# When is Zoho going to make an update in their visual environment?

Zohos visual environment is actually really bad, awful and a pain for navigation. Are they going to make any future update?

I have to agree. The interface is somewhat mundane and needs to be divided into multiple sections or some way to make it easier to navigate. It is robust, in a sense, but being robust also means having the ability to "use" the functionality without spending so much time "finding" and executing those tools. Time is money.

Hi Gerardo,

This is Shreyasee from Zoho.

We're sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the interface. If you could write to us directly then we would have a better understanding of the issue and might be able to help out. However, in a broader scenario, we are working on a major visual revamp. It is still in design stages. Rest assured we are doing our best to implement it as soon as we can.

Do you need help with anything else?

Please reach out to support@zohocrm.com

Regards
