"Simplifying Team Collaboration tool with Control"
What do you like best about Zoho WorkDrive?

Collaboration in real time, version history, and the ease with which everything can be shared inspire trust, as it is always possible to track the location of the files and ensure that the files being used are the latest copy.Organizing files, team folders, and permissions are not confusing, and this helps users forget about permissions and concentrate on the tasks at hand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho WorkDrive?

Navigating between personal spaces, team folders, and individual items can often be challenging, as it sometimes requires extra clicks just to figure out where a particular file is stored. Additionally, the feedback provided for certain actions, like setting permissions or synchronizing, could be clearer and more intuitive. As it stands, users may be left uncertain whether these tasks have been completed successfully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Team Collaboration and Organization with Zoho WorkDrive"
What do you like best about Zoho WorkDrive?

Zoho WorkDrive is very easy to implement, and getting the team onboard is simple. The Team Folders make collaboration organized, and features like version history and permission controls are genuinely helpful in daily use. It’s affordable, works smoothly with other Zoho apps, and the overall experience feels reliable for frequent use. Customer support is also responsive when you need help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho WorkDrive?

The sync performance can be slow, especially with large files, and offline access isn’t as strong as other tools. It also doesn’t offer zero-knowledge encryption, which might matter for highly sensitive data. Integrations outside the Zoho ecosystem are somewhat limited, and some users may find the interface less polished compared to bigger competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Collaboration and Seamless Integration with Zoho WorkDrive"
What do you like best about Zoho WorkDrive?

I appreciate that Zoho WorkDrive serves as a central place to store a variety of files like documents, images, and videos. It's excellent for real-time collaboration and offers structured organization for long-term file storage. The team folders are fantastic, making organization across departments or projects very clean and intuitive. I love how easy it is to control permissions and how files don't end up scattered across different user accounts. The activity timeline is a standout feature, offering clarity by showing who accessed, edited, moved, or deleted files, thus reducing errors. The desktop sync and automatic backups are also essential features, ensuring that my local work stays protected and updated in the cloud. Additionally, the straightforward setup process is a major plus. It's easy to sign up using an existing Zoho account without complex onboarding steps. Assigning roles such as admin, organizer, editor, or viewer is straightforward, and installing desktop and mobile sync apps is quick and requires minimal configuration. I find Zoho WorkDrive to be an affordable solution, especially for teams already using Zoho apps like CRM, Projects, Desk, Books, or Workplace. This integration within the Zoho suite is very appealing and offers cost-effective advantages over options like Google Workspace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho WorkDrive?

The search function can sometimes feel sluggish or less intuitive compared to other cloud storage services like Google Drive or Dropbox. For users with large volumes of data, finding specific files can become a bit cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure and Seamless Collaboration Platform"
What do you like best about Zoho WorkDrive?

I like Zoho WorkDrive most for its clean and organized team folder structure, which facilitates efficient document management and ensures an intuitive navigation experience. The seamless real-time collaboration feature stands out for me, as it enables my team to work together effectively without experiencing disruptions or delays, thus enhancing our productivity. Additionally, Zoho WorkDrive’s robust security controls provide peace of mind by protecting our sensitive organizational data and ensuring that we comply with necessary security protocols. This combination of well-organized files, easy collaboration, and strong security makes Zoho WorkDrive an invaluable tool for my daily operations and teamwork. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho WorkDrive?

Some features feel limited, like slower syncing for large files and occasional delays in previewing heavy documents. It would be even better if Zoho WorkDrive offered faster desktop sync performance for high-volume teams. The only challenge was customizing permissions for multiple teams during setup. "Effortless Sync and Seamless Organization Across Devices"
What do you like best about Zoho WorkDrive?

What I like most is how smoothly everything syncs across devices and across other Zoho apps. I didn’t expect it to feel more “connected” than Google Drive or OneDrive, but it genuinely does. Files stay organized, links between documents make sense, and I don’t waste time searching in different places. The universal search has been especially useful because it picks up items from other Zoho tools too, not just WorkDrive. It makes finding things surprisingly easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho WorkDrive?

I don’t have a major complaint, but there was a small learning curve in the beginning. Coming from Google Drive, some of the layout and folder logic felt different, so it took me a bit of time to adjust. It would be great if Zoho could make it easier to navigate. "Secure, Collaborative, but File Sync Needs Improvement"
What do you like best about Zoho WorkDrive?

I use Zoho WorkDrive mainly for secure team file storage and collaboration. I appreciate how it combines security, collaboration, and ease of use in one platform. The team folder structure really stands out for me—it's so intuitive for organizing files by project or department, ensuring everyone has access to the latest version. I love that it brings clarity and consistency to file management across the team, as folders belong to the team instead of individuals, so access doesn’t break when someone changes roles or leaves the organization. I also find the initial setup very easy and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho WorkDrive?

One area where it could improve is performance with very large files. Uploading or syncing large datasets can sometimes feel slower compared to some other cloud storage platforms, especially on unstable internet connections. Upload and download speeds for very large files can be inconsistent, especially when syncing through the desktop app. Sometimes the initial sync takes longer than expected. "Zoho WorkDrive Indian alternative to google drive"
What do you like best about Zoho WorkDrive?

The standout feature is its team-centric approach. Unlike personal-drive models, WorkDrive's 'Team Folders' ensure data is owned by the organization, not individuals. This simplifies permission management, prevents data loss when employees leave, and provides truly granular admin controls. Its seamless integration within the broader Zoho ecosystem is a massive productivity boost aswell. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho WorkDrive?

The desktop synchronization client can be less polished and more resource-intensive than those from more established competitors. The user interface, while highly functional, sometimes feels less intuitive or modern compared to the slick designs of Google Drive or Dropbox. Performance can also occasionally lag when handling a very high volume of large files at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined File Management with Smooth Collaboration"
What do you like best about Zoho WorkDrive?

I use Zoho WorkDrive as my go-to space for keeping all my work files organized and easy to access. It makes it simple to store important documents, share files with my team, and collaborate without constantly sending attachments back and forth. I like that everyone can work on the same files and always see the latest updates, which saves time and avoids confusion. Overall, it helps me keep my work structured, secure, and smoothly connected with my team. I like about Zoho WorkDrive is how naturally it fits into my daily workflow without feeling complicated. Everything feels well-organized and easy to navigate, so I’m not wasting time searching for files. I really value the smooth collaboration features, especially knowing that everyone is working on the latest version and changes are tracked automatically. The secure sharing options also give me peace of mind when working with others, making it a dependable and stress-free tool for managing my work files. The initial setup of Zoho WorkDrive felt smooth and hassle-free for me. Getting started didn’t require any technical effort, as the steps were clear and well guided. I was able to set up folders, invite team members, and start uploading files almost right away. Overall, the process was quick, simple, and made it easy to jump straight into using the platform for everyday work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho WorkDrive?

While Zoho WorkDrive is generally reliable, there are a few small things that don’t always work as smoothly as I’d like. Sometimes syncing large files or folders takes longer than expected, which can slow things down. A few features also feel slightly hidden or less intuitive, so it takes a bit of time to figure them out. With faster syncing and a more polished, user-friendly flow in some areas, the overall experience could be even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect Fit: WorkDrive Syncs Easily with Our Apps"
What do you like best about Zoho WorkDrive?

I use Zoho WorkDrive as part of our company's worksuite, and it plays a key role in managing all our product documentation, presentations, and business sheets. I find it easy to create, edit, and share within the organization due to its smooth integration with other Zoho apps. I also appreciate the special feature of recording options like screen, audio, and video. It's convenient not having to use a third-party tool to first record and then upload to Zoho WorkDrive. It helps me record my screen and directly store and share with colleagues or peers, which is mostly used for showing recorded videos of any products to clients. The initial setup was very simple as it comes with Zoho worksuite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho WorkDrive?

The UI UX is not initially user-friendly. An initial walkthrough could help users understand the new and existing features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
