**What do you like best about RemotePass?**

What I like best about RemotePass is its fast payout process. In my experience, transfers to my local bank account are usually completed within 2–3 hours, which is very convenient and reliable.

Another great aspect is its clean and minimal interface. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple to manage payments and other tasks without any confusion.

**What do you dislike about RemotePass?**

Based on my experience so far, I don't have any major dislikes about RemotePass. The platform has worked smoothly for me, and whenever I've needed assistance, the support team has been responsive and helpful. Overall, my experience has been very positive.

**What problems is RemotePass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RemotePass simplifies the administrative side of remote work by managing contracts and payments in one place. As a remote employee, I don't have to handle these processes manually, which saves me time and reduces hassle.

Another major benefit is that when my payment is transferred to my local bank account, the applicable taxes are deducted automatically. **What do you like best about RemotePass?**

I really appreciate the overall UI and UX of RemotePass, as they really stand out for me. It's pretty intuitive and easy to navigate, which helps me a lot and means I don't need to search elsewhere. The 24/7 support is fantastic; I once faced a bit of a pickle and didn't know what to do, but I reached out to their support, and they were super helpful in resolving my issue within five seconds. This saves me a lot of time and makes it very efficient and effective. Also, the ease of setup was impressive, and I'd rate it a nine out of 10.

While RemotePass provides a solid platform for global hiring and payroll, there’s still room for improvement. Some users may feel that integrations with certain HR, accounting, or project management tools are somewhat limited compared with larger competitors. Payment gateway can also be increase for Users like India.

RemotePass helps address the challenges of hiring, onboarding, paying, and managing remote employees and contractors across multiple countries. **What do you like best about RemotePass?**

Onboarding was easy, and actually what i like about RemotePass is that it truly makes our company managing a remote team easily .

the user interface is really simple , and the features it offers, like global payroll and contracts same me a lot of time and efforts.

The support team was fantastic whenever i have a question , they respond quickly and with really helpful guidance .

Honestly, i feel like a platform has helped us organize our workflow so much better.

Performance-wise RemotePass is reliable. Pages load quickly and i have not experienced any downtime even if there are large of number of users online at the same time.

In terms of pricing, RemotePass is slightly more expensive than some other tools . However, in return the service it provides is really comprehensive

For a company if you have a large foreign team , you might find that the value for the price is fair , especially with all the features it offers .

in terms of the app , they are not exactly the same as the website . sometimes, certain features are not as flexible.

occasionally, we face some difficulties customizing reports .

i wish there was more flexibility or integration with other tools. 

But overall, it's a good system, just need a few improvements in the app.

The problem that RemotePass solved for us was the complexity of handling cross-border payroll. of course that saved us massive amounts of time, reduced errors and made the entire process smoother.

RemotePass is very helpful for managing contractor contracts, compliance, payments, and documents in one place. The platform makes the process clear and organized, and the support team was responsive and professional when I needed help with account and contract updates. Overall, it made my onboarding and contract signing experience much smoother.

Overall, my experience has been good. The only area I think could be improved is the cost of international transfers. Sometimes the fees feel high, so having more payout options, better fee transparency, or lower-cost transfer methods would make the experience even better for contractors.

What I like most about RemotePass is how seamlessly it manages the entire employment lifecycle in one place, from onboarding through to payments. It genuinely takes a lot of the friction out of cross-border work, particularly around compliance and making sure you get paid on time. That kind of reliability matters a lot when you’re working remotely.

**What do you dislike about RemotePass?**

Honestly, the mobile experience could use a bit more polish—some of the flows feel slightly clunky compared to the desktop version. It doesn’t break my workflow or stop me from getting things done, but it’s the one area where there’s clearly room for improvement.

Managing contracts, compliance, and cross-border payments used to mean a lot of back-and-forth. I also like having payroll, payments, and other remote-work management features centralized in one platform, rather than needing to rely on multiple services. As a contractor, being able to submit expenses through the platform and track everything in one place is great for me and my clients. The speed of the platform and user experience is impressive, along with the fast withdrawals and low charges. I find it really convenient to log in and complete necessary tasks quickly, allowing me to focus more on my work. Whenever I have issues, the support team is extremely proactive and responsive. The only thing I really consider is the charges: if you don’t withdraw all at once and instead use multiple payments rather than a single one-time withdrawal, you end up paying fees.

Some features related to contract amendments and payments can be a bit confusing at first, but the support team is always there to help and guide me through the right steps to get everything working properly.
