**What do you like best about MyOperator?**

What I like best about MyOperator is the overall ease of use and the wide range of features it offers for cloud telephony and WhatsApp communication. The platform is fairly easy to implement and helps teams start using calling and messaging services without much complexity.

It is something we use frequently for customer engagement and utility messaging, and it supports multiple use cases like marketing campaigns and transactional updates. Integration with existing workflows and systems is also quite smooth, which makes adoption easier.

Overall, it’s a feature-rich solution that simplifies communication management effectively.

**What do you dislike about MyOperator?**

Overall, the platform is useful, but there are a few areas where MyOperator could improve, especially around service quality. At times, resolving issues takes longer than expected, and certain processes don’t feel as seamless as they could be. I also think there’s room to strengthen the overall user experience and improve consistency across features, which would make the platform feel more reliable and dependable.

**What do you like best about MyOperator?**

I like that everything is in one place - IVR, WhatsApp messages after calls, and the AI chatbot. The AI chatbot replies to customers instantly and collects their details, which saves a lot of manual work. The after-call WhatsApp message also helps us stay connected with customers and improve follow-ups. Account manager Support is really good Our account manager Nisha Pal helps us proactively.

Overall, it works well for us. Sometimes small changes or updates take a little time, but the support team helps whenever needed.

**What problems is MyOperator solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MyOperator helps us manage all our calls and customer messages easily. The IVR routes calls properly, the AI chatbot answers common questions automatically, and WhatsApp follow-ups improve engagement. It has helped us save time, reduce missed leads, and improve customer experience.

MyOperator is a perfectly good software for our team. It tracks and manages our business calls efficiently. The setup is simple, the call quality is clear, and it serves its purpose perfectly without any unnecessary extra features.

**What do you dislike about MyOperator?**

I dislike that basic features like call transcription, AI tools, and live call barging require extra payments or expensive upgrades. Even on a premium package, these essentials are missing. Competitors offer much better-bundled packages without these extra costs.

MyOperator simply helps us handle basic incoming and outgoing calls. Beyond standard call routing, it isn't providing any major business benefits or solving advanced problems for us because every helpful add-on feature requires an extra payment.

My experience with MyOperator has been extremely disappointing

**What do you dislike about MyOperator?**

My experience with MyOperator has been extremely disappointing. The voice broadcast service is unstable, unreliable, and far from what a business expects from a communication platform.

What makes it worse is their support. They simply do not respond — neither to emails nor to phone calls. Issues remain unresolved for days, and there is no accountability from their team. This level of unprofessionalism makes the service unusable for any serious business.

What I Dislike:

Poor call and broadcast quality

No response from customer support

No follow-up or acknowledgement of issues

Unreliable platform performance

Recommendation:
Based on my experience, I would not recommend MyOperator for any business-critical communication needs unless they improve their service and support drastically.

Intially we have looking services from various overators like WABA, IVR solutions , Truecaller , telephony,
Bt later we all our services moved to MyOperator, We dont need to conatct various vendors for any issues , Got one stop solution.

The onboarding and post-onboarding experience has been extremely smooth. Abhyuday has been kind and supportive, even with the smallest requests. Very happy with the professionalism and overall support.

There are certain basic telephony features that are either not available with My operator or are only being treated as feedback for future product development. There should be a mechanism for an annual service/feature request from clients, so these requests can be formally collected and properly evaluated.

Customer query handling, with a focus on evaluating customer pain points and using insights drawn from data to support ongoing product and service optimisation.

I like that MyOperator is user-friendly and good to have. The support from Abhay Gupta was excellent, as he explained all points in detail and had a thorough understanding of their products. He responded to all our queries up to the mark and explained the decisions behind the product offerings, which helped us understand how effectively we can use it. The initial setup was also good.

I feel MyOperator needs AI features.

The one thing Ilike is the calling process to manage the clients incoming calls and outbound calls.

**What do you dislike about MyOperator?**

The major concern for not going further is support from them as there platfrom is so much buggy in which support team take 3-3 hours support session with us in which they waste the time. and the intergation is also disaster in which they have the native api which only works to pass the data into the crm which is of no use. We have a frequency usage on daily basis but this platform doesnt work properly.

There was no such benfit we got from them as it is a totally waste of time and energy but still the incoming calls gets manged through the agetns from our client we recived the calls. They have to complete revamp the backend to setup and stable platform.

It was Easy of setup and it’s Call tracking accuracy is good also they provide a complete dashboard which helps me in easing my tasks

Nothing much maybe UI could be more modern in some sections

After opting MyOperator my missed calls got reduced and at a point there were No call attribution we are able to track everything and work with our marketing enquires

We used hubspot and required missed calls to be added as tasks. Their website lists so... But implementing it as an actionable task is a pain.... Never happens. Never worked out...

UI is too old and UX feels clunky

Customer support team did not find it user friendly. Use is for daily purpose, but not handy enough. Less features. Integration takes alot of time.

User friendly admin panel, until taken package dealing was100% perfect

**What do you dislike about MyOperator?**

Most of the reviews are not genuine paid reviews, I’m here for saying on my experience with my operator-  Best user friendly admin panel, best support until take a package, before what they said you won’t get major features that they ask additional  huge money that  you can’t afford. They will say refund options with in one month that you won’t get. In my issue they won’t give additional virtual number. As my company wants more numbers that they know that’s why they doing this like most of the customers facing this like issues. You can check first negative reviews then think about want or not. In my concern I moved from this and take Exotel package now I have 19 virtual number and unlimited options with cheaper price. I have lost near 50k with their fake commitment so beware to deal with them. I don’t know how this company have this many reviews finally I understand all positive reviews are paid. I won't say exotel package but 100% if you take package they gonna steal your money. My humble request don't take myooperator

The ease of setting up workflows, the ai generated voice assistant andhow economical it is compared to most of the competition.

**What do you dislike about MyOperator?**

I wish there were more intricate ways of setting uo workflows and more granular settigns ith regards to teams and calls.

Helps us have a 24x7 ibound call tracker that auto routes potential clients to the correct departments and personel and reduces our dependence on having actual staff available throughout the day.

Super-easy User Interface - The interface of the software is self-explanatory. Without even a demonstration, anybody can understand the software. 
24x7 customer support - The support team of MyOperator is pro-active. They are available over telephonic calls, live chat, and email as well.

Non-competitive pricing of the product.
They do not display all the plans on the website.

**What do you like best about MyOperator?**

Nothing. Hated the experience from day one. If you sign up make sure you dont use a discount code to buy the service. They won't refund if there is a discount code. I don't know why they say its policy. If the product is not working well and if there is a discount code why would I not get a refund. I wasted few weeks trying to get a simple direct answer for this question.

**What do you dislike about MyOperator?**

I don't think they are a company that would provide services. They just have a product (mediocre) which they milk money from. When the service is not useful for the customer they would not refund the money back saying the refund policy says full refund within the first 30 days. When I asked them your policy doesnt say that you wont do a prorated refund after 30 days they don't answer. Now they say since you have a discount code you cannot get a refund. They just steal money stay away from them.

They don't even try to solve your problem. They only push the solution they have. All their numbers are already reported in spam database and my students are not picking the calls  made through my operator. So the solution is spend more and buy an additional service. All these were never communicated during the initial contract signing or demo.

**What do you like best about MyOperator?**

To improve our customer service, we've used MyOperator to track the number of calls we've received and who's making them. We use the call log and recording system to keep track of quality and efficiency.

**What do you dislike about MyOperator?**

As of now there won't be any dislikes for this software and we are happy to use the same.

**Recommendations to others considering MyOperator:**

MyOperator has pleased us with their services. So far, our experience with the services has been positive, and their sales assistance has been excellent. Highly recommended

Configure IVR and manage multiple callers at the same time. After hours, route calls to specified agents and be available at all times. Our callers' experience will be improved by transferring calls without disconnecting them. Allow our callers to leave a message on our voicemail system when no agents are available to take the call. Make it easier for our employees to reach each other by using extension dialling. Using call forwarding, you may cut down on the amount of time our callers have to wait.

The UI and the ease of access are supreme with the tool. We have been able to map all our calling needs to my operator and it has been going super smooth every since.

**What do you dislike about MyOperator?**

The support team has to improve as we do not have a constant connection and any changes mentioned need a lot of time to be implemented. Sometimes there are drops and it disrupts the flow

Real-time calling and cloud telephony solution. Data integration with the CRM which makes it easy to pop up customer data before call to nudge users to provide better support

Myoperator is an application that helps us manage our business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with IVR support and a proper database of all answered and missed calls. To manage all of the direct calls, the programme is really handy.

As of now, I have no dislikes for this software because it allows us to expand our firm without limits.

We've been using it for about four years, and it's helped us track our business calls; the log and report sections are both beneficial and provide extensive insight into what's going on with our helpline number. It's straightforward to change user and department settings, and the changes are immediately implemented. The final judgment is that the customer is delighted.

It portrays the business as large and professional, which helps to increase the value and recognition of the brand. It also extends a company's reach 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and routes call to the appropriate departments for quicker resolution of issues. It does not necessitate the installation of any hardware or software. As a result, the structure and other infrastructure costs associated with scaling up are reduced. It also enables you to work from anywhere and at any time. All phone calls, whether made, received, or missed, are recorded. This not only improves the consumer experience but also assures that no leads are lost. It aids in the training of our personnel by allowing them to study and comprehend real-life customer scenarios.

Team coordination on extremely lower side , I feel connected only through my account manager Rizwan - but he is not able to do anything until promised things will delivered , after entering jeet mukherjee things came back on track . It’s my request pls see the clients like a real market person for your organization .
