I find Homebase extremely user-friendly and simple to use, which makes managing and scheduling referees in a recreational soccer league much easier. Employees sometimes receive too many notifications, especially around minor updates like slight schedule changes or reminders, which can cause notification fatigue. Or especially getting notifications for features we don't even have, like time clocking for shift breaks.

2. Limited Offline Functionality

I like that its basic features are free which are enough for small business owners with limited employees and does not need to full features. Its free version has many features available to use and is very reasonable. Its paid versions are great for business as my business will grow. I have been using it since 2018 and have recommended it to many business owners that need time clock in, and scheduling. The team can view their own schedule make request for time off and more.
