I find WebHR incredibly easy to use for both HR teams and regular employees, thanks to its strong self-service tools that cut down on administrative work. I appreciate how it automates many repetitive HR tasks, which minimizes errors and keeps all employee records organized and accessible from anywhere. It’s a great tool for centralizing HR data, automating routine tasks, reducing paperwork, and maintaining compliance efficiently. The automation for attendance, leave requests, and payroll calculations saves us hours of work each week by reducing human error and administrative workload. The employee self-service portal is valuable because it allows staff to manage their own information and requests, freeing up the HR team to focus on more strategic work. While WebHR is solid overall, there are a few areas that could be better. Some of the reporting features are not as flexible or detailed as we would like, making it harder to create customized reports. The user interface can feel a bit outdated in some sections, and the navigation could be more intuitive for new users. Occasionally, the system loads slowly when accessing large datasets, and certain advanced HR functions require extra setup or lack smooth integration with other tools.
