Zoho CRM is well-liked for being flexible, reasonably priced, and having robust automation capabilities, which make it perfect for small and medium-sized enterprises. Users adore its robust reporting capabilities, AI-powered assistant Zia for more insightful sales data, and connection with other Zoho products. Although setup can be complicated and several advanced capabilities are only available with higher-tier contracts, the platform also has a comprehensive mobile app and an easy-to-use UI. Zoho CRM's high learning curve during setup and customisation is one of the most popular complaints.
