Nothing at all to be honest, but if would say something, the office environment to talk personally with my colleague at the coffee place or lunch together

They help me understand my payslip, including everything about my salary. They also explain how vacations work and what to expect when I take time off.

The whole process is very clear and smooth. A eing hired through Remote for an international company feels like the best option, especially since the contract complies with all Brazilian labor regulations.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

There isn’t much flexibility when it comes to taking time off, especially compared with working for Brazilian companies.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All HR contracting is handled under BR regulations, including all the benefits. The remote setup also makes it easy for me to work for a foreign company.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

Really easy to sign the contract and star to work. The Remote.com portal is very intuitive and easy to use. If you need help, there is integrated AI agent, that performs well, but if it will not give you the answer there is a help desk always ready to help you and answer questions.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I missed some introduction meeting that could give overview how things work in Remote. The portal is intuitive, but it would be nice to have a kick-off session.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows you to work for companies from from other countries. It helped me to continue my work after my employer closed office in country of my residence.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

The simple UI design makes Remote very easy to use, and it’s quick to understand what’s available in the software. Integrations like file upload and document uploads help both employers and employees by making it easier to manage everything and keep track of the records and documents we have.

Remote’s optimization feels in line with what I’d expect today: the website loads instantly, and overall performance is smooth and responsive. With such a refined UI and solid record tracking, it also helps me stay on top of our payments and payslips.

Support is superb—available 24x7, offering instant solutions, and willing to go beyond the usual steps to help out. The AI and intelligence built into the software also helps a lot when I need quick answers to smaller problems. The drag-and-drop feature for instantly uploading files, documents, and receipts saves a lot of time, and it stays quick and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I did not find any specific features that gave me some negative usage

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote handles all of my required documents and forms. As an employee, this solves a lot of problems for me because it makes it easy to manage everything whenever I need it. I can check my payslips, expense receipts, days off, and time off in just a few simple clicks. Overall, the UI is very simple and self-explanatory, so I don’t have to waste time figuring out basic things. It saves me a lot of time and energy, which is a really good thing.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I have a very good experience with Remote. I find it pretty useful because it handles all the HR and payroll complexities for my US-based remote job. I don't have to worry about cross-border payments, compliance, or paperwork, which makes things much smoother for me. It removes a lot of operational overhead and lets me focus on work instead of admin stuff. The platform is very straightforward to use. I don't have to worry about non-work logistics that usually come with international employment, as Remote takes care of things like compliance with local laws and contract management. On a scale of 1-5, I'd rate the initial setup as 5. I'm also highly likely to recommend Remote, giving it a 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Earlier there was no clarity on the forex conversion rate, and still there isn't any. It would be great if they put a forex rate applied and the reason for that. I contacted their support and they informed me that it's based on the last day of the month dollar to INR rate, but if this reason was already present on the platform, I wouldn't have to reach out to their team.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote handles HR and payroll complexities, eliminating cross-border payment worries, compliance, and paperwork. It removes operational overhead, letting me focus more on work than administration. The platform is straightforward to use and manages logistics like local law compliance and contract management, making international employment smoother.

I like that Remote provides an easy way and 0 fee to get my salary directly to my main bank account. I appreciate their quick support which makes me feel confident about my money, as I know if I have any issues with access, the support team would help me immediately. I also find the platform easy to navigate, and the initial setup was easy for me.

Like on 2FA reset authentication I've needed to join my account on a computer instead of just using my phone because the reset button was just showing on PC.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I use Remote to receive my pay from my company and to book holidays and manage expenses. I love how it gives me clarity by showing exactly where my expenses are going, when they're coming in, and when they're going out. This transparency is really important and helpful. I find it incredibly useful that it's easy to book holidays and see how much time I have left. Another thing I like is the UX, which is streamlined and simple, making it very easy to navigate and use even for first-time users. During onboarding, the UX was really good, which made it very easy to get started. Also, the customer support team was really quick in responding to my problems, especially when I had some trouble sorting out holidays. They got things sorted and resolved quickly. I'd recommend Remote massively, giving it a 10.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I think maybe a bit more communication around payday. There's a little bit of miscommunication on some of my payslips where it says the twenty fifth, and it's actually the twenty fourth, but that can be really panicky. I don't think there's a lot wrong with Remote.

Remote gives me clarity on expenses and makes it easy to book holidays and see available time off.

I appreciate how Remote provided me with several unique job offers that immediately caught my interest. The interview process was smooth and seamless, and Remote facilitated it effectively. I enjoyed how easy it was to search for jobs based on position, experience, and specific preferences, making it both informative and intuitive compared to other sites. Remote's filtering options like checking if I'm looking for entry level, mid, senior, or higher positions, and clearly offering a range of years needed for different levels of positions, truly stood out for me. The search for remote jobs was also hassle-free since it's a primary focus on the site. Additionally, signing my contract through Remote was extremely easy, and the system was very intuitive. I'd definitely recommend Remote to fellow peers and friends looking for work, and I even rated it a 10 for recommendation.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

When uploading documents, I had a hard time understanding what it needed exactly from the dashboard itself. Once a member from Remote reached out and clarified that, it made things a lot easier for me. I hope that they update that soon so that they don't have to reach out for something that could easily be implemented on the dashboard itself. When I was uploading my Tax ID number, it said that I need to upload my Tax ID. I figured, as long as the information matched my documents and records, no big deal. It wasn't until the team from Remote reached out that I needed to upload a recent Tax ID document. I had been uploading one I had since 2019.

Remote provides unique job offers and a smooth interview process. It makes job searching easy and intuitive, allowing filters by position, experience, and preferences. It also simplifies finding genuine remote jobs, unlike other sites with limited search options.

I enjoy the cleaner UI and the overall experience on the PC, where benefit deductions are displayed clearly. The support team is really helpful whenever I have questions or issues. The initial setup was seamless, with an easy process for verification and identity management, including other authentication and face ID. I also appreciate having access to both the Remote app and desktop, which adds to the great experience. The support is fast, answering my questions promptly. Overall, these features enhance my experience with Remote.

I think sometimes navigating to the main thing that you want to achieve can be tricky. For example, last week, I was searching for the meal card benefit and got to the page but didn't see any process set up there. Also, since the new tax regime in India allows an exemption on the feature, this update hasn't been reflected on Remote yet. So, some things could be improved.

Despite working for a small company, I have clarity on my payslips, vacations, refunds, and all policies related to my labor contract, and I have access to competitive benefits. I find the web and app very user-friendly, helping me comfortably navigate several tasks like understanding payslips, uploading reimbursements, getting assistance, uploading timesheets, accessing benefits, and scheduling vacations. Support is also very diligent; the few times I've had issues with payslips, I've received very professional and timely assistance. The initial setup was so easy and straightforward.

The only thing I'd appreciate is to have, under the expenses section, an AI-powered real-time guidance on the supporting documents needed for every specific expense. I mean, you can always access a local expense policy on Remote's resources, but I'd like to not need to access this separate document to ensure I'm uploading the necessary documentation for each expense.

I really like Remote because it's super easy to use; the UI is friendly and it looks amazing. Even though I hesitated downloading the app, it actually makes it easy to see all my job information. It's particularly useful for seeing what is covered by my health insurance and it links me in an easy manner to where I can receive the help I need. The time off request feature is also a favorite, as I can add it and inform my team lead right away. The transition to Remote was perfect on its side when we switched from Rippling.

I would like to see other users, specifically my team leads, within Remote so it's not isolated. It seems hidden right now.

Availability of support during weekends is a con, and the time taken to resolve issues could be improved. Time to resolve any queries also is concerned with unavailability of support during the weekends.

I find Remote really easy to use because all of the HR onboarding is made straightforward. I like that it collects all the benefits and presents them in the same ecosystem, which makes it really easy for me. The way they send payslips is in a very easy-to-understand format, breaking down taxes and deductions, which makes all the information very digestible. I also find the initial setup incredibly easy. Everything is pretty much done for you, and it's as simple as logging in and setting a new password.

I think customer service wasn't great. It took a while to get people to answer my emails, and I had to send two or three emails to get some sort of answer. Sometimes it wasn't ideal.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I really like the interface of Remote and the fact that they have an app. It allows me to track everything whether I'm on my computer or my phone. The interface is friendly and amazing to work with and look at. When I don't want to turn on my computer, I can easily open the app, log in, and check every single detail about my payments. Also, I appreciate how they send emails to notify me about the status of my payments. This easy access to the app and the detailed information regarding my payments are what I like the most.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Well, I think that there is an option there that it is asking you for, like, a verification code when you always try to log in. So I think when it goes to the computer, maybe it should be like, another way to verify yourself when you're trying to log in. And not putting the long, you know, those long codes that they sent you to your email. So I will recommend to have, like, another verification method, but not the code. Or if it is the code, don't send that code to the email instead of the phone number. That will be amazing.

I just like how the contractors can go in, send me their bill for the week, and I can just click and pay it. Super simple. I also like the NDAs that you guys have, and the payment process now is really easy. Plus, my tax software automatically classifies you guys where you should be.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I couldn't onboard a new contractor because I had an overdue invoice, and it wasn't clear where it was from. I was pretty sure I was being overcharged, and I still think I am. It's not clear how many contractors I have set up at a time or how to officially remove them. Also, the setup wasn't easy, probably like three out of 10.

I use Remote for paying contractors' payroll, making it super simple to manage weekly bills. The contractors send their bills, and I can just click and pay them.

Some information could be clearer directly within the private area, instead of having to go through support. Personalized tax information, reminders of when and what to submit with a good lead time would be nice. This would help workers not have to worry, especially when working in a country that is not their country of origin.

What I like best about Remote is the support. The team is always responsive, helpful, and willing to guide me through any questions or situations that come up. Whether it’s something simple or more complex, they take the time to explain things clearly and make sure everything is resolved. It really makes a difference knowing there’s a reliable support system behind you, especially when dealing with important work or processes.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

One thing I didn’t love was that I had to reach out to support for things that I expected to be easily accessible on my own. For example, I wasn’t able to view my payslip directly, so I had to contact support just to receive it. Additionally, there was a change in how my commission was paid—I received it on the first payment of the month instead of the second, which is how it had always been before, and I wasn’t notified of this change in advance. I think on the time tracking for paid time off, it's unclear that the PTO has an expiry date. The initial setup with Remote was complicated, causing about a month delay due to my legal status. I was set up as a contractor tax-wise, and making the switch to 100% salaried was quite a process. Nothing really. I only wish they pushed harder for companies to sign up for more benefits. My company hasn't opted in for many and that's just a disadvantage when comparing with local companies. But the overall experience is very positive

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I like Remote primarily because it enables managing employees abroad easily. All contracts, payroll, compliance are managed on a single platform, which saves a significant amount of time. The onboarding and management of local regulations is an attractive feature. It has also transformed my day to day working routine as it has helped minimize errors, and has ensured that our global team is in sync, so managing several countries becomes so less stressful.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

There is a sense of limitations regarding certain detailed reporting functions. In some cases, when I require certain payroll or compliance data, I must spend additional time exporting or verifying data. This has influenced my work by creating little delays in the audit or review. It may also introduce additional procedures of making sure that it is all in line with a variety of countries.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The greatest challenge to me with Remote fixes is the challenge of managing employees globally effectively. Earlier on, it had to balance between multiple platforms and spreadsheets. All this is now consolidated, and this simplifies my everyday work and minimizes errors. It is advantageous to my team since there are payroll and contracts that are processed with high accuracy and therefore, it is easier and more reliable to work with someone internationally.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

Remote has made my payslip management much easier. I love having one central secure space where all my important documents and payslips can accumulate. Notifications are just right! Important information is placed in the forefront. Applying for leave or adding expenses have never been easier. The app is quick to respond, and just comfortable enough without being overbearing with useless features. My interactions with customer care and the other team members on the development team were also super friendly and helpful and quick to respond. It was super easy for me to start using. No training was required. Incorporating it into my usual payslip management system was effortless, and in fact has now replaced my entire document management system for my employment-related and sensitive documents. It has become part of my life. I love Remote!

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I’ve been using Remote for the past six months, and I still haven’t found a single thing I dislike. If anything, the only hiccup I’ve run into was with my most recent expense claim: It showed as “Approved,” but for an entire month it didn’t display the expected payout date. Then one day the claimed expense simply appeared on a payslip, which caught me by surprise. That said, it’s really just a minor issue.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit for me is that I don't have to worry about any legalities, currency exchange or tax issues while receiving my internationally paid salary. It all gets handled and kept track of for me. This is a huge stress relief! Apart from this, I also love that I can get my contract and proof of employment and other important documents in a heartbeat right on the app, and I love that I can directly update my personal information without the clutter of chatting with someone to do it on my behalf.

I like that Remote is at my fingertips, providing easy access to its features. It also gives me a lot of explanation regarding my insurance policies, which is really helpful. Additionally, I appreciate that Remote ensures we meet all the country's local laws and regulations for employment. These aspects make managing my work-related needs much more straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I believe that one of the things that could be improved is to allow us to see our benefits and make the benefits a little bit easier to understand as far as for, like, the quantities. And the actual translation of their local currency from USD and to specify whether it's USD or pesos.

I use Remote to ensure I get all my benefits in Mexico and track my pay and taxes. It's handy and explains my insurance policies well. Plus, it ensures we meet local employment laws.

I appreciate the convenience of managing my leave days, claims, reimbursements, and payslips through Remote both on the phone app and desktop browser. It makes it very quick to put in requests and get approvals. I also like how quickly support responds in case of issues. The AI functions, like OCR for receipts, invoices, and claims, as well as the AI agent for support, are very well built in. I enjoy the ease of seeing remaining leave days and the last payslip. The initial setup was quite straightforward; I just downloaded the app, did the setup, and started using it on both the app and desktop browser.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

The signing can be a pain, especially the back and forth of using 2FA and also sending a code separately via email or text. Either make it one or the other, or allow me to use my preset 6-digit pin code like other secure apps.

Non-standard situations are sometimes hard to solve, mainly because it has to go through support and replies are not instant (might take up to some days), which might be stressful depending on the situation.
