I previously used Paychex Flex and find that ADP offers the same or more reporting tools but is much more user friendly. **What do you dislike about TeamPay by ADP?** I haven't come across anything missing, everything has been easy to use with no downtime which is important to my erratic schedule. **What problems is TeamPay by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** TeamPay also offers HR solutions like handbooks and latest HR policy. Now more than ever. Small businesses need help and previously everything was manually done by accounting.now my staff are able to access their statement and forms online. The mobile version of TeamPay is also great and easy to maneuver. Newer employees love this feature. **What do you dislike about TeamPay by ADP?** Having a variable cost is tough. There is so much still to be learned and it can get costly to keep adding features. I wish there was more online resources for things such as the report writer having a summary on what fields mean. **Recommendations to others considering TeamPay by ADP:** Do your research on what you need and may want. Three customer support people from India did not do anything. Mary from Philippines was able to fix and made the adjusted T4 slips within a couple of hours only. Those three help desk customer support from India done nothing but FALSE PROMISES. **What do you dislike about TeamPay by ADP?** Those three help desk customer support from India done nothing but FALSE PROMISES. Our sales agent from PA is missing in action after he got the sales. He said that he will be available for us if I have issue but that A FALSE PROMISE too. As sales agent..YOU KNOW who you are Mr. W.T. , you should continue to look after your client's need even AFTER the client signed your sales contract agreement. Just BEWARE if ADP-teampay. Who knows you got lucky to get a sales agent who knows how to be PROFESSIONAL. **What problems is TeamPay by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keep bagging ADP like 4 to 5 times prior to solving your ADP issues. Our entire team has access to what they need when they need it. Customer service has been available, if not always helpful, when we have needed them. **What do you dislike about TeamPay by ADP?** ADP and Team Pay changed their user interface relatively recently. Since the changes, completing simple tasks has been much more difficult. The amount of time it takes to manage employee requests and questions has drastically increased. Employees have been struggling to view their personal information. Our HR department has also had issues navigating the new interface. Like I mentioned above, customer service has been available to help with issues we have run into, but they have not always been able to help. We would like to see some change in the user interface or revert back to the way it used to be. **What problems is TeamPay by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use ADP and Team Pay for basically everything related to managing our employee payroll from taxes to direct deposit to managing different employee classes, ADP Team Pay can handle this. Before the change in user interface, we were only seeing benefits. Things worked incredibly well and we had almost no issues. The benefits are less obvious now that we are dealing with questions from the team members on a regular basis. ### 12. I have several small business clients who would file payroll themselves. Some clients had issues filing timely which created penalties and interest on their returns. ADP teamplay is a simple and affordable approach to payroll that helps keep payroll payments and filings timely. **What do you dislike about TeamPay by ADP?** I have not had any experiences with this software that I have disliked. **What problems is TeamPay by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Most of my clients use this software to manage a small number of employees and keep the team engaged with the payroll system. Every payroll I had to call in and verbally give a customer service representative every single transaction that needed to be included on the pay run. It was both frustrating and challanging. Many of the people were hard to understand or did not understand me. It felt like a miracle each time the pay was accurate. The reporting on the incredibly limited portal was lacking in every aspect. Trying to get a comprehensive look at the pay to date for the year was challenging. Further, employees constantly had issues logging in to the portal, accessing earning statements etc. When it came to year-end, we had even larger issues. Even when we called in changes, they only completed half the necessary steps so employees were really 'up a creek' when tax season came as they had not been correctly taxed for their new addresses (despite the address having been submitted to ADP Teampay at the time of their move). This left employees frustrated and our company looking as if we couldn't manage payroll. **What problems is TeamPay by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** ADP TeamPay allowed us as an American based company to process and pay our Canadian employees. ### 17.
