What do you like best about RemotePass?

What impresses me most about RemotePass is the reliability and structure it brings to remote work. As someone who works internationally, having timely payments and clear documentation is essential, and RemotePass consistently meets these needs. What do you dislike about RemotePass?

From a day-to-day usage perspective, there is very little to dislike. It would be great to see more financial flexibility, such as expanded spending options or additional card features, as these would be welcome enhancements. However, it's clear that the product is evolving. What do you like best about RemotePass?

I like that the user experience of RemotePass is very smooth and easy to understand, making it simple to get onboarded as a new employee and to activate my contract and update my personal information. The security aspects are also impressive; we've been through a lot of verification processes that ensure our identity and contract are verified so we can securely receive payments and set up withdrawal methods. Additionally, the support team is very responsive, usually getting back to me in about five minutes, which is incredibly helpful when I have inquiries or need to activate my account. I also enjoy the ease of using the virtual payment card service, and the mobile experience has been seamless. The app works very well, adding to the overall convenience. What do you like best about RemotePass?

I love that dealing with the RemotePass website is very easy and smooth, which makes managing contracts and finances much easier. What do you dislike about RemotePass?

There was a login feature for the app via biometric properties, but it was removed. Reusing it would be really great. Previously, it was possible to log in using a fingerprint or facial recognition on an iPhone, for example, but now you have to enter your email and password every time. I had a problem navigating the site at the beginning. I think it could have been a bit more user-friendly. It was a bit confusing. I had to speak with quite a few members of customer support to tackle the issue. The interface could have been changed a little bit to make it easier to use. What do you like best about RemotePass?

I like the transparency of the fees. It always shows me the amount I'm going to receive, the current exchange rate, the cost of the fees, and the approximate time it will take to receive my money. I like that when I withdraw money from USD to my local currency, I receive the exact same amount indicated by the platform in my bank account, even if the exchange rate has changed during the day. And last but not least, the website and app are very well optimized and have a very intuitive and easy-to-use graphical interface. Additionally, support responds within minutes via the online chat. What do you dislike about RemotePass?

I'd like the option to keep my payment on the platform longer. Currently, there's a one-month limit for withdrawing my payment to my local bank. However, sometimes I prefer to wait a bit before withdrawing my money to get a better exchange rate, but RemotePass forces me to withdraw the money within a maximum of one month. Also, I don't like that the best payment method for withdrawing my money has a higher fee. I receive my money in my local bank within a few minutes, but in return, I have to pay a higher fee.
