I really like that I am able to see so much as an employee and from the employer side. There is a lot of flexibility to make changes as needed as the employer. I also love that as an employee, you can choose your pay frequency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The business owner does have to pass a credit check in order to do the daily pay for their employees. I understand why this is in place but the daily pay is one of the main perks that is advertised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As the payroll administrator, I can get payments out easily and with minimal fuss. Our employees like that Everee allows us to pay out faster than our old provider. Customer service has been very responsive when I've had questions or needed help during onboarding. The interface is clean and intuitive, I'm able to figure out how to do what I need to without sitting through hours of training. Payroll clerks can easily update and adjust payruns as needed which has taken a lot of pressure off of me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the reporting is still in an early stage but Everee has been very responsive and made sure we've always had what we needed on time. I ran into a few errors during the onboarding process but I've been told that a new onboarding module is set to release shortly which will address the problems I ran into. The design is clean and I'm able to download my paystubs easily enough. There are not very many options available, but you don't need them most of the time. Customer service was prompt and solid when I needed them. I needed them to help out with my withholdings stuff--(see below). The customer service rep actually went through and did a bunch of calculations for me. That was really nice. Getting paid every week is nice...but really not essential to me. I either couldn't find or could edit my withholdings. That's a problem to me. I also saw my SSN in plaintext. Odds are that it's not a huge problem, but it's generally a security faux pas to do that. My profile won't let me edit my phone number either.

Just in general, the dashboard is not very full-featured. You have what you need/expect from a payroll company, but when you need to change stuff, I'm missing a few things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The amount of detail I can get with reporting. Makes closing books and making accrual entries very easy. Processing payroll is quick and easy and I can process it right on my phone which is nice. I also like that Everee includes a clock in/clock out feature for tracking hourly employees that is right in the app. The UI/UX interface is fantastic and simple to follow. Everee also recently has started to include an import feature that allows you to do mass import for more complex payroll processing that needs to be done outside the system. And of course, the pay your way. It's a good feature and certainly is nice to be able to give the option to employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There have been some quirks with the mobile app, (but what software doesn't have quirks?). Also would like more integrations with third-party software. Everee is not an HRIS system, but has the core function of processing payroll down pat. As more and more integrations are done, the everee experience will only get better. It's simplified and straightforward. I've used other payroll companies before and the ability to navigate them is pretty convoluted and confusing. With Everee I feel like they've made it easy to run payroll from your phone, computer, or wherever. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are a small business with less than 5 employees. Moving to a payroll system was not something we were looking forward to. I feel Everee makes it easy to navigate and manage my payroll history. This feature has helped me as a user see a breakdown of what I'm getting paid for whether it's a bonus, commission, reimbursements, and of course my regular time logged. The interface is straightforward, fast, and easy to use. All platforms that I've used in the past are annoying to navigate, and poorly organized, resulting in a relatively difficult learning curve. Currently, the list of features is a little bit sparse. It's a young platform, so the offering lacks some of the more sophisticated tools that other platforms might have, but that hasn't been a big issue in my experience so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
