Apex is a highly adaptable and configurable software system that's easy to use and powerful. The software powers all aspects of our business, driving leads with measurable conversion values and attribution workflows. The integration works really well

**What do you dislike about Apex?**

The system can be complicated to use. Once you're used to it, it's however easy and logical to understand.

**What problems is Apex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apex is solving our attribution workflow issues, unlocking new opportunities to measure campaign success and partnership acquistions.

**What do you like best about Apex?**

Robust security-It works with Salesforce's secure environment,benefiting from built-in security features like user permissions and data sharing settings.
Scalability-Apex code is designed in a way that it works efficiently in multi tenant architecture
Integration with Salesforce- APEX is perfectly integrated with Salesforce,allowing developers to access and manipulate the date easily.
Community-Apex has strong and large community allowing the learners to have huge resource availability.

**What do you dislike about Apex?**

Limited environment - Apex can only be used with Salesforce environment, which limit the flexibility.
Cost - Salesforce licensing is expensive,while APEX is powerful tool, the overall cost is too much to bear.
Complex debugging- Debugging the APEX code is complex thing especially for large applications.

**What problems is Apex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration-Apex provides good flexibility in integration with external systems via SOAP or RESTFUL  web sevices.
Automated processes-Apex automates tasks like sending notifications,updating related records, performs calculation which leads to less manual effort.
Data manipulation-Provides the ability to create,delete,update and query the Salesforce records.

Apex is good CMR with an all-in-one feature! I like that it can be used for reminders, alerts, renewal, sales, and everything in between!

**What do you dislike about Apex?**

Can be not user friendly at first but once you get the hang of APEX it amazing!

They have a suggestion box and hardly ever goes down which is amazing!

Easily accessible, understandable, easy procedures to thread together multiple transaction statements on a database server in a similar way.

In some cases it becomes difficult to understand the reason behind developing certain applications.

Perform complex business processes that Flow Builder doesn't support.

I really love how easy it is to implement Apex, how easy it is to understand the insights provided and how well the client success team supports me trough the entire process.

**What do you dislike about Apex?**

I wish our company was bigger so that we could use all of the great features Apex has.

**What problems is Apex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apex is helping us quantify our customers' emotional connections to brands as well as raising the most important aspects of our customer journey that we can action on to deepen loyalty and engagement.
