customization of browser experience would be helpful

adding custom fields to app would be helpful

map is frustrating - browser version will not show some addresses (data has been checked against google & other mapping services)

app map will not show some addresses as well - but no consistency between browser "not shown addresses" and app

app activity feature is not ideal - would be helpful to have "today"s vs "all past" (sometimes people get behind)

What do you like best about Nutshell?

I truly appreciate how complex the product is. You can find features for almost everything you need to manage sales teams and customer relationships across the globe. From a sales guy's perspective, it is very easy to track what is happening, when you need to follow up, which projects are rotting, where you lose business, and why. The customization is top-notch. I use tens of custom fields to get an in-depth insight into our customer needs, and I can use these custom fields to create reports. And I have a lot of reports. I was using Pipedrive before, and I can honestly say that Nutshell is a powerful alternative, in some aspects even superior. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

The complexity of Nutshell means that you need to think first before setting up the tool. Then there are some minor annoyances that I would love the team to fix. For example, emails to a specific person appear in all leads, where this person is assigned as the contact person. If you have a purchaser in a big company, who manages many RFQs, you will see all emails in all leads, although they are not related to that specific lead. This was better in Pipedrive, where the tool could assign emails only to specific leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

I have used/worked with almost every CRM on the market over my professional career with billion-dollar companies to my own (less than a million). So when I chose nutshell, I knew exactly what I was looking for. Most CRMs focus on doing a few things right and it is sometimes hard to use them if your business model does not fit their mold. With Nutshell, and the team that is constantly improving on the platform I am finding EVERYTHING my small business needs, available. In fact, there is more than I currently have time to identify and learn to use, packed under their hood. Even though I know I could improve and streamline my business processes by using them. What do you dislike about Nutshell?

I am a small, lean shop and need help quickly when I need it. I have sometimes found that the help came a little late. My storms are brief and intense and I need to take care of them NOW. getting an email in 24-48 hours does not fit my model well. That being said, you could not rip my Nutshell out of my cold dead fingers. I am not giving it up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?

I need a platform that addresses many different kinds of business processes, and truly does it, not just talks about it. I sell to medical professionals, the patients of those medical professionals, people who simply want to represent our product, and who are NOT medical professionals, as well as other new demographics that we are breaking into over time.
