What do you like best about Amplify HR?

Amplify has been a pleasure to work with from implementation and integration through everyday ongoing experiences. Every person has been knowledgeable and professional that I have interacted with in every department. It is never an easy process to move to a new PEO but this was a very smooth transition and I find the Amplify staff the best I have ever worked with. I always feel like I have a resource and all the support I would ever need. I do not feel there is anything more I need than all the services they offer me. The time and labor dashboard is an easy tool that gives me full visibility into my employees time allocation, time card and so much more. Everything is right at my fingertips. There is never a day where I am not in the Amplify platform multiple times throughout the day. I highly recommend Amplify over any other PEO, in fact, I already have recommended them to a business advisor and he moved his entire company over after I could not stop raving! What do you dislike about Amplify HR?

There is not one thing that I dislike about Amplify. My experience has been amazing and I have dealt with many other very well known PEO's

What do you like best about Amplify HR?

What do you dislike about Amplify HR?

Overall I wish the user portal was more user friendly and easy to read info. For example, it is difficulty to read and interpret your PTO dashboard. Every time I got there I have to figure out what I'm looking, how it is displayed, etc. It doesn't always show your upcoming PTO requests when it should. What do you like best about Amplify HR?

Amplify HR empowers our organization to be efficient and have the latest HR updates at our finger tips. The system is extremely user friendly and can be easily customized to fit our needs. What do you dislike about Amplify HR?

The only dislike I would list about Amplify HR is the calculation of our PTO balance. I find the main screen does not always match the timesheet screen. I also wish it could more accurately forecast PTO accounting for accruals and planned days off. But no other complaints! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Amplify HR?

What has impressed me the most is the long-term consistency of support from mostly the same key people over seven years. Answers from their team come quickly. What do you dislike about Amplify HR?

As an owner, the online administrator experience could use a GUI upgrade. Some of the reporting tools are hard to understand to gather the data I am looking for and the management of the PTO isn't quite clear, so I have to ask our customer representative for help. What do you like best about Amplify HR?

It's easy to access my benefits, documents, and employment records, and have my questions answered quickly by someone in my time zone. The website is easy to navigate and find the records that I need. Amplify HR is quick to address my HR-related questions and website issues. What do you like best about Amplify HR?

It allows our small company to have a full HR team easily. The website and app are very user friendly. I can add time off, download previous tax forms and paystubs, see and choose benefits easily all in one place. When I had an issue with medical insurance, I had our rep help with just one email. What do you like best about Amplify HR?

I use Amplify's web platform on a nearly daily basis. I like that I can see my history of pay, W2s, taxes, other deductions etc. The sign up process for healthcare elections is also rather simple and easy. I like the connection to my Slavic 401k account as well.

What do you dislike about Amplify HR?

The Time Entry Dashboard is rather confusing and cumbersome to navigate, and at times even redundant which leads to uncertainty on the user's end. The categories for "My Hours" is challenging to interpret. I also desire a more straightforward way to request time off. Also, I do not like that I am not able to view previously approved timecards.

Under Performance Management, in the performance appraisal section, Id like to see more of a sliding scale for supervisor/employee ratings of expectations.

The Prism app is also tricky to navigate. I found I was not able to use the app because when trying to enter information in my timecard, various windows or dialogue boxes would overlap and prevent me from entering and saving data.

In addition, when I went on short term disability, I found Unum to be profoundly challenging to navigate and connect with for my claims. I really struggled with receiving responses, response time in general, and accuracy of paperwork. It felt like an impossibility to actually communicate with them. I later found out they were contacting the wrong individuals at Amplify to verify my employment for at least 3 months, which is why they were not responsive to me. This was corrected, and then happened again about 3 months later. I am not sure if there is the possibility for a procedural change to ensure the right contacts are connected to an employee's case. What do you like best about Amplify HR?

Carrie Bower's competence, knowledge, and ability to get answers if she doesn't have them. Carrie always has my back, is quick to notice if something is unusal or amiss, and always strives to do what's best for our company. And she's just a great person to work with. What do you dislike about Amplify HR?

1) I can't perform the payroll process from my phone, and that is frustrating since I travel frequently. There needs to be a mobile app. 2) Don't require a SSN before generating the onboarding email as it is unecessary at this point in the process. That should be inputted by the employee during onboarding. It slows down the process sometimes by days. I complain about this every year. 3) I am frustrated with always having to input an access code when logging into the exact same computers for years. This should only happen on new devices. What do you like best about Amplify HR?

Amplify is easy to navigate and updates in real time. If I make changes to my direct deposit, or time off requests I can check to see that the information has been captured and reflected immediately. What do you dislike about Amplify HR?

The one drawback of the system is that it appears that there is currently an issue with the mobile website and app where when I go to the Time Entry section, it produces an error message instead of letting me enter my time.
