
The ability to import leads directly from a Sales Navigator search URL is a standout feature. It saves me hours of manual list-building and means I can get a campaign running within minutes of setting up my filters. The automatic pause when someone replies is also excellent, because it prevents me from over-messaging warm leads and helps keep my outreach feeling personal and human. The reply inbox can feel clunky to navigate when I have multiple campaigns running at the same time. It isn’t always easy to quickly see which campaign a reply came from, or to categorise responses as warm, cold, or not interested. Adding a simple tagging and/or sorting system within the inbox would make managing replies much more efficient and less time-consuming. It would also be helpful to have a bulk option to save all leads from a search to a list, rather than having to go through multiple pages manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
