**What do you like best about Omni HR?**

I really like that Omni HR brings everything into one place—employee data, payroll, leave attendance, and performance management all within a single system. Having a single source of employee data and the ability for employees to self-update their details are standout features. I appreciate how it generates payslips instantly and makes it easy to retrieve or view leave balances. With Omni HR, HR stops being a bottleneck and becomes more of a support function instead of a gatekeeper.

**What do you dislike about Omni HR?**

I'm missing 'everyday' features like no bulk actions for certain tasks like sending docs to many employees at once. Certain workflows still require manual steps. Some features feel basic and not fully mature, like advanced workflows or reporting, which may require workarounds.

**What problems is Omni HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Omni HR creates a single source of employee data, allows self-updating, generates payslips instantly, and simplifies leave balance viewing. It consolidates everything into one system, transforming HR from a bottleneck to a support function.

**What do you like best about Omni HR?**

I like the fact that I can get calendar access through Omni HR. It helps us in tracking projects more in-depth with sub-steps and things. Being able to always see the HR data inside our own app helps the producer manage staff better. The URL sharing feature is pretty straightforward, making it easier to work with.

**What do you dislike about Omni HR?**

I see a little discrepancy between the web and the app itself. The automatic time clock works on the app only when it's on, but if it's not on, it doesn't work on the app, which is a bit sad. I contacted people about this issue about six or seven months ago, and they said it could be something to look at. However, six months later, I haven't seen any updates.

**What problems is Omni HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Omni HR to manage time and collect data for analysis, enhancing tracking and project management with calendar access.

I like how Omni HR helps organize HR processes efficiently through workflows and task automation. It’s easy to use and helps save time for recurring tasks.

**What do you dislike about Omni HR?**

So far, I haven’t encountered major issues, but there is still room for improvement in workflow customization and user experience.

Omni HR helps simplify HR Operations by organizing workflow, which makes my work faster and more efficient

**What do you like best about Omni HR?**

The features, such as expense tracking and performance reviews, are useful. The Omni support team will respond to our inquiries, including follow-ups, and provide clear answers or advice.

**What do you dislike about Omni HR?**

It is not that I dislike the current system; however, it would be better if there were some improvements. For example, employees profiles could be accessed via mobile, the People Team would be able to quickly contact an employee’s emergency contact in cases such as an accident after working hours. This would be especially helpful given that we operate a 24/7 support shift.

**What problems is Omni HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Regular updates on government policies, such as PERKESO and tax changes, as well as responsive and user-friendly Omni support for non-payroll HR personnel when they have payroll-related inquiries.

i cant add nick name for each employee. In Viet Nam we have lot of people with same full names. Our Vietnamese employees have their english names and they wont show in Omni

Omni helped me to upload pay slips.

**What do you like best about Omni HR?**

I like that Omni HR is simple to use. The price is competitive, which is a big plus for me. The customer service is excellent; they are very responsive and always get back to us within twenty four hours whenever we raise an issue.

**What do you dislike about Omni HR?**

The functions are a little simple at the moment, which are fine right now, but I foresee as we scale, we would need more complex functions which Omni HR needs to roll out in the near future.

Omni HR speeds up payroll processing and streamlines onboarding and offboarding, making these tasks more efficient.

**What do you like best about Omni HR?**

We appreciate OmniHR team who are very clear and transparent discussing what the product can do and cant do (at the moment). The system's interface is very intuitive and highly customizable - any employee data we wanna add or remove, we can do. The automated workflows also save us time and have reduced human errors. The Reports and Analytics are very useful and customizable.

Overall, Its user-friendly interface, automation capabilities, reporting tools, and exceptional customer support make it stand out above other providers.

**What do you dislike about Omni HR?**

We are looking forward to more feature upgrade for Payroll and Expense modules. But we have seen how the system has developed and continuously developing based on their customer's feedback and need.

**What problems is Omni HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OmniHR has been instrumental in optimizing our HR processes, increasing efficiency, and enhancing overall employee experience.

**What do you like best about Omni HR?**

OmniHR is a great product that is supported by an excellent support team. Brian and Joe have been really gone out of their way to help us set up the system and ensured that our issues are swifted addressed.

**What do you dislike about Omni HR?**

The expenses module is great, but can be better with additional features. We made the request and Brian & team got back to us with a timeline for implementation shortly after, which is amazing!

**What problems is Omni HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OmniHR automates and streamlines our onboarding, time-off management, claims, payroll and performance review. This in-turn creates more space and time for us to focus on our core duties and other projects worry-free.

Surprisingly powerful and easy to use system with tons of functionalities.
Some of their main modules are even free like the Assets & Inventory one which is great for keeping a track of what company assets were provided to what employee.

The excellent services provided by Brian and Randianto. They are quick in response and always gave their best to resolve our issues on platform. The team even improved the platform to cater our requirements. It was amazing! Thanks Omni team!

So far there is no problem faced using the Omni Platform.

Omni has created a payroll function on the platform which the team can easily retrieve their payslips every month.

**What do you like best about Omni HR?**

It was really effective in ensuring we automated our entire onboarding session. It was such an easy platform to navigate around and saved us a lot of time in ensuring that documents will sent to employees on time with out any delay. It was helpful in keeping track of what is done and not done for the employee. Definitely enjoy my experience with Omni.

To have more features which I believe they are looking to improve and have added on.

It help us save so much time in our onboarding process ane ensure everything was implemented immediately. It also help us track details easily.

Omni HR offers solutions we didn't know we needed- onboarding and follow-up automation! On top of that, our pre and after-sales experience is one of a kind!

**What do you dislike about Omni HR?**

Maybe the limitations of a product that was just launched and being developed. Though it is also a plus side since this is a stage where they can gather user feedback that would help in product development.

Automation of HR processes. Automation saves us time and lets us focus on tasks that needs more attention.
