Help is available when needed. We are always in constant communications if there are any issues. I like how we have an account manager that helps guide us. Working with Skaud has allowed us to expand our company into international grounds without having to manage some critical local HR components, hence allowing us to be able to focus on our clients and buiding stronger relationships with our employees. **What do you dislike about Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad + Boundless)?** The onboarding process didn't allow us to send out an offer (which may or may not be accepted) prior to the deposits even though the employee may not even start for another 2 months. The ACH for initial payment takes too long. There isn't a form in which the employee can fill out with their preliminary information such as an application. Would be nice to have the employement application in place and information automatically transfered into the portal so that the user doesn't have to retype everything. Essentially you must have to already pick the person you want to hire, negotiate your rate, get their information yourself prior to starting your process with Skuad. **What problems is Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad + Boundless) solving and how is that benefiting you?** Skuad has allow us to be able to expand internationally and wean off the reliance from direct vandors, hence saving money on additional fees that would have been charged to us.
