What do you like best about PeopleForce?

I really like the convenient structure, the automation of key HR processes, and the fact that PeopleForce makes it easy to manage vacations, timesheets, documents, and communication with the team. What do you dislike about PeopleForce?

There are a few technical aspects that could be improved. For example, when editing the holiday calendar, deleting a holiday sometimes redirects the view to the previous year, which is inconvenient. What do you like best about PeopleForce?

I can now confidently say that we are using this system at 90-95% capacity. The HR department uses People Force daily in their work, and it has already become an integral part of managing all operational tasks.

What we use functionally:

1) Administration of all employee data (personal documents, different agreements/contracts, compensation, presence of children, corporate equipment, so on)

2) Leave tracking

3) Automated HR workflows (for onboarding and offboarding)

4) Pre-boarding forms that are automatically sent to newcomers before they start.

In People Force we are launching a Performance Review cycle, which is an annual process for our company. The manager provides feedback to the employee based on Roosh competencies, and the employee also evaluates themselves according to the same set of competencies. Thanks to People Force, this process is much less energy-consuming for the HR department, as the main task is to initiate the cycle for employees and then analyze the results. It's also convenient for employees because: 1) it's fast 2) it's automated, and 3) they receive a detailed report with evaluations and areas for improvement.

Quite recently, we tested conducting 1-1 meetings through People Force, and it turned out to be a very convenient and automated tool. I especially like that there is an option to take private notes, as well as record agreements after the meeting, which are visible to all participants. And a special thank you for the synchronization with Google Calendar.

My overall impression of PeopleForce has been very positive. In terms of customer support, I’ve found their team to be highly responsive and proactive. Whether it's answering questions or providing technical support, they’ve been quick to address any concerns, which has helped ensure smooth implementation and usage.

I also really appreciate how they keep us informed whenever new features are released. This regular communication allows us to stay up-to-date and immediately take advantage of new tools that enhance our workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PeopleForce?

1. Customer service quality - Anatolii Shpak is one of the best supporters, always helpful, he never left me with my many questions and his troubleshooting skills are exceptional. His kindness, understanding our company needs are on the top-notch level.

2. Interface - very smooth and quite intuitive.

What do you dislike about PeopleForce?

1. Very bad kudos system.

2. There is room for improvement regarding communication features. Specifically, the inability to mention people in comments, like comments, or use emojis is missing. This functionality would be a huge asset in making People Force a true platform for internal communication and user engagement. At present, it primarily serves as a system for managing benefits and time-off.

What do you like best about PeopleForce?

We are still in the implementation phase due to the complexity of processes being transferred to the new system. It’s been 1+ year of close collaboration since our first contact. I plan to share another review after the release and stabilization phase with feedback from administrators and end-users. For now, a few major benefits of working with PeopleForce stand out:

1) Client focus. From the very first call, PeopleForce stood out among the 35 HRMS systems we evaluated. Zamir Suyarov impressed us by quickly understanding our business needs and complexity, and by consistently championing our interests within PeopleForce, he ensured every further meeting stayed sharp and centered on our key pain points.

2) Support and collaboration. We have received outstanding support from Igor Vtorykh, Hanna Polynkevych, Anna Soloviova, Mariia Fomenko and Simon Curd. They have helped us understand and expand the system’s capabilities, develop new features, consult on process flows, and localize HR practices. PeopleForce was also the only vendor with expertise (as a service) in the countries where we operate.

3) Process optimization. With our complex processes requiring flexibility, we requested several critical features, some of which have already been released. Some positive constraints encouraged us to redesign and simplify workflows, leading to significant improvements in areas such as document flow, pre-boarding, and onboarding.

4) Growth partnership. We view PeopleForce as more than a vendor. We contribute to the product roadmap, share business scenarios from IT services, and fully support their continued growth and success.

After analyzing the market, I can say that very few low-code or no-code systems can effectively support companies with over 2-3K contractors/employees. Based on our experience so far, PeopleForce is among the strongest options we’ve seen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PeopleForce has been incredibly helpful in solving the key challenges HR teams face when scaling a business: bringing order to chaos, automating processes, setting up clear policies, and much more. Our team is also very happy with the platform and has shared a lot of positive feedback.

PeopleForce is a platform that really simplifies daily HR work and helps you focus on what matters most. What I appreciate most:

A convenient absence accounting system — it’s easy to submit, approve, and monitor vacations, sick leave, and other types of absences, all with maximum transparency for the team.

Setting tasks and goals — you can clearly set goals, track progress, and synchronize them with the company’s overall goals.

Information about colleagues in one place — employee profiles, contacts, team structure — everything is accessible and up-to-date.

Convenient recruiting — the ability to manage all stages of personnel selection in the system: vacancies, candidates, reviews, statuses — everything is under control.
