Their interface is very complicated and not user-friendly. It's very difficult to get someone to give you support when you try to contact customer service. They also did not file or pay our witholdings casuing a 3 month back and forth with their customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful for me is using the Evolution Client to be able to get Certified Payroll reports for certain jobs. I also like that we still have a local presence. I don't like that I cannot email my rep directly without it automatically creating a support ticket. Sometimes you want to say thank you, or just ask for confirmation after a ticket has already been created and closed. There should be a choice before sending the email. Everyone that I have dealt with are kind and very helpful! They take the time to answer any questions I have and make sure that we have everything we need. In ability to respond to critical support tickets. By respond, I don't necessarily mean fix. I want updates on the status of the ticket and whether there is any intention to fix the broken pieces. Four years is an insane amount of time to have an open ticket. TLM support is terrible. Most of the time we get bounced between TLM and Evolution support, with both of them blaming the other and neither of them solving the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use HireClick, and I'd say the best part about it is the customer support. Anytime I have a question, my dedicated representative will implement it for me. The UI is a little clunky but it is effective for the hiring process. I like that there are multiple statuses you can rank candidates by, which is helpful for marking your favorites at different stages of the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When I added both application and resume options to my job form, the resume upload did not work. However the customer service representative was able to get it to work from his end. Maybe it's just a bug with the client side. Also, I wish there was a way to bulk send rejection emails while excluding the people you've already emailed without manually having to tick them off.
