What do you like best about Zoho Payroll?

The best thing I like about Zoho payroll, it is easy to onboard new employees on our company profile.We can check history of employees, all the data is easily available. We used it for month to month payroll processing and pay slip generation. We used it for around 8 months. The customer support is also friendly they help us if we have any issues. Zoho Payroll is great and easy platform to use. The software allow automatic tax & salary calculation with every less human interferance.

The processes are to lengthy. Please increase more customer support. most of the time I raise the query and it's overlooks or not answered. We are a potential customer to Zoho Payroll, atleast the processes should be explained to us. No option to edit basic historical changes like 'employee exit details', after a month.
