
Team is very responsive! Have previously worked with other HR / Payroll providers, and it's not fun being re-routed through multiple layers of support only to not have your issues fixed. The Warp team excels in both of these areas! They are very fast to respond and follow up on any action items, and are responsive to feedback about the tooling.
They have great documentation as well which makes it super easy to debug and self-serve questions about all things HR / Payroll / Compliance related. And if you aren't sure, the team is more than helpful to hop in and lend their expertise.
Very easy to use tooling, and the processes that power things like payroll for both contractors and salaried employees run seamlessly. I have used other providers that have caused multiple downstream issues due to processing errors or payroll scheduling mishaps.
