**What do you like best about Remote?**

What I love most about Remote is that it truly acts as a one-stop shop for all my day-to-day HR needs as an employee. The platform is incredibly easy to navigate, making it simple to find documents or update my details without any hassle. Additionally, the support team is fantastic communication is seamless, and the fact that I can easily reach out to support and get quick answers directly from my mobile phone is a massive upside for my workflow.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Honestly, I don't have any major complaints about the platform. It is incredibly user-friendly and straightforward to navigate, so I haven't run into any significant issues or downsides during my time using it.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote has completely solved my concerns regarding payroll and compensation tracking. Most of my inquiries revolve around pay, and the platform ensures everything runs like clockwork. Whether I am checking on payday schedules or waiting for my latest payslips, everything is delivered right on time. Having a responsive system and support team to handle these questions gives me great peace of mind as an employee.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

First of all, I really love the HR support. We have a full HR team available to help with any questions. The AI support for HR also helps a lot, even though I will always prefer having humans handle my issues.

The interface is very simple and self-explanatory, which makes everything straightforward, like scheduling days off, requesting documents, viewing payslips, and so on.

The integration with Slack also makes management easier across the company, so we always know who is available and who isn’t.

Overhaul I believe Remote is not only a platform to support remote work, but also a good basis for big teams management, specially when our teams are scattered all around the world, making it quick to manage a lot of employees, making our work perform way more, and making our investment on the platform worth every single penny.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

What I dislike about Remote isn’t directly related to Remote itself, but rather to Coverflex Benefits in Portugal. Under the Technology benefits, I’m not able to buy things like Apple TV, smartwatches, etc.; I can only purchase laptops, tablets, smartphones, and PC components. Since our work is remote, practically any gadget can be used for work. At the very least, there should be an option for us to justify certain purchases.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote helps me keep all my work-related documentation and status centralized in one place. I no longer have to scavenge through my email to find my payslips, and updating my tax information is very easy as well.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I like that Remote makes employment-related tasks simple and convenient. It's easy to access my employment information, complete onboarding requirements, and manage documents in one place. The platform also provides a seamless payroll experience as I can choose my preferred bank for salary payments, and I've never experienced issues with delayed or incorrect pay. When I also try to ask for assistance, the AI chat support is able to answer my question right away, making my experience smooth, reliable, and hassle-free. I can say that the interface is user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Overall, my experience with Remote has been very positive. If I had to point out areas for improvement, I would suggest providing a detailed payslips with a clearer breakdown of earnings, deductions, taxes, and the calculations used to arrive at the final net pay. This would make it much easier to understand how each payroll amount is computed. Aside from this suggestions, the platform has been reliable, easy to use, and has provided a seamless experience.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote simplifies the entire employment experience by bringing onboarding, payroll, and employment documents into one platform. It ensures I receive my salary on time through my preferred bank, gives me easy access to important information, and helps me resolve questions quickly through its AI support. Overall, it saves time and makes managing work-related tasks much more convenient.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

The interface is super clean and everything I actually need on a daily basis is front and center. Instead of digging through clunky menus, I can just log in and get what I need in seconds, which saves me a lot of time each month. 
What really stood out to me as an unexpected bonus is the AI support. It’s deeply integrated and actually answers most of my questions accurately right away, rather than just spitting out generic help articles. For the tricky stuff, the handoff to their human support team is really fast. I've never had an issue drag on; they always get my queries resolved on time.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

The visibility around public holidays can be pretty inconsistent. For instance, the main view will show a list of public holidays, but when I actually click into it, it only displays three of them. It's confusing and makes it slightly annoying to plan my time off, since I'm not always 100% sure which days are officially recognized without double-checking.

It would be a big improvement if they could fix this glitch so the detailed view actually matches the main list. Just having a simple, accurate calendar view that reliably shows all the holidays for my region would solve the issue completely.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before my company started using Remote, managing international payroll and compliance was definitely a challenge. As an employee based in India working for a US employer, getting paid efficiently used to involve a lot of friction with international wire transfers and confusing local tax compliance. We struggled with the logistics of cross-border HR, but now my employer can run payroll seamlessly for international team members like me in one place. This has resulted in a much smoother experience, I get paid on time, every time, without having to stress about paperwork. Plus, the platform gives me access to a surprisingly great selection of localized employee benefits to choose from, which really makes a difference in feeling like a core part of the team.

What I like best about Remote is the platform itself, it's intuitive, reliable, and makes managing everything much easier. I've also had a great experience with our assigned payroll representative, who has always been helpful, responsive, and professional.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

What I dislike most about Remote is the customer support experience. The live chat doesn't resolve issues directly, they just send help articles or create a support ticket. Unfortunately, many tickets take a very long time to be resolved, and some never receive a response at all. In my experience, around 2 out of every 5 tickets seem to get lost or go unaddressed. I believe Remote's customer support is the weakest areas and could be improved significantly.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote allows us to manage all of our employees and contractors in a single platform, regardless of where they are located. For a company like ours, with entities in different countries and no in-house payroll specialists, it provides a simple and reliable way to handle payroll and employment compliance. This saves us time, reduces complexity, and gives us confidence that everything is being managed correctly

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I really appreciate how Remote simplifies my work life by gathering all my essential work information in one place. I use it primarily to access my payments, payslips, insurance, and retirement plan effortlessly. Everything is conveniently accessible, which makes my life as an employee very comfortable. The platform is extremely easy to navigate, and I find the overall experience very user-friendly, akin to a personal profile website but tailored for an employee’s needs. Furthermore, using Remote has been a beautiful experience, and it makes changes in my work situation much smoother and more manageable.

I would like to be able to get help if there is something that isn't clear. I feel the need to talk directly to a person for support when using Remote.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

What I like most about Remote is how smooth and organized the entire onboarding process is. The platform is easy to use, and the app performs well. I haven't experienced any major issues, and everything loads quickly. I also like the time tracking feature because it's simple and makes it easy to log my hours. Based on my experience, I've always received my pay on time, and the system even notifies me about two days before the payment is sent, which is really helpful. Another feature I find useful is the AI assistant. When I had basic questions, such as the rules for allowances or information from the employee handbook, it was able to provide quick answers without me having to contact support. On the few occasions I did need help, such as when my previous company delayed providing two required documents, the support team was understanding and gave me extra time to submit them. Overall, my experience with Remote has been smooth, reliable, and hassle free.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

So far, I haven't experienced any downsides with Remote. Whenever I have questions or need assistance, I can easily reach out through the chat support, and they respond quickly. Most of my questions have been answered right away, so I haven't encountered any major issues using the platform.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote solves many of the challenges that come with working remotely by keeping everything in one place. I can easily track my time, access important documents, view my payslips, and get updates about my payments. One of the biggest benefits for me is that I don't have to worry about filing my taxes because Remote handles the tax requirements for remote employees. That saves me a lot of time and gives me peace of mind knowing everything is being managed correctly. I also like that the AI assistant can quickly answer basic questions, such as allowance policies or information from the employee handbook, without needing to wait for a support agent. If I ever need additional help, the chat support has been responsive and has answered my questions quickly. Overall, Remote has made my work experience much more convenient, organized, and stress free.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I really appreciate how Remote has enabled us to hire overseas without any additional admin burden, making it easy to engage quickly with individuals overseas. It keeps everything in place and provides a clean environment to manage employees efficiently. The onboarding process is really easy and smooth, especially when adding specific contractual elements. It's great that Remote integrates well with our HRIS HiBOB, improving the overall experience for EORs and UK-based managers and employees, making EORs feel more like a part of the wider team.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Support is great when I get to speak to a person. I don't find the chat that useful. It will often regurgitate information that is stored on your sort of help site, which is fine, but actually, you know, more often than not, I do need to speak to a person. So we get there in the end, but it's not as quick as I would probably like it to be.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote lets us hire overseas without the admin burden of setting up entities, engaging quickly with individuals. It keeps everything organized, provides a clean environment for managing employees, smooth onboarding, and integrates with our HRIS to make EORs feel part of the team.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

What I like most is how transparent they are about what you need and when you need it. They’re also easy to reach whenever I have a question or need to follow up.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

What I dislike about Remote is that they’ve installed a new AI instead of letting me chat directly with an agent. You’re usually expected to provide only keywords, but the AI often isn’t familiar with them, so it’s hard to explain what I mean. Then, once it detects it can’t answer, it transfers me to an agent anyway. It could have done that from the start when it didn’t understand the keyword.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The issue I had was needing to remove my father as a dependent, since he is no longer with us and has passed away. That was taken care of, and it benefits me because I won’t be charged anymore.
