As a non-EEA customer, I learned that it’s no longer possible to order Visa digital or physical cards with Paysera - yet the option is still visible and selectable in the mobile app. This creates false expectations and unnecessary confusion. If this service is no longer available, it should be clearly disabled or communicated upfront, not shown as available.
What makes this even worse is that I only discovered during the renewal process that my card had been canceled on September 14, 2023, without any prior notice. If card services are restricted, this should be clearly communicated in advance - not handled silently.
This appears to be an internal limitation on Paysera’s side, since most banks in Bosnia and Herzegovina have no issue providing Visa cards.
On top of that, Paysera advertises “instant” SEPA transfers, but in reality they can take up to 24 hours. Calling this “instant” is inaccurate and should be explained more transparently so customers know what to expect.
Overall, the service lacks clarity and transparency, which seriously affects customer’s trust. I hope Paysera will address these issues instead of continuing to mislead their customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
