When I try to withdraw a specific amount, I click on Edit and enter my desired amount, but it shows an error. However, if I select the full amount and then repeat the process, it works.

It’s easy to withdraw money, and the multi-bank withdrawal option is the best. The whole process is fast and straightforward, with minimal friction, which makes for a better customer experience. On Saturdays and Sundays, it takes a few business days to process the payment. Also, the contract details feel very hidden; it would help a lot if you could show them directly in preview mode so they’re easier to find and review right away.

Also i think there should be a feature to ping the contractor via email wa or sms about the payment if its past due date and write messages there.

I really appreciate RemotePass for its superb customer care. Their team is available literally 24/7 and they are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When I first started using RemotePass and didn't know how to navigate it, the staff guided me through every detail. They helped me with uploading personal documents and figuring out the best ways to withdraw my salary. They also assist in tracking my payments from Pending to Processing to Pay status, and guide me through the process of funds withdrawals and general account management. There was a login feature for the app via biometric properties, but it was removed. Reusing it would be really great. Previously, it was possible to log in using a fingerprint or facial recognition on an iPhone, for example, but now you have to enter your email and password every time.
