The initial setup of ProLiant was not easy. **What problems is ProLiant solving and how is that benefiting you?** ProLiant keeps us from doing payroll internally, and it puts all the information in front of us, allowing access anytime. ### 2. That task usually falls to me, and I am not a great troubleshooter with internet browsers or computer issues. I also lost my administrator to a different job, so I have been struggling to get the assistance I need. **Recommendations to others considering ProLiant:** I think this is a great system if you have a smaller company. The contacts I have had over the years have been very helpful and although there is always room for improvement, it is a great system with a lot of great features. **What problems is ProLiant solving and how is that benefiting you?** I haven't had any recent experience with problems being solved that benefit me. ### 4. Tax compliance is a wonderful tool **What do you dislike about ProLiant?** Time & Labor- Novatime. Novatime is extremely complicated and not user friendly **What problems is ProLiant solving and how is that benefiting you?** Payroll and tax compliance is extremely useful. It keeps everything in line with state requirements ### 5. That's unheard of nowadays. She tries to be helpful even when her hands are tied. **What do you dislike about ProLiant?** The data the system has produced for our ACA reporting has been incorrect for all 3 years. The report writer offers point in time as an option but it won't produce accurate PIT data. I've requested it be fixed for over a year but hasn't been. Operations will produce a report for me with the data I need, but they won't correct the issue in report writer. I don't trust the reports/data. **What problems is ProLiant solving and how is that benefiting you?** This was our first time having electronic onboarding. It did make a better experience for new hires. ### 7. I do like the anniversary and birthday notifications I can set up. **What do you dislike about ProLiant?** You can tell that each feature was an add-on. It's all very bumpy, and the setup for every little thing is over complicated and buried 12 layers deep. I should be able to access everything about an employee from their record, including things like permission settings and whatnot. **What problems is ProLiant solving and how is that benefiting you?** The PTO request and tracking section is so unnecessarily complicated that we started using different software. We can get our people paid.
