**What do you like best about Bambee?**

My favorite part of Bambee is its bundled expert HR advisory paired with a centralized policy repository, which drastically cuts down the legwork of scattered legal research for our HR consulting firm. Instead of scheduling costly, one-off calls with separate labor lawyers for every client policy question, we can raise inquiries about dismissals, working time rules or GDPR-related personnel data directly to their in-house HR advisors. The platform’s structured template system also standardizes our handbook and employment contract drafting process. Even with necessary local edits for German Arbeitsrecht, the pre-built policy outlines give us a solid starting base and avoid drafting all documents completely from scratch, significantly speeding up our client onboarding for compliance projects.

**What do you dislike about Bambee?**

Bambee’s entire core architecture is engineered around US labor legislation, which creates consistent extra workload for our Germany-focused HR team. All default contract, leave and termination templates are written for American workplace rules, so our compliance staff must manually rewrite large portions of every document to conform to German statutory requirements; there are no preloaded DACH-compliant policy bundles ready for immediate use. Native integration support is another notable shortfall. There is no available API or pre-built connector linking Bambee to our proprietary German HR analytics system, meaning every compliance record update requires manual CSV exporting, format revision and separate data import. This repetitive data handling eats into hours we could spend on client people analytics work.

Before using Bambee, our team relied on generic document generators plus frequent retainer-based consultations with local German employment attorneys to finalize client HR policies, which led to unpredictable legal spending and endless hours of cross-checking legal wording. Bambee consolidates policy drafting and on-demand HR consultation onto one platform. Its expert advisory cuts our dependency on constant external lawyer bookings, lowers long-term legal overhead, and centralizes all compliance documentation. We now efficiently audit client HR workflows to spot policy loopholes while minimizing financial penalties from non-compliant employment documentation under German law.

The PTO is always managed accurately, and managing personnel is easy. It also makes it simple to train employees.

**What do you like best about Bambee?**

The products are fairly comprehensive, and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Bambee?**

In 18 months that I worked with Bambee my main point of contact changed at least four times, maybe even more. Somewhat comically two of those people when they started told me that they were planning on sticking around for a long time (which didn't end up happening).

What ultimately made me leave Bambee is that I tried to cancel a training package. They don't allow a self service options and when I called over a weekend they were closed.  I called back during the week, cancelled the service and was told that I had been charged for the package but that I would be receiving a refund.  Over the next several weeks I called multiple times about the status of my refund. I was told that because I had called the day after the annual package began, I wasn't entitled to a refund, despite what the previous rep had told me. I also wasn't entitled to use the training package, even though I had been charged for it. What kind of nonesense customer service is that?

At this point, Bambee isn't helping me solve any problems.

**What do you like best about Bambee?**

I love that I can always get a hold of my Bambee HR Manager, and that every time I interact with her she is not only knowledgeable and informed but incredibly kind and patient. Super professional and great attitude. I also like that I have a one-stop storage for all of my HR documents and a good resource for any and all of my HR questions.

**What do you dislike about Bambee?**

The online interface is pretty garbage. There were tons of bugs when we first signed up. Additionally, we were told by the salesman who gave us the initial pitch that the company would provide a lot of services which it turns out they don't actually provide. I wish that ALL job descriptions and ALL trainings were provided on an unlimited basis rather than on a pay-per-item basis.

Bambee is solving all of my headaches that normally come with researching policies and guidelines and laws surrounding HR.

**What do you like best about Bambee?**

Bambee has given me something that I couldn't provide being a small business, a dedicated HR employee. When I have a question, my personal representative is only a phone call away. I love knowing that someone has the answer I need.
Bambee has given me the freedom to run my business without the headache of always handling HR concerns.

**What do you dislike about Bambee?**

I don't believe there are any downsides to having Bambee. I may not have my personal representative directly in my office, but there is a live chat option so help is always a click away. If I must talk with my rep. I can usually set up a time within 24 hours.

**What problems is Bambee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bambee has helped me understand the rules of FLMA in my state. Bambee is also actively writing policies that we need to stay in compliance with our state regulations. Bambee takes the guessing game away from HR and employment law.

**What do you like best about Bambee?**

I love the ability to schedule time with our HR rep. Each time she has provided me with very helpful information and has walked us through all processes and procudures for our team. I also love the numerous amounts of templates that are offered - it makes it really easy to get documents out to employees instead of trying to recreate something.

**What do you dislike about Bambee?**

The only issue I've had with bambee is performance revie document being released to employees before our OK. It was a glitch in the system but did cause for some stress on our team. Our HR rep was fast with helping us get everything back on track.

Bambee helps us solve the problem of not reinventing the wheel. While our company continues to grow, Bambee is making it easier to onboard new team members, and make sure we are compliant with all HR needs,

**What do you like best about Bambee?**

Bambee has made managing HR compliance easy in a way that truly feels "in house." It's easy to set up and use, and I love that we have a dedicated HR manager who understands our business, company culture, and HR goals. The customer support is incredible and we are always able to speak with someone in short order.

**What do you dislike about Bambee?**

Some of the technical aspects are a little clunky or don't respond in the way that it seems like they should. Customer support is usually able to help though.

**What problems is Bambee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bambee helps us manage policies for remote workers across several different states. We're also able to better understand best practices and regulations around onboarding/offboarding. We also benefit greatly from having a dedicated HR manager we can speak with to work through any issues or situations in the workplace.

**What do you like best about Bambee?**

My two favourite aspects about the Bambee platform are it's clean looking and easy to use interface, as well has it's personable, knowledgeable, and easily available customer service team.

**What do you dislike about Bambee?**

The downside of Bambee is, as it's newly and rapidly expanding, there are some capabilties I wish the platform has, but does not have yet. Sometimes I've had to create work arounds to find the solution our business needs. With that said, an upside is that their customer service teams have always helped me to find the best work arounds/solutions possible AND they are continously adjusting to the feedback of their clients. I've seen one of my requests put into action on the platform! So cool.

Bambee is helping to make sure our small business is compliant accross our entire time from employees to contractors. Our designated HR manager guides us on everything that is required for our state and the platform makes its easy to see which documents each of our employees have or have not completed.

Having access to HR laws and rules is nice.

Payroll system has been problematic (incorrect pay, not deducting health, dental, vision from paychecks, etc.)

VERY difficult to speak with anyone quickly, and setting up meetings with them can take several days.  Online messages often go unanswered.  WAY too many requests to rate them each time you DO have a contact.

Bambee has allowed us to effectively keep track of all our employee policies and who hasnt signed them . Witht he new update , it is easy to send documents to new hires when added them as a staff member.

Any time we put in a ticket, someone emails us back the same day to help with support on any issues. 

We use this platform often whenever we have a new hire come on board in the company.

Before the update, Bambee was hard to usee and we could not navigate it

Bambee has helped me understand the need for a healthy balance between employer and employee and generates an environment where that can be accomplished.  Part of that is helping the employer (manager) make fair and educated decisions that reflect employee empathy in difficult situations.

It is very easy to use. The features help me to manage my staff in a very simple, straightforward, but comprehensive way. I feel confidently about their ability to proactively help me protect my business. It's also extremely user friendly.

One of my reps did change right after meeting the first one, without any notice. I do like for people to consistently get to know me and my needs.

I like that I have a dedicated HR assistant available to answer any and all of my pressing HR questions and concerns. With the click of a button, I can live chat and get the help I need.

There's not much I could say here as to dislikes. If anything, it was a little confusing at first as my account rep changed 2-3 times, but other than that, it has been a great experience.

Bambee is helping to keep my company in compliance with all state and federally-mandated laws and requirements without me having to do this myself! I can have peace of mind knowing we're in compliance.

Nothing, this was not a good product in any way.

Nothing worked and customer service was always changing and did not care.  "Used," it for a year and never got it functional.

Customer service is some of the worst we've experienced. The sales team will always pick up regardless of the time but it's nearly impossible to reach the Payroll department or customer service once you're a customer. Unable to track or request PTO in a proper fashion. HR managers are impossible to schedule a call with. Promised eventual EST support hours but never received them.

Our company often has issues with the glitches in the system such as Managers not being able to do their staff report cards or even view them.  We have reported it several times.

**What do you like best about Bambee?**

Bambee was great to start allowing us to have all employee paperwork in one place. We then had to downsize and stopped using it. Support was pretty basic and we are no longer using the platform.

**What do you dislike about Bambee?**

Bambee's costs make sense for the first year. Basic level support and form templates. We forgot to cancel 1 day after renewing and we are now locked in for another year for several thousand dollars and aren't using the platform anymore. Their terms and conditions are awful.

**What problems is Bambee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bambee was providing an outsourced HR department. They would provide onboarding paperwork and compliance forms to make sure we were meeting all standards. They helped check a box for us.

Bambee's terms and conditions are ridiculous. I was 1 day past my renewal date and hadn't used the software in 6+ months. They can't give me a full refund even though I'm not going to use it in the future.

I don't have to create templates for policies or onboarding paperwork. Bambee has a database for templates that you can pull from.

The basic support and ready-to-use templates are definitely good.They offer a refund if not satisfied. The only thing I wish for is a way to save documents as PDFs.

Bambees service isnt as comprehensive as expected. they handle compliance and onboarding paperwork, their policy, and document templates. their customer support can be slow.

**What do you like best about Bambee?**

Bambee makes every part of the HR process easier.  Our rep is quick and knowledgeable and gets back to me with new policies or answers to my questions within twenty-four hours.  I never have to question whether or not the wait will be long, and I can tell my execs confidently that we will have an answer or a new policy the next business day.

**What do you dislike about Bambee?**

There isn't anything I do not like.  I do wish it was a little easier to go in and save my documents as a PDF and have it look nice.  As of right now, everything is kept in an online filing cabinet, so it isn't really designed to be printed off.  I prefer paper, though, so I would love to have a little notebook full of everyone's policies that looks super sharp!

**What problems is Bambee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We upgraded to Bambee from a smaller firm and wanted quicker service and for someone to get back with us when we had questions, needed new policies, etc.  Bambee does just that.  They have one rep that I go to for everything and a bigger team for her to access for us if she doesn't know the answer to something.  For billing questions, for example, she just gets me connected with the correct person.  They make the whole process very easy.

**What do you like best about Bambee?**

I was so excited to start with Bambee as I having lots of small HR issues that were such a drain on my time as a small business owner. I was constantly worried I wasn't compliant with the never ending issues with HR, so in that regard, the signup process was very easy - they make it very very easy to provide your credit card, its their best internal feature, they clearly spent a lot of time developing this side of their platform. Money first, product later, umm.... well not really

**What do you dislike about Bambee?**

After they hounded me to sign up after my initial sales call they onboarded me. Now, this is a new Bambee feature where they get to charge you for what is essentially a demo of their product, its an impressive revenue stream. After my 'onboarding call' there was zero input from my account manager. Now, things are a little weird these days with Covid-life so I said I'd give her some time, and more time, and more time - still no input at all. It was only when I requested an immediate cancelation that I got any Bambee interaction where a lady called me within 60 seconds of the cancelation email. Given the speed of this return call, I have a feeling that they monitor this cancelation request email a lot, it must get a lot of traffic. 

So, after my $699 & $199, I received nothing but a demo of their product (note - Bambee calls this onboarding and will charge you, lol, oh Bambee). Essentially, this is fraud and you should really beware of this company and its practices. Contact me if anyone is looking for a more in-depth account of my short time with this horrible 'company', that's how badly I want no one to ever use them again.

I am completely dissatisfied with this company.

**What do you dislike about Bambee?**

After enrolling for a year (don’t worry, lesson learned – never again) our assigned HR Manager communicated to us that she would provide us with a job description the next day. After changing the date to the next day, then to the next week, the job description was finally delivered another day later than communicated.

While we registered for this service on April 14th, it wasn’t until May 3rd that we were assigned an HR Manager that actually provided any assistance to us. Because we had signed up less than 30 days after our new HR Manager was assigned to us, I requested a pro-rated refund effective the next day, on May 27th. We didn’t hear back (surprise!) so we followed up a few times and were finally told on June 2nd that she would escalate my request to a supervisor. On June 10th, after not hearing a word back, I called the main Bambee phone number and left a message. Still no communication. 

I was finally able to schedule a call with them for today, June 15th. Our entire experience with Bambee has been horrendous. They sell you on services they refuse to provide and then deny to issue any sort of refund. This company is not honorable and I caution any business against using them.

The initial onboarding experience was fantastic and put our minds at ease that someone was paying attention to all the HR details. We had our documents before we knew it, and our HR pro was there every step of the way.

Not much thus far. Been a consistent experience thus far.

The HR documents were the key. Ensuring that they were updated and continually up to date with changing laws and regulations

We had an HR contract who was hiring lawyers to deal with compliance issues in California. We replaced both of them with Bambee. They have helped us become far more compliant in over 20 states and have helped us develop a multi-state compliant employee handbook (and this was no small task!)
