Having my own Represenative that was at my fingertips at all times and very knowledgeable for all my needs. My represenative was so very helpful with implementing all data. The customer support amazed me, due to the fact that we had our first advisory/sales person and then our implementing rep that helped me with learning the features of the software. I find the software not very user friendly, but learning new software is always a difficult in the beginning. I have only been using the company for 3 pay periods. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The thing that I like best about Inova is that there are so many options availabe for reporting. I was able to take all of my Excel documents that I was using to track my employee information and put it into one spot that is easily accessible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the downsides to Inova is that unless you work with their workmans comp companies, you have to input my Workmans comp information into a separate software manually. They do have a report that can be pulled and import though, so it isn't all that bad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have been using Inova for several years and have never been disappointed. Our rep, Patti, answers the phone in half a ring—literally! We always know that if she doesn't pick up, she's either out of the office or at lunch. The entire team is incredibly fast and helpful.
Recently, as we transitioned to a new accounting person, the team at Inova was extremely supportive, explaining processes to us and jumping in quickly when we needed assistance. They also worked seamlessly with us during our transition to a new investment company.

I love how using all the modules offered have taken so much work off my plate. The automation from the ATS, to the onboarding to the Performance reviews. It is simply amazing what a full HRIS system can do for us. The icing on the cake is having your personal contact that can help with any problem I am having or not even a problem but touching something only once a year and not remembering where to go or how to get the system to do what I need. I could go on for an hour on the good things Inova has done for ERISA and me. The original implementation was a little rocky, but you were rushed to start when we requested. I do not like the ticketing system. That would be the one thing I would like to see changed. If there was at least a link to the original email I sent that would be fantastic. It is like reading a snap chat where the original message dissapears. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've never received client support from an HRIS vendor like I do from Inova, and I've worked with a few of them! Inquiries are tracked effectively and responded to promptly. Tickets aren't closed until a question/problem is truly resolved. Support is available readily by phone when needed to resolve tricky issues.
