You can use it with no much technical knowledge for configuration, all the functions work fine even for free users, that's a good option for me and I recomend for anybody who are starting in the VOIP services use

The program works fine, maybe if they have some videos for configuration and some other plus it will be good, but the app do the job

I like that you can make call with a hight quality. It has a lot of features, easy to integrate with other programs. I use it every day. It is user-friendly.

I do not like that you have to enter a password every time you make a call. I think that it is because of security matters.

I can receive up to 3 calls and I can transfer. I can call from any application by just clicking the number. Google, chrome, you name it!

Sometimes if you open RM first does not synchronize with RM therefore you don't see who's calling

**What do you like best about Zoiper?**

we can easily configure the any Voip account on Zoiper and the best part is we can enable Video calls. it has a option to use our custom proxy which is very secure. it has noise supression and echo cancellation which we will get very good voice and video calls. Another big advantages of  Zoiper is it's supports all three different types of OS which is windows, Linux, MAc and supports in android and iphone as well.

nothing to dislike the product and Zoiper is doing a good job. free version of zoiper has limitation to single account.

supporting three different type of operating systems which is Windows, Mac, Linux and andriod and iphone.  it has noise suppression feature which is very usefull for us.

Great design, possibility of use for free for the calling purposes. A fantastic way to communicate between the clients of your industry, a lot of useful commands to use within the app (e.x. to access the Voicemails and etc.)

I cannot put any of my customers or colleagues on hold on the line. I can only talk and be on hold with 2 people at the same time and I cannot call the third one at all.

It is a great app for solving all of my daily working needs regarding the phone connectivity with my colleagues, clients, and everything is coming for free! Great stuff!

I love that is linked to the Accounts in rent manager, so every time someone calls you can see everything in a second. You can take up to 3 calls at the time and that's great

Sometimes is not linked to Rent manager if you for example open Rent Manager first or you don't have it in the screen. But if you have it in your screen will be linked so is fine

Well a lot. Our office is in New York but me, I'm working from home so... I can not have a physical phone (landline) and that's why is a life changing system. You can be anywhere and is like a regular phone

The software has a friendly and intuitive interface, allowing me to make calls easily and quickly. In addition, Zoiper offers advanced features such as video calling, instant messaging and multi-language support, it is an affordable choice of easy-to-use and feature-rich VoIP software for voice and video communication.

**What do you dislike about Zoiper?**

The application doesn't have a very nice interface, you can't customize and adapt it as you wish, its configuration is a bit complicated and always has to be done by the IT super.

Besides the fact that we can communicate with the client in a practical and fast way, I can search for reports in a practical way in pentaho and I get great support, they answer very fast by e-mail or whatsapp and with cordiality.

I had my business and I required good calling SIP Provider to make international calls everyday so I take subscription for zoiper every month and it is cheaper than other.

It is difficult to setup connection in zoiper you have to know about VOIP integeration. Some easy navigation and tutorials in the app will solve the issue forever.

The ease of handling. The available features such as the audio test, the registration and cancellation option. The dialing method is also simple and allows you to paste the phone number.

I realize that it presents many errors. Even with an active call, another one comes in and the phone keeps ringing even when it's busy. This is quite disruptive.

**What do you like best about Zoiper?**

The best thing about Zoiper is that you can listen to other coworkers' calls in real-time, it helps to manage quality and client management. Also, it's great that Zoiper was the desktop version so it gets started when the computer starts so it doesn't depend on the browser performance.
Also since it is a desktop app the calls barely have issues of dropping on hearing problems, it was easy to restart, and the fact that you could get your status updated when you are in lunch or out of the office. and this same feature makes it easy to get into it, it has popup notifications and helps you top do not miss any calls, also allows you to get control of the people that it's logged in and get reports for that people.

**What do you dislike about Zoiper?**

The miss in Zoiper is that since it is a desktop app it crashed a few times and you have to restart the app from the task manager of your computer every single time. And due to these crashing issues, it makes you have some missing calls so it's best if you have a good computer so the  Zoiper performance doesn't get affected. Another issue is the voice mail configuration, you really have to remember all the options when you call if not it's so difficult and you might be not able to leave your personalized message.
Also the fact that you don't have easy access to your missed calls or voicemails, it a bit complicated to get a copy of your history and makes Zoiper a bit complicated to work with.

**What problems is Zoiper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoiper helped to solve some training with the feature use of hearing the calls in real-time you can provide the new recruiter information from each call while they do hear you managing the information and the clients. Also, this same feature helps to improve the quality of service since you can hear the other coworkers' calls anytime and provide great feedback in real-time.
One last problem that it helps to solve it's the same quality service issues but with the feature of recover calls, you can keep track of the issues of each person in your company, and in case of any issue you can have proof of it.

I only dislike it when it crashes as from my experience with it i have faced a big problem with the zoiper application when it crashes and it stops making calls

The advice i am going to make to any one who uses the zoiper or he wants to use the zoiper is to make the bes tout of it as its so helpful when it comes to calls and its easy to use and has the nrst advantage i think as it can work without any problem if it was for the server connection as in my company there is so many agents work with it and its still stable and usfeull

The compatibility of different operating systems is nice. It is always a pain when its only for IOS or Android. I also like the feature of voicemail to email. The overall ease of use is great too.

The design of the app I didn't find very appealing. But as far as using the app, I never had any issues with anything. It worked as it advertised which is really all you can ask for.

Zoiper experience is amazing in general, specially the clearance of the sound and avoiding any metallic sounds  It is a very good VOIP  type software option and meets the expectations for which it was installed. The program has a very clean and well-designed interface where i can see the information needed at all times, from the internal number of their account, to the buttons to dial phones and view the history.

The ability to change the ring tone and assign it for each user also ability to add floating icon for zoiper ,This will be additional upgrade adds alot to experience of using Zoiper

The over all UI,is so easy to navigate and you can see all the options on a single screen. Have been using it for 6 years now, not a single day outage. The Features and voice quality is also great and no lag the best part is that.

**What do you dislike about Zoiper?**

Maybe addon more features, some time takes a local number to route the call. SOme times the call ringing is not heard and calls get connected, not sure if that is due to the internet or?

**Recommendations to others considering Zoiper:**

Definitely the best tool for International calls and saving the cost y having a desk number, you can install it on Phone or OC it will work at the best.

International calling for the sales team at low cost and does not have to have a desk number. We dont have to have a huge investment and this is a viable solutions for our sales team.

Zoiper Pro can be customized or branded with personalized skin or company colors and logo, accordingly.

**What problems is Zoiper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was first using Zoiper while working for a local ITSP.  We used SIP accounts with an internal server, and we could call each other from anywhere within our network. 
I've also used it as a reliable connection between offices at different locations. Configuring a VoIP Server for internal calls and tests and using a softphone is sometimes simpler than other solutions.
Subscribing for a permanent or prepaid VoIP plan with any provider makes incoming and outgoing international phone calls cheaper than most local providers for some countries. I am using my VoIP account mainly for calling abroad.

Zoiper allows for easy phone management, especially for remote employees. It also has a contacts feature that even many physical VOIP phone solutions lack, and can track network traffic to ensure the best quality connection. Furthermore, it allows you to set the ringtone to a different audio device than the in-call audio, so you can set the ringtone to an external speaker and not have to wear your headset until a phone call comes in.

**What do you dislike about Zoiper?**

Features like Conference Calls and Warm Transfers are locked behind a paywall, which is totally understandable but adds extra cost. Another unfortunate drawback is that the ringtone is sometimes painfully loud compared to the actual call volume and there doesn't appear to be any way to adjust the volume on it or change the ringtone.

It has a free version that has no time limits on it, so there's nothing to lose in terms of trying it out and deciding whether you want to roll it out to a whole team and/or purchase the pro version.

Zoiper allows us to keep a staff of remote employees connected with each other and our clients via phone without any hassle, which is especially useful with distancing measures. It's easy to install, easy to set up and log into, and easy to use, which makes it so our internal support team only needs to send out a basic instruction sheet to employees and let them install it themselves.

Configuring Zoiper and getting it ready for use is easy. The overall navigation and ability to use the device is easy as well.

At times the call quality can become distorted and choppy which requires additional troubleshooting and adjusting of the settings. It can also be related to bandwidth connectivity and/or dead spots while traveling, which cannot be corrected. Another dislike is that apps, such as this one, can really drain your battery life as they are required to constantly be running in the background with priority over most other apps.

Zoiper is really easy to use and configure without the need of being present, which is a huge help and allows for multiple installs to be completed in a single day while keeping costs down!

Zoiper allows you to bring your deskphone with you. So, if someone is out of the office they don't have to broadcast their personal cell phone numbers instead they can use their work numbers simply by configuring that office line into their Zoiper app. Additionally, this app can help decrease the overall overhead to an organization as you no longer need to order and install physical equipment. Instead, the employee can just install the app on their personal device and be ready to go!

Zoiper is a free mobile application that you can use through internet/wifi to make local or international landlines calls and also those with local extensions. You can also make calls via voice over IP. The application can also be integrated with your existing company PABX. There are no licenses required it is totally free. The application is very easy to use - no training is required. There is a call recording feature to record your voice conversations. There is an auto answer feature to ensure that calls are always answered. There is also a video call option to see who you are talking to. The application has integration with your existing address books in Windows, Mac, and Outlook. It can also integrate with your company's CRM. The tools has other special features that require a fee such as live video conferencing, instant messaging, and SMS integration. However, all the basic things you need are available in the free application

No recording of video calls. It is open source so it can easily be hacked. It has to be secured via TLS and other high security tools

Zoiper allows me to take my VOIP phone and features on my cell phone, I can redirect calls from office to my mobile phone and can also make calls via VOIP from my cell phone, how cool is that?

There are times when the quality of the VOIP audio drops and i need to switch back to my cell phone and make the call. This can be tedious at times and leads to drop calls.

If you need to use your VOIP credits via your mobile phone, then Zoiper is the best option.

what I like most about zoiper is that I can have it installed on any software platform, since it is compatible with windows, linux, ios, android, etc., which makes the communication is first hand and in any place, the program is very complete since it offers communication in audio, video, fax and instant messaging, all in a single program, which makes it a powerful communication option, once in operation the resource management is great even with call video, since it consumes few system resources, and does not receive any kind of surprise crashes or blockages, and for voIP calls it is compatible with most VoIP and pbx service providers, and has the main advantage that calls between users who use zoiper are completely free.   

**What do you dislike about Zoiper?**

the program is excellent however the configuration is something that can break your head because it is very advanced and you are necessarily forced to use specialist help, especially for VoIP calls, and for me One disadvantage is having to leave my PC on when I have at all hours for receiving incoming calls.

the product is excellent allows to lower communication costs when using VoIP calls, which facilitates communication and allows the call of audio and video with an impressive quality, and much better than other similar programs, its use is very simple and fast, use it you will notice a unique experience to be able to see who calls you once you configure it with different plugins that make it possible to access the contacts of your personal and work email directories, so that whenever you are in your directory you will know who is calling you , I recommend it to everyone.

Zoiper is the program mostly used in the different dependencies of the work, mainly because it is the one allowed because it is configured for internal use within the company and also for VoIP communications from outside the country, since international long distance calls are extremely expensive in my country and VoIP service is a much cheaper option.

A long time ago I worked in a callacenter, zoiper is a program that is easy to use, and allows you to contact the clients, it is quite good and has little delay, I like it because it is like using a cell phone, also one of the things to is that it is a light program, for example in my work it was very practical because each one had its own user and could have it as their personalized account with which I worked, even though I used the commercial, i am satisfation with the software in my area of  used.

As for my dislikes is mostly in communication sometimes there are certain interferences, only sometimes but they are very annoying because sometimes they do not hear you well or you hear a lot of noise, also in general lines does not guarantee the safety of the user, that is a point against, and finally something no less important is the need to have to use void if or if it makes it a little limiting (in general)

I recommend this program, especially for those with call center companies, they are very practical for this area, the truth is never to try it from the non-commercial side, however in general lines it has good quality for the call.

 Zoiper is  extremely easy to use once it’s  successfully installed and operating. The best part is probably the fact the free version can essentially do anything you need it to do for business calls including: a landline voicemail with optional extensions,  conference calls with no more than three attendees, and the ability to install on a cell phone and directly send a text or make a call from the individual phone app as well. 



**What do you dislike about Zoiper?**

Getting the program installed correctly took a lot of work that I didn’t think should have been necessary. It also does not always show you your voicemail on time (at times it did not alert me at all that I had a voicemails sitting in my inbox for weeks). Lastly, if you have the app installed on more than one device such as on both a laptop and a mobile phone, it will ring to all of them. At times that would cause me to be on able to answer the calls properly. Being in sales, obviously that is a huge issue!

 You literally have nothing to lose trying out this free product!

the application has several strong points, among which we can mention the following: the application can be installed on any device regardless of the operating system that is being used, which makes Zoiper the most complete communication application, the consumption of resources of the system is very little, which is very positive if you have a low performance computer, without affecting the communication, the audio is not distorted which is excellent, on the other hand it should be noted that the communication is Voip type what helps you to minimize costs in international calls, and if your partner also uses Zoiper, communication is completely free.

The least I like is that I have to find someone specialized for its configuration, I think it would be convenient to have an assistant for its configuration more easily, on the other hand the incorporation of masks to improve its interface would be very positive since this form everyone customizes the application as he likes.

That they use zoiper since they will have an impeccable communication service, sharp image, very clear audio, with little system resources, which means that you can install it on any device regardless of the operating system, besides saving on costs since it is of VoIP communication.

currently we have many relatives and colleagues who are outside of my country, zoiper allowed to shorten the distance, although there are more popular applications, zoiper wins because it consumes little resources and certainly our equipment is not the most modern, so that having zoiper for communication is great, since you have clear audio with an excellent image and you do not have to have a very modern equipment.

This application is really easy in usage and installation, interface is simple and kinda looking old school. The quality of calls is good. With this software you may achieve a lot, highly recommended for the new business. The dialing process is really cool, reminds me of a good old days. Usage of this product can be for inside business calls as well as for business purposes.

The quality of calls is good but sometimes you wish for better, because if you are working on the phone, especially in sales, hearing the client properly is very important for your successful work. Sometimes it may freeze during the call, barely happens.

Zoiper opens up at startup, registers itself and just sits there, without you even noticing, until you need it. Whenever a call comes in, you get a pop-up to take it or dismiss it.
You also can integrate it flawlessly with your system, so that every telephone link (as in: href="tel:1234567890") uses it directly without asking anything, speeding up your workflow.
You can also set it to Do-Not-Disturb when you take a break.

**What do you dislike about Zoiper?**

I haven't been able to get it to auto select Do-Not-Disturb at startup, which would be good when your primary job is not Customer Services, and only chip in once in a while, but it's not that hard to manually press the DND button.
