**What do you like best about Remote?**

The remote support is very good, and both the app and the website are well built and functional. I also like that whenever I need to speak with someone to better understand HR processes, I always get a fast answer.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

the reimbursement should happen imediatelly and not once a month.
The benefits are weak should have a more competitive meal voucher

**What do you like best about Remote?**

Remote has made my payslip management much easier. I love having one central secure space where all my important documents and payslips can accumulate. Notifications are just right! Important information is placed in the forefront. Applying for leave or adding expenses have never been easier. The app is quick to respond, and just comfortable enough without being overbearing with useless features. My interactions with customer care and the other team members on the development team were also super friendly and helpful and quick to respond. It was super easy for me to start using. No training was required. Incorporating it into my usual payslip management system was effortless, and in fact has now replaced my entire document management system for my employment-related and sensitive documents. It has become part of my life. I love Remote!

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I’ve been using Remote for the past six months, and I still haven’t found a single thing I dislike. If anything, the only hiccup I’ve run into was with my most recent expense claim: It showed as “Approved,” but for an entire month it didn’t display the expected payout date. Then one day the claimed expense simply appeared on a payslip, which caught me by surprise. That said, it’s really just a minor issue.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit for me is that I don't have to worry about any legalities, currency exchange or tax issues while receiving my internationally paid salary. It all gets handled and kept track of for me. This is a huge stress relief! Apart from this, I also love that I can get my contract and proof of employment and other important documents in a heartbeat right on the app, and I love that I can directly update my personal information without the clutter of chatting with someone to do it on my behalf.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I like that Remote is at my fingertips, providing easy access to its features. It also gives me a lot of explanation regarding my insurance policies, which is really helpful. Additionally, I appreciate that Remote ensures we meet all the country's local laws and regulations for employment. These aspects make managing my work-related needs much more straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I believe that one of the things that could be improved is to allow us to see our benefits and make the benefits a little bit easier to understand as far as for, like, the quantities. And the actual translation of their local currency from USD and to specify whether it's USD or pesos.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Remote to ensure I get all my benefits in Mexico and track my pay and taxes. It's handy and explains my insurance policies well. Plus, it ensures we meet local employment laws.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I appreciate the convenience of managing my leave days, claims, reimbursements, and payslips through Remote both on the phone app and desktop browser. It makes it very quick to put in requests and get approvals. I also like how quickly support responds in case of issues. The AI functions, like OCR for receipts, invoices, and claims, as well as the AI agent for support, are very well built in. I enjoy the ease of seeing remaining leave days and the last payslip. The initial setup was quite straightforward; I just downloaded the app, did the setup, and started using it on both the app and desktop browser.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

The signing can be a pain, especially the back and forth of using 2FA and also sending a code separately via email or text. Either make it one or the other, or allow me to use my preset 6-digit pin code like other secure apps.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote makes it easy to manage leave days, claims, reimbursements, and payslips via phone or desktop. It's quick to request and get approvals, with convenient AI features like OCR for receipts. The support responds quickly.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

Their online platform is easy to use. And when I had a question, there is an actual human that respond instead of a chatbot. They are able to adjust something very local in context, zakat deductions, even though they are a global entity, so I appreciate that. Actual humans with human responses, that's rare now.

Nothing so far. I get what I'm looking for from their online platform and their contact point when I need it.

I can work for an international company without having to move away from my home country. Which means I can care for my parents in their old age.

Things are mostly very well streamlined and the platform is easy to use for standard procedures. They are also usually well aligned with local labor law.

Non-standard situations are sometimes hard to solve, mainly because it has to go through support and replies are not instant (might take up to some days), which might be stressful depending on the situation.

I really like that they offer 24/7 customer support for questions and concerns, and that they don’t rely on pre-packaged, tone-deaf responses.

They also communicate clearly and in plain language about my salary, benefits, and any issues that come up.

I appreciate having all my documents and payslips in one place, which makes everything much easier to find and manage.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I wish it included a feature to remind my manager about pending requests—something like a quick “ping.” It would also be ideal to have a dedicated section for my tax situation, including when I can expect the annual breakdown.

The platform's ongoing reliability for managing monthly invoices and contracts remains a huge plus. The interface continues to be completely frictionless, which significantly cuts down on administrative overhead and allows me to focus more of my bandwidth on my actual design and video editing work.

While the payout schedule is highly predictable, achieving faster clearing times to local Philippine bank accounts would be a massive improvement. Additionally, expanding real-time customer support availability to better accommodate Asian time zones would be incredibly helpful for resolving any urgent compliance or contract questions.

I love that Remote is easy to access. I can find all of my documents and manage everything easily. It's also available as an application on my smartphone, so I can check everything while I'm on the go, which makes it really efficient. The initial setup was quite easy and resulted in quick success.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

What could be improved, I think, is that it sometimes doesn't give you all necessary information. For example, when I was in the onboarding phase, I definitely needed to have quite a lot of emails and ping pong messages with the people that onboarded me. And, therefore, in their system, they could definitely share more information when it comes to documents that you need and process fees and how they are structured so that you have a better and easier way of handling these things.

Remote has a seamless dashboard and allows me to access my information quickly and easily. My payslip is always sent on time and the chat bot function is very useful.

My only issue is as an admin user. Occasionally it’s difficult to find company documents and response times from the customer service team can be slow.

It makes changes in salary so easy. In the past, it has been an administrative pain to change these sort of details. I also really appreciate the invoice breakdowns as it helps with my finance work.

The scheduling feature for invoices is extremely helpful, it ensures monthly invoices are never missed. I also like the leave management experience; applying for leave and tracking approval status is very straightforward.

Previously we can add any bank account in remote but now it restict to use only yours, So if We can add any account then it will be great feature!

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I love Remote's clean user interface. As a developer, I appreciate good user interfaces and experiences, and Remote gets this right. It's not too flashy, just what you need as a contractor, and it gets the job done. So far, using Remote has been a bliss for me because I've not had any issues at all, and everything's been great. I use it mostly for contract work, to track my time and receive payments from the company I work for. The payment process is smooth and easy, especially considering the challenge of working from Nigeria with businesses from other countries. Also, the setup of Remote was very easy, with prompts for personal details, business details, and tax information. The support team was amazing and resolved my issue quickly when I encountered a problem with my ID documents.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Recently, I had a bit of a minor issue with not being able to input my payment details because my client wasn't done onboarding. I would have appreciated a bit more clarity with what needed to be done in that period.

At the beginning we had some issues when asking about some country specific requirements, information provided to us was not correct and that had an impact on the hiring.

Sometimes it lacks guidance or the help center is is not up to date with the info that you need for your specific case. As every case can be different depending on the location, the employer etc. its crucial to have a reliable help center. But over all their support team is quiet responsive and I never had to wait for an answer long

It’s very easy to do everything in the app: booking my vacation and viewing my payslips are both straightforward and hassle-free. I also really like how simple it is to check how many vacation days I still have available.

I wouldn’t say I dislike anything about Remote.

Everything is straightforward, from viewing my latest payslip to how easy it is to book my days off and check how many I still have remaining. Before, it was very confusing and we where struggling to book our days off as it was much more complex. I also like having a very clear calendar, which makes it easy to plan ahead.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I use Remote for viewing payslips and other related workplace financial documents, and I appreciate the easy access to an electronic paper trail instead of trying to keep a physical record of those documents. I find the bulk download feature very helpful. If I want to bulk download for personal recording, it saves me a lot of time since I don't need to download one file at a time, and I don't get confused with what I already downloaded. The UX is very easy to navigate and pleasant to interact with.

I think Remote could do a better job at providing tutorials and better advertising what features are available on their platform that sets them apart from others.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Remote for easy access to financial documents. It provides a hassle-free electronic paper trail and the bulk download feature saves me time. The UX is very easy to navigate, enhancing my interaction with the platform.

I found the user interface of the program difficult to use at time (e.g. would ask for both sides of my residence permit to be uploaded, but would only let me upload one photo). Also, there were too many reminder emails for documents that were due

The team was quite responsive to my questions in a timely manner.   once u r on-boarded, the online tool is quite intuitive and comprehensive- both web and app.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

i think they are  not the cheapest.  Some processes like legalization of documents were super expensive compared to what you would spend doing on your own.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I like that Remote is my employer of record, allowing me to work for a UK-based company while being a French citizen. I appreciate the online tools Remote provides for managing all aspects of my work contract. Features like easy management of holidays and time off, centralized places to get or upload any documents, and salary payment notifications are quite helpful. The initial setup was quite easy, and I was impressed with how the Remote team was able to help sort out issues related to my company's lack of knowledge of French employment laws and contract types.

It can be very slow to onboard and generate offer letters. There have been times where I've also waited over a week for replies from support. Sometimes there are unclear answers on how local laws apply to us in our specific instances. Applying additional payments like maternity leave can be strenuous and complicated, even when speaking to agents. I don't get direct access to payroll representatives.  We have also received incorrect information about waiting periods for benefits that has negatively impacted our international employees.

The overall software interface is really good. Very easy to use, find the information, get the overview.

The most annoying part of using them is Customer Service. The chat box works fine, you can find very basic answers there and people working there are lovely. The problem is that often they do not have authority to provide any information or solve issue. So they need to pass the ticket to other department. And then if can be weeks of no respond, or you have to wait multiple days of having 1 reply. Working in HR space where these things are very delicate and often requires the respond right away is really really problematic. I considered switching the provider at least 3 times in less than a year when I work with them. Really sad that when companies have such a great product really damage business with very poor CC support.  
Effective customer support should be Nr 1. investment they should be doing.
