## Zoho CRM Reviews
 ### 1. User-Friendly, Feature-Rich CRM That Streamlines Work and Boosts Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suraj B. | Google Support Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

What I like best about Zoho CRM is its user-friendly interface, customization options, and wide range of features for managing customer relationships, sales, and support in one place. It helps streamline daily work, improve team collaboration, and automate repetitive tasks, which saves time and increases productivity. The integration with other Zoho applications and third-party tools is also very helpful for business operations.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

One downside of Zoho CRM is that some advanced features can feel complex and take time to learn for new users. At times, the interface can seem crowded, and customization setup may require technical knowledge. Customer support response time can also occasionally be slower than expected.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho CRM helps manage customer data, track sales activities, and automate follow-ups in one platform. It improves team coordination, reduces manual work, and helps keep customer communication organized. This has increased productivity, improved response times, and made it easier to track leads and business growth.

 ### 2. Intuitive and Feature-Rich CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristina Y. | Program & Product Lead | US Executive Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

I appreciate the ease of navigation and the helpful features in Zoho CRM. It's an intuitive platform, making it easy for me to keep all leads and clients in one place. I like that everything, including inventory, can be kept in one place, and I can even set sales goals for my employees. The search bar is also a helpful feature. The initial setup was easy, and I am thrilled with how it allows easy communication via email. I also appreciate their built-in AI tool in the email feature. Pricing is also affordable. As a nonprofit, we are price conscious, and they have a discount for nonprofits. I haven't tried any integrations yet but I am curious what functionality it can offer in that regard.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

It's quite a lot of features, so sometimes it takes a long time to navigate to where I need to go.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho CRM provides an intuitive platform that keeps all leads, clients, and inventory in one place, making it efficiently easy to use.

 ### 3. Simple CRM that helps keep everything together

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bill L. | Vice President of Sales and Operations, Information Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

We like that it brings sales, customer data, and workflow automation into one place without requiring a heavy technical setup. For teams that are still building their confidence with CRM systems, it’s intuitive enough that people can actually start using it right away, rather than spending weeks just trying to understand the platform.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

One of the main challenges is that while it’s easy to get started, it can become less intuitive as you move into more advanced customization. Once you start building more complex workflows, automation rules, or integrations, the platform can feel a bit fragmented and requires more time and experience to manage properly. Also we also find that the interface, while functional, isn’t always as polished or consistent as some of the higher-end CRM platforms. That can create a bit of a learning curve when users move between modules or try to understand where certain settings live.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From a Learning Brick point of view, Zoho CRM solves the problem of scattered customer information and inconsistent follow-ups by bringing everything into one system.

For us, the benefit is better visibility and accountability—everyone can see where a lead or customer sits in the process, which reduces missed steps and improves consistency.

It also simplifies training, because instead of teaching people to manage multiple tools or spreadsheets, we can focus on how to use one platform effectively to support better customer relationships.

 ### 4. Operational Excellence at Scale: My Experience Leading with Zoho CRM

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francisco E. | Global Leader of Customer Success, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

Honestly, what I value most is how Zoho CRM evolves from a simple database into a strategic ally. When you are managing teams across four different countries, the challenge isn't getting more data; it’s finding clarity. Zoho delivers that by allowing us to automate the 'busy work' through Blueprints. This shift is crucial because it empowers my team to focus on what actually moves the needle: building deep relationships with our Enterprise accounts, instead of fighting with a tool.

Let’s be real: a CRM is only as effective as the data your team actually inputs. If the interface is a mess, adoption fails. What I appreciate about Zoho is its balance. It is intuitive enough for my CSS team to navigate without needing a 50 page manual, yet it remains deep enough for me to extract the granular insights I need as a leader. Even under the pressure of heavy reporting or bulk updates across multiple regions, the performance stays snappy. It truly feels like a platform built for global scale, not just for startups.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

What I find most challenging is the "paradox of choice". Because you can customize almost everything, it’s easy to over engineer your processes. Also, while the support is generally good, getting a deep-dive technical answer for complex API integrations across multiple regions can sometimes take longer than our fast paced operation expects. It’s a powerful tool, but it definitely requires a dedicated pair of hands to keep it optimized as you scale.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most critical problem Zoho CRM solves for us is operational fragmentation. When you are leading Customer Success across four different countries, the biggest threat to growth is having your data and processes living in silos. Zoho acts as our global source of truth, allowing me to bridge the gap between our regional teams in Chile, Peru, Mexico, Colombia and beyond.

By implementing standardized Blueprints, we’ve moved away from the "everyone does it their own way" approach. This ensures that an Enterprise account receives the same high standard experience regardless of where they are located. For me, the real benefit is the transition from reactive to proactive leadership. Instead of spending my week chasing down spreadsheets for our COO, I have real-time visibility into our NRR and churn risks right at my fingertips.

From a systems engineering perspective, it solves the "static data" problem. We’ve been able to leverage its APIs to feed our custom Health Score models, transforming the CRM into a predictive engine. It no longer just tells us who our customers are; it tells us who needs our help before they even realize it. Ultimately, it gives my team the most valuable asset of all: time. By automating the administrative noise, my specialists can focus entirely on what actually drives value: building genuine, long term partnerships with our clients

 ### 5. Seamless Integration, Easy Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arpan P. | Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador Beta , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

I find Zoho CRM extremely seamless for an app that is made in India and exported globally. One of the key qualities is its seamless integration with other customer datasets and the tickets that are being raised. I also appreciate the really good quality of the UI, which is structured around productivity. It was very easy to set up with the help of our technical team, who got everything ready within a day, letting us get to work confidently, knowing our data wouldn't be leaked. Zoho CRM connects well with my tech team of technicians, which is great for managing customers and business processes.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

I think just its outreach and how well it is accustomed to fit better with the global players when you're talking about finance and payments and issues like that. That could be improved a little bit as if you see the other competitors, they have a dominance or presence before Zoho. So it makes sense that it's always an emerging player, but it should do well in those aspects.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho CRM provides seamless integration with customer datasets and ticket management, improving productivity and connecting business processes. It supports my team by linking tickets to specific executives and tech teams, enhancing efficiency.

 ### 6. One platform, smarter workflows, faster growth, zero chaos

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ravindra N. | Business Growth Partner, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

Zoho CRM not only streamlines sales, but also improves customer relationships. It supports automated workflows and integrated apps, and it boosts productivity for growing businesses with a clean UI and affordable pricing. That said, there can be occasional complexity, integration quirks, and a learning curve. Overall, performance is fast, onboarding is smooth, and the AI integration is a helpful addition.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

Powerful but complex, with some UI inconsistencies and a steep learning curve. The AI features feel limited in depth, and I’ve run into integration bugs. Support responses can be slow, and customization sometimes requires expertise.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were struggling with manual workflows, but Zoho helped us automate key tasks, integrate our apps, and improve the overall user experience. It also reduced costs, boosted productivity, and provided actionable AI insights we could actually use.

 ### 7. Zoho CRM: complete and affordable, but requires method and time for configuration

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luca G. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

Zoho CRM is a very useful tool for organizing and managing customer relationships, leads, and business opportunities in a more structured way. In an agency context, where it is often necessary to follow multiple prospects, negotiations, activities, and communications simultaneously, it helps to keep everything more organized and easily trackable.

The aspect we appreciate the most is the ability to centralize information: contacts, companies, deals, tasks, notes, follow-ups, and interaction history can be managed in a single environment. This allows the sales and marketing team to have a clearer view of the status of each opportunity and to work with greater continuity.

From the **UI/UX** perspective, the interface is quite clear and allows navigation between leads, contacts, pipeline, and activities without too much difficulty. The ability to customize views, fields, and dashboards is very useful because it allows the CRM to be adapted to one's way of working.

**Integrations** are another strong point: Zoho CRM connects well with email marketing tools, contact forms, automations, sales tools, and other products in the Zoho ecosystem. This helps reduce manual activities and makes the data flow between marketing and sales smoother.

In terms of **performance**, the platform is stable and suitable for managing larger databases, complex sales pipelines, and teams with different roles. The **quality/price ratio** is interesting, especially compared to other more expensive CRMs, because it offers many features even in the intermediate plans.

The **onboarding** is also quite accessible: you can start with a simple configuration and then add automations, workflows, reports, and more advanced customizations over time. The part related to **AI and intelligence** is useful for better analyzing opportunities, automating some activities, and improving follow-up management.

Overall, Zoho CRM is a complete, flexible, and affordable solution for companies, agencies, and sales teams that want to manage leads, customers, and negotiations in a more organized and scalable way.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

The less immediate aspect of Zoho CRM is that, although it is very comprehensive, it may take some time to be properly configured according to business processes.

For basic use, it is quite simple, but when you start customizing pipelines, fields, automations, reports, and integrations, an initial phase of careful setup is needed. If the CRM is not well-structured from the beginning, there is a risk of creating unclear workflows or data that is not always organized.

Even the interface, in some sections, could be made more modern and immediate: there are many features available, but they are not always intuitive at first use for those who do not have experience with CRM tools.

Overall, however, I do not consider it a serious limitation. Zoho CRM offers an excellent quality/price ratio and many customization possibilities, but to really make the most of it, a minimum of method, training, and initial configuration is needed.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho CRM primarily helps us solve the problem of disorganized management of leads, contacts, deals, and business follow-ups.

Before using a structured CRM, much information risked being spread across emails, spreadsheets, internal notes, and scattered conversations. With Zoho CRM, we are instead able to centralize everything in one environment: customer data, status of opportunities, tasks to be performed, communication history, and next steps.

The main benefit is greater operational clarity. Every team member can quickly know the status of a deal, which leads need to be recontacted, and which activities are priorities. This reduces the risk of losing opportunities, forgetting important follow-ups, or duplicating work.

Moreover, automations and integrations help make the transition between marketing and sales smoother, improving the management of leads generated from campaigns, forms, or business activities. Also, from a control perspective, dashboards and reports allow for better monitoring of pipelines, performance, and the progress of opportunities.

In summary, Zoho CRM allows us to work in a more organized way, improve internal coordination, and manage the sales process with greater precision and continuity.

 ### 8. Easy and Reliable CRM

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lov K. | Global IT Administration, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

What I like best about Zoho CRM is how easy it is to manage leads and customer data in one place. The interface is quite user-friendly, so daily tasks like follow-ups, updating deals, and tracking conversations become simple. I also like the automation features because they help save time on repetitive work. Overall, it feels like a practical CRM for managing sales activities efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

One thing I dislike about Zoho CRM is that some advanced features can feel a bit complicated at first, especially for new users. The interface is good overall, but a few settings and customization options take time to understand properly. Sometimes the system can also feel slightly slow when handling multiple modules together.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho CRM helps in managing customer data, leads, and follow-ups in a more organized way. Instead of handling everything manually on spreadsheets or emails, it keeps all sales-related information in one place. This makes it easier to track conversations, manage tasks, and avoid missing important follow-ups. It benefits me by saving time, improving coordination, and making daily sales activities more structured and efficient.

 ### 9. Zoho CRM: Seamless Google Ads & Analytics Integration for a Unified Marketing View

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wijbren v. | Head of Marketing, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

The most helpful part of Zoho CRM from a marketing perspective is that it can readily slot into other marketing tools such as Google Ads and Google Analytics. A unified view of our marketing efforts helps us tremendously to be as efficient as possible.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

Integration with other marketing and knowing all that Zoho can do is hard. Our B2B marketing team are marketers, and not tech. It is not feasible to expect them to do all the research themselves when they have targets to achieve.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting into B2B sales is hard because more established competitors have deeper pockets. Zoho allows us to play in this market very efficiently and with a clear view of ROI.

 ### 10. Easy to Use Yet Powerful CRM for Managing Leads, Deals, and Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arpit S. | Customer Success Associate, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

What I like best about Zoho CRM is how easy it is to use while still being powerful. It doesn’t feel overly complicated, even for someone who’s not very technical, but at the same time it offers all the features needed to manage leads, track deals, and automate daily tasks.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

What I dislike about Zoho CRM is that, at times, it can feel a bit overwhelming especially when you’re just getting started. There are so many features and settings that it takes time to fully understand how everything works.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho CRM helps solve one of the biggest challenges in day-to-day work keeping everything organized and in one place. Instead of managing leads, customer details, and follow-ups across emails, spreadsheets, or different tools, it brings everything together into a single platform.

 ### 11. User-Friendly CRM with Customization, But Grows Limited

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaitlyn G. | HR Eecutive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

I found Zoho CRM to be very user-friendly, super easy to navigate, making it simple to organize client records. I really liked how I could customize it to meet our needs exactly. It was straightforward to tailor pipelines and create workflows that seamlessly connect tasks, which allowed us to differentiate client services based on their lifecycle stage. Additionally, the initial setup was super simple, with straightforward instructions and helpful support from their team.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

We ultimately outgrew it - our team and client load became too much, and the software was no longer functioning to the highest capacity. Essentially, there were too many cooks in the kitchen for everything - we had too many employees and too many clients, so things weren't tracking correctly.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho CRM solved the issue of platform jumping by centralizing client data for easy access and customization to fit our needs. It allowed us to tailor workflows, differentiate client stages, and serve clients better with a seamless, user-friendly interface.

 ### 12. Powerful Lead Routing and Workflow Automation That Cuts Admin Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rafin D. | Travel Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

Lead routing, follow-ups, email sequences, scoring, and workflow automation help reduce repetitive admin work.

and easy to replied email.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

Setting up workflows, automations, and custom modules can take significant time, especially for new users.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From a practical day-to-day perspective, users often say the main benefits are:

Saving time through automation
Keeping customer information organized in one place
Improving follow-up consistency
Tracking deals more accurately
Scaling sales processes as the business grows
Increasing visibility into team performance and pipeline health

Many businesses also benefit from the platform’s customization capabilities because they can adapt the CRM to their own workflows rather than changing their entire process to fit the software.

 ### 13. Powerful CRM for Data-Driven Content Strategy

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Swarnali P. | SEO Web Technical Content Writer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

I really appreciate Zoho CRM's contextual data, which removes the guesswork from content planning. I can see real patterns in what leads care about and write directly to that, making my content feel purposeful rather than random. The integration with Zoho Social is a nice touch, allowing me to track which content actually drives engagement from real leads. It's useful for seeing which content attracts actual leads rather than just random traffic. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty straightforward, and signing up and getting into the dashboard didn't take long.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

The interface feels cluttered and outdated. As a writer, I only need a handful of features, but the dashboard is packed with modules like invoices and forecasts that I never touch. A cleaner, more customizable layout would make a big difference. A simplified view for non-sales users would help a lot. Something where you can hide irrelevant modules and only see what matters to your role. Less clutter, faster navigation. Figuring out where everything lives takes time, given how many modules there are.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoho CRM to eliminate guesswork in content creation by analyzing real customer pain points. It helps me link closed deals to specific content, proving its value. The integration with Zoho Social allows me to track engaging content that drives real leads.

 ### 14. Affordable CRM with Great Features, Seamless Integrations, and Time-Saving Automation

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kamalakannan S. | Senior Graphics and UI UX Designer, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

Zoho CRM is one of the more affordable CRM options available. I appreciate its ecosystem of SaaS applications, which integrate seamlessly with one another. I find it especially appealing that it offers a wide range of features at a reasonable price. Additionally, the workflow automation in the CRM allows you to send follow-up emails and reminders, which helps save a significant amount of time on repetitive tasks.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

The interface feels somewhat cluttered due to the abundance of tabs and options. Additionally, the user interface for creating email campaigns is not well designed. I have also noticed that emails sent as campaigns do not display properly in Gmail.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It addresses the issue of customer data being spread across various SaaS applications, eliminating the need for manual follow-ups and streamlining email marketing. The added benefit of automation further enhances the overall experience.

 ### 15. Zoho CRM’s Canvas Makes Customization Easy—and Delivers Powerful Features for Less

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

The most helpful feature for daily users is Canvas. Most CRMs look like boring spreadsheets, but Canvas is a drag-and-drop editor that lets you completely redesign the look of your CRM.

You get advanced features like lead scoring, workflow automation, and multi-currency support at a fraction of the cost of competitors like HubSpot or Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

Unlike "plug-and-play" CRMs, Zoho requires a significant time investment to set up. If you don't have a dedicated admin or a tech-savvy team leader, you can easily spend weeks just trying to get the "leads" and "deals" modules to talk to each other correctly.

Getting a human on the phone who understands complex technical issues can be difficult. Support often relies on email tickets that can take 24–48 hours for a response, which is a major issue if your sales team is "down" or a workflow is broken.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It forces a standardized "digital flowchart" for your sales cycle. A rep cannot move a deal from "Qualified" to "Proposal" until they have checked off specific requirements (like attaching a discovery document).

 ### 16. Affordable CRM with Powerful Features but Complex Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhishek Pratap S. | Senior SEO Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

I use Zoho CRM for collecting leads from all platforms like ads, websites, emails, etc. I find it very helpful in task automation and it serves as a centralized data source for all teams. The business development team can directly make calls using the calling extension, and there is direct communication with customers via email, SMS, and calls. I appreciate Zoho CRM's great balance between affordability and functionality. I especially like its comprehensive feature set—automation, analytics, and integrations—all available without the complexity or high cost of many other CRM platforms. The automation features help eliminate repetitive tasks such as lead assignment, follow-ups, and status updates, which saves time and ensures no important step in the sales process is missed.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

Integrating different services using API is a big mess. The documentation can sometimes feel unclear or not detailed enough for specific use cases, which leads to trial-and-error during implementation. Another issue is inconsistency in API behavior or responses, which makes debugging time-consuming. Even small integrations often require multiple iterations to handle authentication, data mapping, and error handling properly. Additionally, testing and validating integrations can be cumbersome, as there isn’t always a straightforward way to simulate real scenarios. The initial setup of Zoho CRM becomes more complex and time-consuming for advanced configurations like workflows, automation, and integrations, and it requires some technical understanding to get everything working smoothly.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoho CRM for lead collection from various platforms and email automation. It centralizes data for my teams, automates tasks, and allows direct communication with customers, saving time and ensuring seamless workflow.

 ### 17. Unmatched Flexibility and Customization in CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ritik G. | Assistant Manager - Digital Operations & Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

Zoho CRM distinguishes itself through its flexibility and extensive customization options. Being able to tailor modules, workflows, and automation to fit specific business needs without requiring significant development work is a significant benefit. Its smooth integration with both other Zoho products and third-party applications helps establish a comprehensive CRM ecosystem. Furthermore, the platform’s reporting and analytics tools offer valuable insights into sales and customer data, supporting more informed decision-making.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

Zoho CRM offers a wide range of features, but getting started with the initial setup and configuration can be quite complex and take a significant amount of time, particularly for businesses that have more advanced workflows. Some of the features are not immediately intuitive and come with a learning curve, which can make the user interface feel overwhelming for those who are new to the platform. Furthermore, implementing certain customizations and integrations often demands technical know-how or assistance from a developer to ensure they work properly.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho CRM has enabled us to centralize our customer data, making it much easier to manage leads and inquiries efficiently. By automating follow-ups across different teams, it addresses the issue of scattered customer information and the challenges of manual tracking. With Zoho CRM serving as a single source of truth for all sales and customer interactions, we've seen improvements in our response times, a reduction in missed leads, and enhanced tracking of conversions and performance. The structured workflows and detailed reports have further supported these improvements.

 ### 18. One of the Best CRM i have used

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** kumar Gourav D. | Candidate Relationship manager, Staffing and Recruiting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

For teams seeking control without enterprise bloat, Zoho CRM is incredibly flexible and affordable. The Zoho ecosystem's integrations are seamless, and the customization options (fields, workflows, automations) are extensive. It's excellent for tracking pipelines, activities, and follow-ups in one location for recruiting or sales operations. When properly set up, reporting is reliable.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

The initial setup was confusing and took me almost a week to figure out. The interface has so many options that i kept getting lost trying to find basic features like how to create custom fields or set up automation rules.
Advanced configurations need admin help or technical knowledge. i wanted to customize my pipeline stages and create specific workflows but couldnt figure it out on my own. Had to watch like 15 youtube videos just to understand the basics.
The UI isnt very intuitive. Features are buried in different menus and it takes time to learn where everything is. First few weeks i was constantly clicking around trying to find the reporting section or email templates.
Some features feel over engineered for simple TA needs. Theres so many modules and options that i only use maybe 30% of whats available. For basic candidate tracking the extra complexity makes it harder to navigate.
The mobile app feels clunky compared to desktop. When im at a career fair and want to add candidates quickly, its not the smoothest experience.
That said, once you get past the learning curve and everything is set up properly, these issues fade into the background.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Zoho, I managed candidates in Excel, and it was complete chaos. Information was scattered everywhere—across spreadsheets, emails, and sticky notes. Whenever my hiring manager asked for an update on a position, I would spend at least ten minutes scrambling to pull everything together.

With Zoho, everything is centralized. Now, I can instantly access any candidate’s information without having to dig through countless files. The platform also takes care of repetitive tasks automatically, like sending follow-up reminders, updating statuses, and tracking emails. I no longer have to keep track of all these details myself. In the past, I even lost a strong candidate because I forgot to follow up, but that hasn’t happened since switching to Zoho.

My team can now see who is working on what in real time, eliminating the need for weekly status meetings where I used to compile reports. All the information we need is readily available.

Overall, I probably save about 90 minutes every day by not having to juggle multiple tools or search for information. Plus, it’s much more affordable than Salesforce, which would never have fit within our budget.

**Reviewed by:** TEJENDER K. | Digital Marketing Executive, Consulting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

Zoho team changed UI/UX now it's looking more modern and cleaned view and ZIA become more advance giving prediction on deals, best timing for emails and calls they added now Teamspace that great add on where we can now create multiple space so Account manager now only able to see those module which we have assigned and arrange them on there needs, not ZIA has smart prompt and voice of the customer that great add On what I like most Is CPQ product configurator, Price Rules and guided selling these are new and very helpful or us. And for new more features that they have added is we can Customize Canvas but it's not that much optimise friendly previously for custom button we have to use HTML code thanks to KIOSK now. Sometime those HTML not worked but Kiosk never faild it's worked all the times. They have also added Connected workflow now we are able to connect Two module

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

There is lots of improvement areas from the point of view from as Marketer we have integration with pagesense but it failed to push the users information like visit info website info, time spent etc from zoho forms to pagesense to zoho crm. Due to this our product manager failed give personalised recommendation to the customers. And there UI/UX is still not beginner friendly like hubspot. This zoho CRM is very advance sometime our Account manager gets confused. And there is no options to delete some sections from the module like social we re not using its unnecessary adding a space on modules and main problem is what we are facing is lack of support from the CRM team, ZOHO One support team on integration issues like Email configuration with Outlook from IMAP or Graph API in our organisation account in all the Licences we are facing a Outlook email Syncs issues some email getting synced some not. No support from Zoho Team. These are the area where they need to improve. I will add more if I faced more issues

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's has all the tracking how many emails our sales team are sending calls they are making on daily basis, weekly basis we can able to track everything and then able to take decision. It's has report session where we can able to track or create report with the help of all the filters

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tejasvi G. | Digital marketing executive, Machinery, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

Now my Zoho CRM is connected to email as well as wordpress elementor form. Even now i update the lead status and its notes in real time and my team member can review it. Sometimes i use Social feature of the Zoho CRM to post on linkedin, facebook simultaneously. I use this crm twice a day

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

The report generation is little confusing sometimes as example we want the TAT for the pre-lead to lead, that we cannot automatically calculated. if there is any option which can calculate the days of pre-leads coming in and converting to leads that will be good for us.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho is giving my all lead data at my fingertips, i can access the customer data and even send emails to customer directly from this.
i can book opportunities and the profits from the customers, and get final values for presenting to the upper management

 ### 31. Extensibility with Integration Challenges

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brad B. | Director of eCommerce , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

I liked the extensibility of Zoho CRM - it has lots of modules that allow us to manipulate customer data for different purposes. These modules helped us to categorize customers and leads based on contact frequency, and whether they have been marketed to. It also allowed us to sync data from other systems like ZoomInfo to include information we didn't have at hand in their contact record.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

Unfortunately, the onboarding process was not very good. We went through several trainers who had difficulty in setting the system up for our needs and there were several delays in going live as we wanted to use the platform. In addition, the system has many modules, but they don't all work together as seamlessly as they are purported to. There is also confusion and duplication of services, for example, there are forms that can be built in Zoho CRM, but also a completely separate (additional subscription cost) Zoho Forms module that we had difficulty deciding between as each had their own pros and cons. We attempted to integrate it with Microsoft 365 for email tracking purposes but it didn't allow us to achieve what we wanted as easily as it should have.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho CRM allowed us to import, manage communications with, and document our customers and leads. Its extensibility with various modules let us categorize contacts and sync data from other systems, making it effective for manipulating customer information.

- Being able to send a maximum of 1000 emails per day is a great help. Additionally, the lead or prospect information I uploaded is stored, so I can still use and update it in the future.

 ### 45. Intuitive interface, but limited for sales opportunities and integrations

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** José Manuel M. | IT, Sales And Marketing Specialist, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

Its ease of use, intuitive interface, and appropriate use of color codes and labels to understand where each menu and functionality is.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

It is very limited in terms of creating sales opportunities from managing contacts and prospects, as it does not link correctly with some administrative systems and many databases have to be exported manually.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is an excellent "entry level" CRM or for beginners, which reduces or dilutes the learning curve for those who are not familiar with any of these systems for managing contacts and business relationships. Regarding its ease of use, it prevents fears or rejections from using it with minimal training involved.

 ### 46. Powerful and Flexible CRM for Growing Businesses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deepak K. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

Zoho CRM offers a very good balance between features, flexibility, and cost. It’s highly customizable, which makes it easy to adapt to different business workflows without heavy development. I especially like the automation options, detailed reporting, and how well it integrates with other Zoho apps and third-party tools. For growing businesses, it provides enterprise-level features at a reasonable price, and the platform keeps improving with regular updates.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

While Zoho CRM is powerful, the interface can feel overwhelming at times, especially for new users. Some advanced features require a learning curve and initial setup can be time-consuming. Performance can occasionally feel slow when working with large dataset.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho CRM solves the problem of scattered customer data and manual sales tracking by bringing everything into one centralized system. It helps us manage leads, track deals, automate follow-ups, and get clear visibility into the sales pipeline. This has improved team productivity, reduced missed follow-ups, and made decision-making easier with real-time reports and insights.

 ### 47. Zoho CRM Boosts Sales and Retention, but Needs a Modern Interface Upgrade.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anshu Y. | Sr. Data Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

Zoho CRM stands out for its robust sales automation capabilities, flexible customization options, and intuitive user interface. It has helped us increase sales by efficiently identifying and nurturing high-quality leads, streamlining both sales and marketing workflows, and supporting informed decision-making with its advanced analytics. Additionally, it has improved our customer satisfaction by providing comprehensive customer histories, which allows us for quicker issue resolution and, as a result, it has contributed to higher retention rates and increased revenue.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

Zoho CRM offers a wide range of features, but its interface could benefit from a more modern update, even though it is quite good as it stands. I have noticed some issues, such as occasional lag and slow loading, particularly when working with very large amounts of data or generating complex reports.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform has enabled us to centralize all our customer data, making it much easier to access up-to-date information, collaborate efficiently, and respond quickly. Automating repetitive tasks such as lead tracking, follow-ups, and reporting has saved us time and minimized manual errors, which in return has boosted our productivity. We also make use of the sales forecasting and analytics tools, which provide actionable insights that support our data-driven decision-making. Thanks to these advantages, we have been able to convert more leads into customers and improved our overall sales efficiency.

 ### 48. Highly Customizable CRM with Powerful Analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neha K. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

I like Zoho CRM's flexibility and the ease of customizing modules without needing extensive technical knowledge. It's great that it's not overwhelming. I'm a big fan of the analytics; it easily helps to tell a story even from messy data, and it's great that it grows with the organization's growth. Using Zoho CRM with Google Workspace is a big time saver, and it feels like one cohesive workspace. Also, getting the account started and importing the basic contact list was a piece of cake.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

Maybe the learning curve. As Zoho can do everything, it can be a bit overwhelming when you first log in.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho CRM solves fragmented data issues by acting as the single source of truth, preventing deals from falling through the cracks, and saving us hours of redundant work.

 ### 49. Best CRM for Lead Management and Data Visualization

 ### 50. Great product for a great price

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

Zoho CRM is an absolute powerhouse, offering an incredible suite of tools that has completely transformed our business operations. For any company seeking a comprehensive, scalable, yet remarkably affordable solution, Zoho CRM stands in a class of its own. Its intuitive interface makes user adoption nearly effortless, allowing our team to get up and running with minimal training and downtime, a critical factor for fast-moving businesses.

The platform's true strength lies in its sheer breadth of functionality. From robust sales force automation that tracks leads and deals with unparalleled precision, to insightful marketing campaign management and detailed analytics, it covers every touchpoint of the customer journey. We’ve been particularly impressed with the deep customization options. They have allowed us to tailor workflows, modules, and reports to our specific industry needs—a level of flexibility often reserved for much more expensive, enterprise-level competitors.

Furthermore, the seamless integration with other applications in the vast Zoho ecosystem, like Books and Campaigns, creates a truly unified business operating system. This eliminates data silos and boosts efficiency across every department. The customer support team is consistently responsive and knowledgeable, always ready to assist. For any growing business, Zoho CRM's scalability is a major advantage, ensuring the platform evolves alongside you. It isn't just a tool; it's a strategic asset that delivers exceptional value and provides the clarity needed to foster meaningful customer relationships and drive significant growth.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

I only dislike some of the limitations with the way fields can be created.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me keep track of my business
