It is a very practical and intuitive platform. It is very easy to manage tasks and have the information available in a couple of clicks.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

The tax benefits service (reimbursable) could expand the portfolio and offer better options and qualities. For example, some agreement with gyms, restaurants, etc. The call to opt for the health benefit is also limited and is not open all year.

Facilitate hiring in places where a company is not willing to hire or open an organization. Therefore, it provides more flexibility and enables people from different countries to apply for a job that they otherwise could not.

Remote.com is a highly user-friendly platform that is simple, intuitive, and easy to navigate. The interface is well-organized, making it easy to understand features and complete tasks efficiently without unnecessary complexity. Overall, it provides a smooth and reliable user experience, even for first-time users.

One minor drawback is that the USD to PHP conversion rate on the platform is slightly lower than the prevailing market rate. However, the difference is not significant. While there are alternative payout options that allow funds to be received in USD without conversion, I have been hesitant to switch due to concerns about potential payout issues. Overall, the impact is minimal and does not materially affect my experience with the platform.

Remote helps streamline payroll processing and time and attendance tracking, providing a reliable and efficient system for both employers and employees. For me, it ensures timely and accurate payment while making it easy to track my work hours. Compared to the previous platform we used, which had significantly higher deductions from my pay, Remote offers a more transparent and favorable solution. This improvement is a key reason why my employer transitioned to Remote, and it has had a positive impact on my overall experience.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I like the usability of Remote. I like the app a lot because it feels secure and is very functional. I really like the feature that notifies me via email when my payslip is on the way. It's a simple click through to open up my pay stub, so I can see my deductions. Setting up Remote was very easy for me; you just set up your profile, and everything is kind of set up for an end user. As a global solution, I find Remote better than other systems I've heard about, especially for workers outside of the US.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I have not a lot of negative experience with Remote. The only thing was naturally changing my employment employer record when I moved to a different country. I suppose it was quite a seamless experience as far as Remote was concerned, but it was more about the changing legislation or changing documents, etcetera. I think maybe some recommendations on best practices when moving country would help, like what do I need to provide to make the process more seamless.

I find Remote makes viewing payslips, tax breakdowns, and submitting time off easy. It simplifies having a digital employment history and offers secure and functional usability.

I really appreciate how Remote has made the process of working with an international employer straightforward. From onboarding to payroll, everything is structured in a way that removes a lot of the typical friction you'd expect when working across countries. The clarity and consistency are what stand out the most. The payments are reliable, and I just got my first payment, which was really clear. The communication is clear, and the platform is easy to use and understand at each step, giving me a strong sense of stability. I find the platform very intuitive, user-friendly, and efficient, eliminating the need to spend time figuring things out. It simplifies what could otherwise be a complex process. The initial setup was real easy and very intuitive. Also, managing payroll and submitting documents over the platform is very easy, and uploading PDF files for expense reimbursement is really helpful and cool.

I love the transparency of the contract with Remote and how I received all the terms and conditions a week before being hired, which gave me time to review everything comfortably. The signing process was quick, and the contract was automatically delivered to my employer. It's convenient having it stored within Remote's space so I can access it at any time. I appreciate the clear enumeration on the pay slip, which gives me transparency regarding my taxes, so I don't have to wonder where my money goes. Submitting expenses is incredibly easy and automatic, saving me time. The initial setup of Remote was very easy and intuitive, which made the process seamless.

I don't need to fill in the timesheets in my company, but I understand it is mandatory under the Spanish law.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I like that Remote is simple but also complete, providing tons of resources. The support team was very helpful when I had a few questions in the past months. The simple overview of my salary is essential for me, knowing exactly when and how much I'll get paid and why. Their extensive resources on local taxation and employment laws were very useful, especially since I had to check multiple things moving from Germany to Italy. Plus, when I applied for a special tax regime, they were super quick and efficient in supporting me. Everything was already set up, and they knew about it, which wouldn't necessarily be the case with a small company's HR team. Additionally, the platform is user-friendly and made the initial setup easy, despite the complexities related to local taxation.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I guess I would have really appreciated a specific person supporting me in the initial setup. I had to submit tons of documents and I was worried about doing something wrong. Basically if there was a person dedicated to supporting me, like being my point of contact for any question and perhaps with knowledge of the local market, that would have made things even easier than they were.

I like that Remote handles the business side for you. I came on board knowing that I get all the benefits through Remote, and that's quite cool. They really have your back in terms of making sure you're covered in the country you're working from. It's like having a personal assistant in your pocket, which is good, especially if you don't know what's compliant in your country. They have trained professionals who ensure that your rights are exercised.

I don't see if you're speaking to a person when going through chat with AI. The human element is missing. Although AI chat is more efficient, it doesn't provide the same benefit as speaking to a real person. The initial setup wasn't straightforward, and there weren't clear and precise instructions in place.

I love the fact that Remote has an app, which allows me to check everything from the palm of my hand. It makes everything much more easy and seamless, especially when checking in on when payments are coming. I appreciate how it makes tracking days off, including sick days and federal holidays, visible and easy to manage. I also find the payroll aspect super easy to use, and it takes a lot of human error out of tracking, making the process seamless. Additionally, it allows me to track expenses, which has been great all around.

I had submitted a review prior for the $50 review credit, and I did not receive anything. So that's my only complaint. But it has nothing to do with the experience itself.

Remote helps eliminate human error in tracking, making payroll seamless. It also allows me to easily manage PTO and other days off. The app is convenient, letting me check payments from my phone effortlessly.

I am really happy with Remote because of its on-time payments. Whenever I raise an invoice, I always receive the payment within 7 days, which has been the fastest experience for me. I also like all the updates I get about payment releases and when they will hit my account. It's convenient because I can check everything I need on Remote, thanks to all the available options. Remote solves all my HR-related problems in one place, making things a lot easier for me, especially since I'm doing an offshore job and they handle payment efficiently. That's why I would rate it a 10 out of 10 and say they are the best.

The mobile app interface, especially for Android, needs more improvement. It's buggy, laggy, and has slow updates. Also, the initial setup took 24 hours for verification, which could be made easier.

I use Remote for registering holiday requests, accessing employment documents, and managing pay slips and salary. It's great because everything is contained in one place, so I don't have to worry about saving documents like payslips or employment contracts. What I like most about Remote is that it's very user-friendly and makes finding important documents and information easy. The initial setup was very simple and straightforward due to the helpful guides and prompts, although it was really intuitive. In my opinion, Remote is much better than charliehr, which I used in the past, and it's the best system I've used by far. I would recommend it to others.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

UI/UX:
Clean and easy to use for basic tasks. Finding documents and payslips is straightforward. However reaching a human through support takes too long, the AI chat creates unnecessary friction when you have an urgent compliance issue

Support/Onboarding:
A critical error was made during onboarding — my rodné číslo was registered incorrectly with Slovak tax authorities, meaning months of tax and social security contributions went to the wrong identity. This is a serious compliance failure that should never happen. When flagged, the team was polite but slow to respond

Performance:
Payslips and salary payments were always accurate and on time. That part works well

Overall:
Fine for simple employment situations. If you have any cross-border complexity, expect to do a lot of the compliance work yourself.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Some issues can arrise regarding taxation, and some more indepth help could be given for individuals who are moving to another country and need to navigate the acquisition of legal documents

I use Remote for getting paid and I appreciate that I have the same legal rights, holidays, and benefits as an employed US citizen while being in Spain. I love that it just works and does its job. I also value the private medical insurance and the Cobee partnership because I can use them, and they are deducted from my salary instead of my net income.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

It's useless when I need to ask for legal advice on residency; I had to take that with an external consultant. It also takes a good 4-5 days between 'your salary is on the way' and the money actually reaching my account. And it's not my bank, I checked already. Easy-ish, I had to fill some docs that I didn't know how to fill and the docs were fuzzy.

I get paid and have the same legal rights, holidays, and benefits as a US employee while in Spain, plus private medical insurance through a salary partnership.

I have all my HR stuff like payslips, expenses, and days off on Remote, which is really handy. I find the user experience interface friendly, making it easy to navigate. The AI Assistant is a big help by reading necessary details from documents and photos to fill out forms, which saves me a lot of time. Before using Remote, I had to manually rewrite amounts and details from receipts into a company's spreadsheet, but now I just upload a picture of a receipt and the AI Assistant fills it for me—I just add some notes, and that's it. The initial setup was pretty easy.

By now I haven't noticed anything

Remote is the most appropriate as it gathers all the processes under one roof of managing international workforce. I apply it in my HR practice on regular basis to deal with contracts, benefits and payroll of employees in various locations. Its compliance features and documentation make it cover all the features that you do not want to leave out. It can be integrated with Slack so that payroll and HR tasks could be automatically alerted, keeping the teams on track and minimizing follow-ups.

A weakness that I have observed is that the customization of payroll schedule to accommodate very specific regional requirements is sometimes challengeable. This at times slows down processing of our smaller offices in our HR team. I use Remote as a support for an employee working for a US company. It's quite a smooth application, helping us track our payments, leaves, and upcoming notifications. The most likeable thing about this platform is how easy and convenient it is to navigate to the required options, which I feel keeps this application top of the league. During the initial setup, I found it provided lots of clarity and convenience, and it felt magical.
