
I appreciate that Netchex has streamlined the onboarding process by eliminating the need for sending out tons of paperwork for new hires. I love the easy access to information in the Knowledge Center which makes finding solutions quick and efficient. The ability to submit tickets quickly and have them addressed promptly is fantastic. Customer Service is top-notch and always very helpful and available when needed, and I never have to wait long for a response, which is awesome. The tutorials and on-demand trainings are also very helpful when I need a quick solution to a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Accruals need some work. It would help if the accruals would reflect the correct hours available regardless of being in the pay period that an accrual is set to renew. If someone has an anniversary date during the current pay period, the accrual plans will not show the new amount of hours available until after the payroll closes. This confuses the employees and HR is always having to investigate, answer questions regarding the discrepancy, and follow up to make sure the accrual is reflecting the correct hours after payroll has been processed.
