The fact that I cannot set up my withdrawl date in advance.  There are many times as a small business owner that I need to enter payroll as I know I will be out of the office for payday, but Asure withdrawls the money either the date I enter the payroll or the day after.  It would be nice to determine the date that the funds are withdrawn.

Payroll, but I have thought recently of changing payroll services that fit my needs time wise.

**What do you like best about Asure?**

Asure offers many of the same services as ADP for small businesses but at a much better price point.  Plus, their services are more personal. This is important to a small business!

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

Their onboarding process has been a lot slower than originally anticipated, with less support than initially expected.  Luckily I am experienced with my payroll.

**What problems is Asure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are offering what ADP was offering me, but at a much better price point, and more personalized service, so I feel I will be better supported.

On Asure, it's very straightforward to log in for compensation information.

When I log in, I need to sort through several possibilities  to find my compensation data (the name of the former company is included, for instance).

It does not amend the tax forms if we made any changes after the QT ended.

The people who help me, my payroll rep, our HR consultant, the TLM support people, and even the people I speak to when one of my reps aren't available, are all good.

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

If anything it is that our non-profit is in need of more payroll detail and report creation than Asure can provide.

Time keeping, payroll, payroll taxes, W2's, 1099's, HR questions, and more.  Helping me to represent our company and the interests of our employees.

Major errors in the mailings...incorrect address, received paychecks for another client with our address.

From onboarding to the implementation process to case support after launch, Asure employees are always available and provide exceptional service. Instead of contacting a general helpline, Asure is structured where you have a team of specialists familiar with your business.

Asure's payroll reports can be confusing to read at first glance. However, the reports are organized and contain all pertinent information. The issue is purely aesthetic.

Creating a Payroll processing system in-house is expensive. Asure's system is a user-friendly and affordable alternative. The platform is a turn-key solution for payroll processing.

Asure sends clear and informative emails. Everything I need to know is easy to find. They called me with sufficient time to inform me of action I needed to take.

I do not see a downside unless you prefer not to use technology to communicate. But even then, you can call and speak to a helpful person.

I did not want to do payroll for my small business without the help of professionals. They have experience and knowledge. I do not have the time to learn how to run my payroll. With Asure's support, I can focus on what I do and know best.

There are not many options for reports and report formats.  Overnight by 10am delivery is not reliable.Phone calls seem to ring on and on with no answer sometimes.

It's simply for us who never had to deal with payrol before, everything is online and they help you set it up together!

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

We understood there will be a training after we finish setting up but that never happend. Also no body informed us who is our representative until we asked for it ourselves. Did not like that but everything else after we figured it out goes smooth.

There is nothing I like about this company.

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

1. Every time we get a new payroll representative, I stop receiving automatic payroll imports for my accounting software. I bring this up to Asure every time, but they act like it is not their fault and claim it has nothing to do with their side of the exchange.  One time I never even received the payroll file after hassling Asure for weeks. I manually entered a 100+ line journal entry in my accounting software because of Asure's inability to solve problems.

2. Asure's employees promise you they will follow up or solve a problem within X number of days, but then you never hear from them after even a week unless you hassle them again.

3. My company originally paid for ERTC filing with Asure for Q4 2020 and Q1 2021. I repeatedly asked for proof these returns were actually filed (a tracking number if they were mailed, or e-file certification if the returns were sent electronically) per the request of my company's owner. I was repeatedly told for well over a month that the tax department is working on it. It should be a simple request to provide proof of e-filing with the IRS (I get these immediately from our CPA’s). Finally, Jada told me that because these returns were sent USPS there was no tracking number for me to prove they had even been delivered, and I would have to call the IRS directly to confirm if the return was received. That is an unacceptable way to file a paper return with the IRS (the IRS explicitly states paper mailed returns must be sent with a tracking number as proof of filing). After I kept pressing Jada about how unacceptable this was, it turned out to be completely false. She had no idea what she was talking about.  I knew that you could get tracking numbers with USPS, as this is how I file the paper returns I file for our business. Then miraculously, after telling me there was no tracking number and that this was impossible, Asure managed to find the tracking numbers.

4. When I asked to begin filing the ERTC for Q2 2021, Jada seemed to think I wanted to amend one of the prior returns. I am not sure how she would have reached that conclusion. Calendar dates mean something, and filing a return for April through June has nothing to do with amending the prior returns.  I should not be surprised that Asure's employees do not even know how to read a calendar.

5. I received a request from Asure to provide testimony about my experience filing the ERTC through Asure. After I provided negative feedback along the lines of points 2 and three above, I was told by Ashli that I should expect a response from a 'customer service leader' soon, if not the same day. Close to three weeks went by with no contact from anyone else at Asure regarding my complaint.  I emailed Ashli again to reiterate that the lack of follow-ups of this nature is precisely the reason why I have issues with Asure.  That was almost a week ago, and still no response from Ashli or anyone else regarding my complaint.  In short, Asure cannot even be trusted to resolve the matter when they tell you they will contact you about a complaint.

In short, the two years I have been using Asure has been nothing but a nightmare.

**Recommendations to others considering Asure:**

Stay away, Asure is not worth the time or money to assist with your payroll. They will completely mess it up.  Contract literally any other payroll company, it is impossible for any other company to be worse.

They do not solve any of my problems regarding payroll, in fact Asure creates more problems with my payroll.

**What do you like best about Asure?**

The ease of tracking deductions and paystub history. Tracking who made what information within the program and when was very helpful. Overall Asure is super user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

I liked very little about Asure itself. It's integration with payroll services was not ideal. There were also internal issues with calculating and deducting the correct amount of taxes.

Asure was a great hub of storing current, re-hire, and terminated staff information. It was also great to store attached files for reference. It made life simpler.

My customer service contact; tax help from the office we use is great; always willing to research an issue.  We use AdvancedHR, Evolution and Asure Time and Attendance

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

Just about all of the functionality of all the products we use - lack of APIs, data incrrectly flowing from one product to the next, lack of custom reporting, no manager self service, no transferring of employees from one company to another, can't correct data

**What problems is Asure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending paychecks, taxes garnishments and W2s timely.  No other benefits to using the products.  We are not more productive using the product rather it probably causes lack of productivity due to all the manual reporting and reconciliation that needs to be done.

First on my list is the customer service, which is so much better than any of the other companies out there. They truly care about your business needs and want to find the best possible solution for you. Also the interface is very customer friendly and helps me with running my business, and again here too; many ways to get help and make the process so much easier. I will definitely recommend Asure to any of my clients or business contacts!

So far there's nothing to dislike, nothing is missing, everything worked well so far. I do not see right now how the product good be better or suggest any improvements.

Payroll problems are solved and am benefiting financially by using this product as it is cheaper than the other products out there. My business performance has increased as this product is streamlined and I use less time than before

The level of customer service support is excellent. Quick response time which is always a plus. My customer service rep is always very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

There are a number of steps necessary to input payroll which if you are not familiar with, can be tricky. Also, Any questions that I may have over the weekend  unfortunately must wait until Monday of the following week. I'm not aware of customer service support over the weekends..

Nothing.  Over the several years we used Asure it seemed like there were many times that tax filing problems occurred.  We would let them know and expect a fix.

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

We have been struggling for over a year now to get a state tax payroll problem resolved.  Several times they tell us it has been taken care of and it never is.

A 2020 state tax filing problem that we were told numerous times was fixed.  Recent correspondence from the state says it hasn't been and now comes with fines.

Their payroll system has all the reports I need and is user-friendly. I can usually figure it out on my own when doing something new.

The follow up on questions or issues I have seems to be lacking. Especially for tax related issues. Would like it better if there was more follow up and communication even if they were working on the answer and didn't have it yet.

If you get a good service rep it makes all the difference.

We have had several account reps over the years. Some better than others, but we seem to change often. I would like it if we could have the same rep and keep them.

Very responsive sales rep.  He was responsive to both calls and emails. He helped with the ERTC paperwork.  I am just learning al the features, but I'm sure they are all great.

I am just starting to learn the system, so I have not found anything I dislike.  Because they did a great job on the front end in explaining the system, I have not been surprised by anything.

That is is a digital platform and it slightly reduces* the amount of paperwork. 
*-I still have to upload paper documents-thus null and voiding the digital part

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

Poor customer service, system errors, having to do things multiple times (2 systems and a payroll system that "talks" to neither), logs you out AS YOU ARE WORKING-causing a loss of work or further errors.

Having a digital system to house documents. and not much.. I seem to have more issues than fixes and was given 0 training so when I do email I get sreen shots and short answers. I end up figuring most things out myself.

Very easy to keep track off all acquired work time, sick days, vacation days. can always keep track of vacation times and request.

some things that could be better, maybe update software to stop from minor bug issues.

employees, can keep track of what days they have requested off for vacation and also how many sick days they have. also employees are able to monitor all pay stubs and access them with out having to carry paper documents any more.

If you are looking to outsource payroll services, this is an affordable option that you should definitely look into utilizing. There are multiple services offered that we are not able to use as a restaurant but for other types of businesses, it may be beneficial to use their other products that all sync together.

We use Asure for payroll processing, tax services, and ACA services. The biggest benefit we utilize is the tax service piece that lifts the liability of having to make timely tax payments and file returns.

Setting up my account was simple and easy. Everything went nice and smooth, and I appreciated that. Deciding to switch from the payroll company I had been using for years (because it just was comfortable), so I stuck with it because, let's face it, nobody likes to take the time to set things up, especially the daunting task; of payroll!  Of course, that all changed when I decided to switch to Asure. I could not believe how helpful they were and how simply easy they made it.  My only regret, I should have done it a long time ago!

If the power goes out and unable to clock in online, employees can punch in on the wall time clock. It saves the punches and feeds automatically into the system, which has saved us lots of manual entry/corrections on several occasions during power outages.

The company has improved since the hourly work actually required, such as the development of data that allows to maximize the work of preparing the payroll as well as as a result the audit and also finances of the company. Along with PeopleStrategy's candidate radar, the company was able to optimize its employment and selection of certified workers.

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

In fact, the problem remained in obtaining the accuracy levels to automate the monitoring of employee hours based on their actual working hours in the company, and while managers can set up workflows as well as disperse permissions for multiple customers accordingly. with the functions, your workstation is difficult in the degree of the system to translate all those variations of the programs that the tool actually has.

Jobs are optimized, for example, the payroll preparation job. It is excellent, as it is additionally compatible with several running systems, such as Mac OS, independent operating system, and several versions of Windows.

This is one of my company's most functional HR sources. Taking care of individuals and the workforce may have been a nuisance, but the HR group has had a very easy life with PeopleStrategy. It also helps us when hiring. Our recruitment plans have been excellent since we used it. Easy implementation and excellent assistance are provided by the company.

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

The user interface experience should continue to be refined to make it simple and easy to use. I have been using PeopleStrategy for the past few months and I am very pleased with the consistent improvement in product functions and performance. The efficiency and reliability of the system has been impressive. PeopleStrategy is involved and listens to our suggestions, as well as addressing our issues in a timely manner.

The product has the full function of the service to meet the organization's requirements, interest and take care of the employees' life cycle. PeopleStrategy has been really encouraging to pay attention to us, understanding our needs. It is a good partnership as long as the item continues to progress and grow together with us.

In fact, I was asked about the use of PeopleStrategy in my daily work activities, both from colleagues in the Human Resources sector and from large and small companies. In fact, I have never found a system that does all the little things that I need to do. The program's functionality is above any type that I have needed to use in the past. Yes, we were able to make extremely likely upgrades to PeopleStrategy on the payroll, as well as onboarding human resources and also tracking locations compared to what we had before. We were performing a number of manual actions that we no longer need to do.

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

Excel reports can use a minor redesign to make them less complicated to check and work with. I wish that supervisors can authorize requests for modification of various activities through e-mail. It is feasible for pause demands, but not for puncture change demands.

**Recommendations to others considering Asure:**

If you are a small business and have a payroll status, with no continuous changes over the years, you will be gold here. If you are a larger company, you are likely to have difficulties, especially today in all the restrictions of the pandemic, where companies are becoming leaner and their payroll staff has declined.

**What problems is Asure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before PeopleStrategy, workers would certainly need to warn us or other supervisors when they were going on vacation or if they were more likely to be ill, in addition to leading to a shortage of staff at various celebrations. After we started using PeopleStrategy for indiscriminate demands, this problem is gone and it is now extremely easy for supervisors to approve the break without having to manage a paper schedule or Excel spreadsheet.
