What do you like best?

The upsides to ADP Comprehensive Services is a dedicated support team with a Relationship Account Manager. Additionally, the Comprehensive Services' Employee Service Center provides immediate support when our dedicated team is not available. Comprehensive Services offers integrated solution for Payroll, Benefits and HR Services. We really appreciate the confidence in the ADP Compliance Team to keep us up to date in our compliance reporting to federal, state and local jurisdictions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Comprehensive Services has made Benefits Enrollments effortless. The ADP Carrier Connection has simplified the reporting of employee Benefite Enrollments to our insurance carriers. I have confidence that the Benefits Compliance Reporting with ACA and Form 1095-C has impacted me with little review and use of my time. The ADP ACA Dashboard is a time lifesaver for me and my company. As an HR Practitioner, the Benefits Compliance and the ease of HR Reporting facilitates my internal reporting needs very effectively. When we first onboarded with ADP 4 years ago, we were simply just looking for a better payroll and benefits platform. What we got was much, much more. Our goals were originally to find a comprehensive payroll and benefits platform. ADP continues to add value and services to the Comprehensive Services package. Everything is user-friendly (for the most part) and designed to enhance both employer and employee experience. Recent additions like Data Cloud analytics, PayScale salary comparisons, and compliance training through Skillsoft have been great adds that provide a lot of value. What do you like best?

Since adding ADP 4 years ago, we continue to be impressed that ADP employs very knowledgeable professionals. They stay on top of compliance issues - being a human Resources department of one, this is critical for our company. Their WorkforceNow platform is easy to use and program, and their services in Comp Services are growing rapidly. I like that our company was part of a beta testing group for Rave Rewards, an employee engagement, recognition, and reward platform that will be rolled out to Comp Services member soon. What do you dislike?

ADP Comprehensive services are a little pricey, but all things considering, the benefit is worth it. We've had continual problems speaking to our dedicated representatives too, but we still always manage to speak to someone else who can assist us with our problems. We value that our relationship manager is local and makes it a point to speak to us monthly, and visit us annually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Keep in contact with your Relationship Manager often, and hold them accountable to the promises they (and their salespeople) offer. Ask to demo EVERYTHING! and also sign up to be a beta tester on any new Comp Services offering - gives you the change to give invaluable feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized?

We have solved issues from basic payroll functions (administering our companies 409A deferred compensation plan), to updating handbooks, job descriptions (complete with salary bands courtesy of Comp. Services PayScale data), and are just now beginning to use Data Cloud data to better analyze our workforce. They help with hiring decisions and make onbaording a breze. What do you like best?

It is great having a designated contact within ADP that we know will be able to get in touch with, and because they've been working with our team for a while, they're familiar with our business and the specific setup of our system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Certain aspects of the system don't allow for much customization, which is frustrating. Additionally, certain vendors aren't as compatible with ADP, despite being advertised by ADP as a specific partner. Certain things that we'd like to flow between the two systems (ADP and another vendor) don't actually go over, which requires additional manual work by us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A big problem that ADP Comprehensive Services has helped us solve is setting up our benefit plans and having a system for open enrollment. We work with the benefits team to get our plans built out, and then they're put into a wizard and employees go through step-by-step to elect what they need. Sometimes the confusion between ADP acronyms and common terms assumed and/or that as the client, I know what to ask for, services , products, or options. Best Practice strategies and suggestions would help any client and especially when "I don't know what I don't know" like in recent EDI Carrier Connections enhancements and not ever changing any plans or vendors; need ADP expertise coaching and direction to successfully map out the project. What do you like best?

What I like most about ADP Comp Service is the wholeness of the system. It is integrated with our payroll, benefits, and legal compliance. I like our relationship managers and there are a lot of features within the portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

What I dislike about ADP Comp Service is the frequent updating of the portal sections. Sometimes they are small tweaks to the sections, sometimes a whole renovation where it feels like I am having to re-train myself on where everything is located. The implementation part felt very pressured to finish on their deadline and in the end, we still haven't fully implemented. Lastly, the training classes are a mess and it's hard to schedule a course. Each presenter of a webinar course has their own program they like to use to view the course and it's not consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
