They missed deadlines and we received fines for those tax liabilities that they refused to pay. They even withheld our tax documents after we ended the relationship with them. ### 5. At least up to the website standards. Many of the functions on mobile are not as good as the website. **Recommendations to others considering UZIO Payroll & HR:** Easy to use, saves our company a ton of money and we love the experience so far! **What problems is UZIO Payroll & HR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our HR department needed to be revamped. This program has made the transition for us. We are now much improved with payroll, taxes, and the onboarding process, and handling necessary documentation. We don't have any problems with UZIO. I think you will be please to learn that over the course of the next 3 - 6 months, we are going to introduce a lot of enhancements to the mobile app to allow you to conduct HR/Payroll related functions on the phone app itself. With regards to W2's, those should have been mailed as well as posted on the Employee portal itself. Anything mailed would be done on the basis of what was on file as your home address with your employer at the time, and if you are having trouble accessing this we recommend you reach out to the employer administration that is sponsoring UZIO or your Broker contact and they can work with us directly on this. Being a newer company, there are some growing pains still. They bend over backwards to figure out solutions to any problems, and have been very proactive in making improvements. However, this is improving as they improve. Have had zero problems navigating to areas in which I'm looking to take on certain tasks. The dashboard has all the actions and information that I need. I've come across other HR software that aren't user-friendly and make it tricky to find pay stubs or other documents. The "Your Action Needed" area is great to easily find things to take care of right when I login. **What do you dislike about UZIO Payroll & HR?** One area of other HR softwares that I loved, which UZIO doesn't offer is the ability to see how much time I will have off in the future. For instance, if I want to take PTO 6 months from now, I'd like the ability to see how much anticipated PTO I will have by then. **What problems is UZIO Payroll & HR solving and how is that benefiting you?** My benefits for medical. Super easy and intuitive to find what I owe or what a prescription or office visit will cost me. One advantage I've realized is the work holiday calendar. It allows you to view employee's birthdays and handle any internal HR questions via the application. I love Uzio because I feel appreciated and I know if I ever have any questions I can get in touch with my dedicated contact immediately instead of waiting on hold for a random customer service rep for 45 minutes to and hour. **What problems is UZIO Payroll & HR solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can run payroll in less than 10 minutes now. I'm saving time and that's valuable. The simplicity of entering or terminating employees is also very intuitive and saves time. ### 26. It is nice that I can find all of the info I need in one place. **What do you dislike about UZIO Payroll & HR?** The thing i dislike most is there is no feature on the website to see timeclock information. Using my phone is nice but it an online feature would be great. As well I do not like that you cannot see the exact time that you clocked in at until after you have clocked out. There needs to be a way to see what time you clocked in with each log before you are cloked out. As well so far I have not seen a way to make notes on old logs if something is incorrect. **What problems is UZIO Payroll & HR solving and how is that benefiting you?** As i am not an adimistator simply a user I am unaware of this. **Official Response from Uzio Team:** > Thank you for your constructive feedback. No feedback email is sent by the system when a time-off request is approved; have to keep logging into the system to check. The website is not mobile-friendly, cannot access all features (time off requests) by logging in on iPhone browsers. The app store indicates that you can view features using the app, such as pay stubs, but those modules apparently must be purchased separately.
