available regardless of being in the pay period that an accrual is set to renew. If someone has an anniversary date during the current pay period, the accrual plans will not show the new amount of hours available until after the payroll closes. This confuses the employees and HR is always having to investigate, answer questions regarding the discrepancy, and follow up to make sure the accrual is reflecting the correct hours after payroll has been processed.
