Team is very responsive! Have previously worked with other HR / Payroll providers, and it's not fun being re-routed through multiple layers of support only to not have your issues fixed. The Warp team excels in both of these areas! They are very fast to respond and follow up on any action items, and are responsive to feedback about the tooling.

They have great documentation as well which makes it super easy to debug and self-serve questions about all things HR / Payroll / Compliance related. And if you aren't sure, the team is more than helpful to hop in and lend their expertise.

Very easy to use tooling, and the processes that power things like payroll for both contractors and salaried employees run seamlessly. I have used other providers that have caused multiple downstream issues due to processing errors or payroll scheduling mishaps. Warp is the easiest financial SaaS product I've used to date. The setup took less than 10 minutes, and compliance and payroll setup were completed in just 24 hours. It's an amazing product for first-time founders, being both reliable and easy to use. I can get the entire hiring process done with an offer letter out in just 10 minutes, which saves me time and cognitive load. I have no clue about how well they're priced on benefits against competitors and how scaling with Warp past 2-3 employees will look like cost-wise. Compliance seems like a built-in feature we may pay for monthly, whereas other competitors do one-time compliance for $250-$500. I'd love an option to offload that cost long-term rather than pay a monthly fee forever, or at least see what the benefits are to stay with Warp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Warp has an extremely responsive customer support team. We have a dedicated Slack channel with multiple members of the support time, so we can quickly get resolution on any issue or question with the team member that's best suited to help. They're always super responsive, friendly, and willing to help. Additionally, they do a great job of handling state tax compliance, and I've been really impressed with their ability to navigate that better for us than previous payroll partners. If I'm being entirely honest, some of the things I think I was originally sold were different than what actually happened – there could be better alignment between the sales team and the product team. I really appreciate Warp's support team. They are very nice and respond quickly, always aware of all the requirements. My questions are consistently answered, and it's not like regular software where reaching out is difficult. The support team definitely stands out. It's also seamless to set up, thanks to the team's efficient assistance. I use Warp mostly for payroll, and it's very easy to process monthly payroll, add bonus payments, and onboard employees. I think the software is bit behind when it comes to other big companies within payroll, like Rippling. In terms of the software, the integrations with health insurance providers or options to set up a 401(k) plan just have fewer options. I feel there's some more like the big players have a few additional options built out. But again, their support team and automated state tax filings is a strong enough pro. I like that Warp takes all the back office administration off my plate as a head of operations. It automates everything from payroll to PTO to retirement, health insurance, and commuter benefits, all the way to tax filings. Previous Response: The team at Warp made the process enjoyable! The founder at my startup had several calls with a Warp *competitor* and was hitting his head against the wall setting up payroll. I asked if I could takeover payroll setup and found Warp. I set it up and was onboarded to the platform within hours. The team is an added bonus as they are so helpful and great to speak with! It's rare to get software that literally delights as you set it up. Especially as immigrant founders, there is enough to figure out when it comes to establishing yourself in the US. 10/10 recommend.
