Too Complex of a system- Pre processing reports incomplete on total cash needs, Attendance in separate program cumbersome and unweildy.

**What do you like best about Insperity?**

I like Insperity for their continuous innovation and the ease of access that they provide. Their customer service is friendly and offers great clarity when I reach out. They are very organized, making things simple, and they clearly value how a job should be done properly. The ease of accessibility and customer service are aspects I appreciate most. I also value their approach with technology and accessibility, which is always moving forward.

**What do you like best about Insperity?**

I find Insperity valuable for providing more affordable benefits, helping us maintain our cost basis while offering greater benefits to our employees. I appreciate their support on payroll and their regular availability to answer compliance and HR questions. They also have their own proprietary software to manage employees, which I find useful.

I find their pricing overly complicated.

I use Insperity for more affordable benefits, allowing us to maintain costs while offering greater benefits to employees. They provide payroll support and are regularly available for compliance and HR questions.

They appear to be large enough to build teams of experts - reliable subject matter experts are valuable where so much of the nonprofit landscape struggles with capacity and cross functional roles.  The assigned rep does a nice job of connecting the client to the individual teams.

Learning the tools and developing familiarity with systems -- ex. how the premier platform integrates but is different than ITA.

It is worth exploring; depending on what you need, they will likely have the support.

The Premium system sometimes is not quite intuitive, but that's not a big problem. We learn and remember the paths.

The response time is sometimes slow.  Some representatives are amazing, others are lacking.

If you want hands off HR, insperity is the best choice.

Insperity is great for hands off PEO.  They handle everything from company tax payments to benefits to retirement.

The user portal is seems to be all encompassing. No need to access multiple sights.

I'm not a fan of the reporting module, I don't feel like it is intuitive.

The team with dedicated resources to each and every aspect of HR compliance and payroll for the business.

No downsides on insperity's side. Legally MD based businesses cannot use the insurance portion since we are less than 50 employees.

Choose a bigger more established PEO like Insperity because it was save you the legal and compliance headaches in the future.

The ability to expand in many states without taking on the compliance and legal risk for not undertsanding it all.

Having a PEO has reduced my workload and my stress, I'm so grateful for their expertise.

Expert advise on all aspects of running my business- HR rules, payroll regulations, time off policies, employee handbooks.... Also great processing of payroll, health insurance options and a great platform for me and my employees to see info in one place.

The relationships that I have developed with my team. I trust them to meet our companies needs, but also really enjoy collaborating with them.

Premier can be very clunky to use at times.

I work very closely with my Insperity team and that is priceless. When comparing PEO's, look into how much you will be working with a human being versus an AI based platform. It really does matter and Insperity's personal touch gives me a lot of confidence as I walk through my day.

Whether I'm working with Insperity as the company administrator or as an employee, I always receive great service!

As someone who works for a small organization, Insperity has been so helpful in regard to explaining benefits and helping to navigate challenging situations. I would recommend them.

Insperity, specifically Andrell, has been extremely helpful in assisting me with parental leave. Having someone to help me understand what is available to me and help me through each step has made the process much less stressful.

I'm able to contact them and the problem be handled promptly.

**What do you dislike about Insperity?**

I don't like the health insurance. I've become more health conscious and I'm limited with the coverage.

Insperity is a great company to use when dealing with W-2, W-4, direct deposit, 401K. My only feedback would be the insurance. If Insperity could get insurance that covers weight management and bariatric that would be what would take them to 100% in my book!

Direct deposit. The representative handled my situation quickly and efficiently. I appreciate that she was able to help me and not have to transfer me to several people.

Running payroll through the platform is relatively straightforward, which helps as we have a small team there.

**What do you dislike about Insperity?**

The platform itself would benefit from some updates, it's slow to load and can be hard to find the things that you need (eg documents, employee information).
I'd also love more integrations to other commonly-used software, like HRISs and accounting software so we can support expenses through the platform.

Enabling us to hire across the US to broaden our reach to customers in different timezones

I love the user-friendly dashboards, with information that’s easy to find.

At first, I had account access issues. I guess you could say I don’t like that you have to register separately for each platform, but I can understand why each one is kept separate.

**Recommendations to others considering Insperity:**

Insperity Retirement Services is very informative and transparent. If you want full access to your retirement funds through a friendly, easy-to-use GUI, I’d recommend Insperity.

Insperity is making it easier for me to manage my retirement funds. Everything I need to know—or want to know—is clearly displayed on the screen, and the experience is user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Insperity?**

If they do not do all areas of HR, then they cannot provide guidance.  Recently asked a question regarding the SOS codes, and was told they can't answer questions becasue they don't have job descriptions, or we do our own.  When I call to inquire on a problem I get more from the HR person than we do with our payroll specialist.  I am not sure I have even spoken with the new client liaison.

Just know if you do any part of the HR function, they will not be willing to assist in some areas.

Insperity provides a great support team to help with any questions you have.

To finalize payroll, it takes a lot of steps. There are a lot of approvals and verifications to finalize it. Extra checking is great but it's a little extensive.

Also it's a little pricey.

It's great to have multiple human resources aspects is one location. Also the support team is great!

It was very challenging for me to sign up for health insurance. It took four phone calls and several emails, and there was a breakdown within Insperity while getting my platform set up.

Inspire is an excellent, intuitive platform that’s easy to use and makes it simple to navigate my financial platform.

I find Insperity helpful with payroll and providing good benefits. What stands out the most for me is their customer service, which I found to be the best. They are quick to respond, and I remember an instance where she guided me through adding my child to my insurance, sharing her screen and walking me through the process. **What do you like best about Insperity?**

The communication with the specialist in each department. I have worked with the HR department and Payroll side and both of the primary contacts on out accounts are great at answering our questions and concerns.

**What do you dislike about Insperity?**

The Insperity portal can sometimes be difficult to use. certain pages aren't very user friendly.

**What problems is Insperity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Insperity helps us with our Payroll and has made the process easy and smooth. They are always very responsive.

I find it easy to access health insurance information with Insperity. I appreciate their expertise, which makes it easy to get answers. It's also easy to contact someone over the phone, and the service is friendly and easy to use. Overall, there was nothing I would change as it was great.

I find the time clock feature valuable. I think it's a neat program, though I'm just new to it. I like the ability to be on my mobile site, my mobile phone.

Everyone I have interacted with via Zoom, phone, or email, has been kind, caring, and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Insperity?**

I cannot think of what I dislike about Insperity - as a remote business, they satisfy our needs well!

**What problems is Insperity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a small company without a robust HR department. Insperity helps us from A to Z of an employee’s lifecycle, is on hand to answer really unique one-off questions. We couldn’t do the day to day without Insperity!

State tax filings and access to cheaper health insurance premiums.

**What do you dislike about Insperity?**

Payroll processing and onboarding. I wish this was something Insperity could fully handle directly. We still spend a lot of time on payroll and onboarding.

**Recommendations to others considering Insperity:**

Just do it. You won’t regret it on the long-run. If you have multi-state clients this is a no-brainer.

State tax filings and compliance is out main reason why we love Insperity. They take care of it.

we're always compliant and don't need to worry about missing changes to labor laws that could negatively impact business and our employees.

**What do you dislike about Insperity?**

Cannot integrate our existing 401K Plan since we work with a financial institution outside of Insperity's network.

Being a business in CA is tricky, especially with the ever-changing labor laws. Insperity is a great partner to make sure we cover our bases.
