There is very little to dislike overall. As with most global EOR providers, FX rates can sometimes differ slightly from publicly visible mid-market rates, but Horizons has been transparent about how these rates are applied and what they cover in terms of banking, compliance, and operational risk. Easy-to-use platform and excellent customer service. Whenever I have a question or need a resource for myself or even for an employee, they are quick to respond. I like that I can submit my questions through their portal or reach out to them directly by email. The majority of the time, I receive an answer within the same day. If it is a more complex question, they reach out to me, letting me know they are looking into it and will get back to me as soon as possible. They are always quick to respond and so friendly. I use their portal at least once a month, if not more often. They also have great resources to find many of the answers you need without having to reach out to a representative. The payroll team's overall responsive rate is not fast, with extreme delay in the past.
