**What do you like best about Remote?**

I use Remote for managing my payslip, requesting time off, and recording my work hours for the week. I like that the features are easy to access and aren't a hassle. The support team is very hands-on, especially when I have concerns about payslips or time off, and they help me in a timely manner. I find Remote more convenient and less hassle compared to other tools, and it's easy to access and beginner-friendly. The initial setup is super simple and fast. I'd probably give it a 10 out of 10 for recommending to a friend or colleague.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I think one thing that could be improved is they should have at least a welcome email especially to the new users of how does it work so it would be easy for the beginners.

Remote helps me manage my payslip, time-off requests, and weekly hours easily. It provides timely support for payslip issues. The user interface is convenient, less hassle, and beginner-friendly.

The platform is overall very good it’s user friendly, intuitive, and easy to navigate. I’ve had a great experience using it, and the service has been excellent overall. Everything works smoothly, and the overall experience has been very positive.

One feature that could make the experience even better would be the ability to add expenses directly from the mobile app, since it would make the process more convenient and efficient.

Remote keeps everything related to my payments very organized and easy to track. It gives me a clear view of my payroll, documents, and payment history in one place, which makes the whole process much more efficient and reliable.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

What I like most about Remote, as a clothing store owner, is that I can manage my employees records, salaries, and benefits in one place. Remote also takes care of labor policies, so I don’t have to deal with the hassle of researching laws when I’m hiring for my company. The platform itself feels smooth every time I log in and use it. It’s simple, yet really effective. Customer service has also been kind and excellent whenever I’ve needed help.

For now, I have not experience anything to dislike about Remote.

I use Remote to employ people in 26 countries, which allows me to find talent anywhere in the world and keep administrative staff to a minimum. I like that I can do onboarding in a very short time. The initial setup was pretty easy, with no hassle at all.

I would like to have a report for each month where I see total costs per employee, including employer costs.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

What I like most is the speed and simplicity of the onboarding process. Signing documents digitally is often complicated, but here Remote was really excellent. The signing was very quick and trustworthy. Additionally, the app was very fast and optimized. The download and registration were quick and seamless. The further upload of documents and the signing of new documents also went quickly and smoothly. Contact with support was quick within a few hours and very efficient, and additional questions from me were answered quickly and expertly via email support.

With Remote, I received my new employment contract and managed everything from the new employer. Signing documents digitally is often complicated, and here Remote was really excellent. The onboarding was quick and easy, the signing fast and trustworthy.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I like how user-friendly the software is. It is very easy to understand, especially the section where we need to upload files. It also sends notifications for almost everything—whether there is a ticket about pay or updates on timesheet submissions. It is truly a one-stop shop for everything you need to know regarding HR. Also, I love the fact that we got our first pay on time. I also love the AI chat feature. There are opportunities to improve, but the overall performance of Remote software is good. So far, I have not connected it to other integrations or external tools. I would love to explore the integrations part. In my opinion, my client made a good investment in taking on Remote software.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

This is my first time being introduced to and using Remote. Compared to other software platforms I have used in the past, I hope they can improve the response time of their customer support. It would be highly beneficial to have a support team that responds within the same day. Communication becomes difficult when days pass without an answer—especially when relying on a general support inbox. Even when reaching out directly via a specific email address, it still takes few days to get a response.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using the platform, our international client faced a massive hurdle because they have no legal business entity established in the Philippines. We were previously managed through a local third-party agency, which created a complete lack of transparency. Our client had zero visibility into the exact breakdown of what they were paying the agency versus what we were actually receiving in our take-home pay. Trying to transition us away from that model while protecting the benefits we had already earned would have cost our client an immense amount of time, money, and legal effort to figure out on their own.

Implementing Remote completely changed this dynamic. We struggled with administrative blindness, high agency overhead, and compliance risks, but now we can employ our entire team legally and directly through an Employer of Record (EOR) model, which has resulted in 100% financial transparency, full compliance with local labor laws, and complete autonomy over our compensation.

Thanks to Remote handling all HR compliance and legalities, our client cut out the middleman entirely. This saved them months of legal setup time and significant corporate expansion costs. Most importantly, it gives our client total control to decide our pay directly and ensure we retain our hard-earned benefits, entirely eliminating the guesswork.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

Clocking in is simple: I log in, tap once, and I’m signed in or out. There aren’t any complicated menus or drawn-out steps to get through. I can also download my paychecks whenever I want, without having to go through HR, and they’re neatly filed so they’re easy to find and access. The vacation and leave request section is straightforward too; I can quickly see how many days I have left and submit a request in seconds. Overall, the app looks great, everything is well organized, and it’s easy to navigate. You don’t need to be a tech expert to use it. I've been using daily Remote for about a month now and it's great to be able to track expenses, especially for someone like me who travels frequently. It's very useful to have a chat with a dedicated customer support operator so you can report problems without having to send emails. From my perspective as an employee, implementation was very simple: I received an email with the link to register, and within 5 minutes I had my account ready to clock in. No complicated procedures. I don't know much about the technical integrations because as an employee I only use the basic functions, but I can say that the app works well on its own!

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

There’s honestly nothing I’d change about Remote, mainly because it’s simple and intuitive to use. The only thing I might add is an option in Payslip Action to report payroll-related issues or submit requests directly to the relevant company team’s email address.

I can finally track my remaining vacation days and leave without having to dig through my paychecks. It also makes it easy to plan my next vacation, since I can clearly see the total vacation entitlement I’ll accrue over the entire year.

Things that I like about Remote is the automated local compliance alert. It has definitely saved the day for us by keeping things running smoothly for our business. The system tracks updates from local labor boards in the background and proactively pings us whenever there are changes in international regions, like mandatory pension contribution rates or statutory holiday schedules. This feature saves us from accidental legal slip-ups, ensuring we stay within the legal requirements and follow each country's laws and governance. Using Remote reduces the time I have to spend tracking and finding information manually, as everything is automatically updated if any changes occur.

The mobile app interface is too cumbersome for managers. While it works fine for employees submitting receipts, trying to review complex contract adjustments or approve multi-country payroll runs from a phone web browser is challenging. That really requires a desktop setup.

I like that Remote connects us with an actual human being quickly when the AI chatbot identifies complex queries that require a more personalized response, especially around employment law. The AI bot is great, but when you need an individual to respond, Remote is quick to recognize that and arrange the right level of support.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I've struggled a little bit to connect our specific employee data with the invoices we receive. And I found the support function often points to a UI that has been updated or superseded. So it can be quite frustrating when you're trying to find something urgently. Also, Remote is quite expensive compared to other services we use in Malaysia.

I loves how Remote is very good at maximizing budget planning. The interactive country employment cost calculator makes my work easy and enjoyable. It allows me to plug in target salaries and instantly see the true fully loaded cost of employment, including specific regional employee taxes and mandatory statutory fees. This prevents budgeting surprises and works well for our business, making it easier for us to manage our foreign workers.

The localized equipment's depend tracking needs some updates and improvement. Managing remote work allowance across different countries with varying test deductible boundaries is highly challenging in the current interface. Frequently, it forces our team to handle custom reimbursement manually outside the platform.

I use Remote for global mobility and visa sponsorship management. It eliminates our financial bottleneck by handling multi-currency logistics, allowing us to fund a single invoice in USD. Platform is friendly on both mobile and desktop. As an employee, I really appreciate the transparency of the platform as it allows me to see my salary enquiries, payment date, vacations, etc. 

It had a straightforward setup process, never had any issue with its performance.

I also appreciate that it doesn't shove any AI functionalities or doesn't try to reinvent the wheel on simple topics.

In my previous companies I had to write letters or complete forms to submit my vacations, here it's very straightforward. 

Also, I sometimes needed my contract, payslips, and other job related documents, and I had to search through all my files all around. Here I have it in a single place and it's just convenient as an employee.

The automation level. It is a step up from other software companies. It is also much more fast in terms of bureaucratic processes and unlike DEEL- there is no postal procedure

The processes around visa can be tedious and age old. Remote workers do not neceessary need leaves to work from elsewhere and it is difficult to get specific requests through in changing work contexts

Remote is my go-to application for all HR-related tasks, and I genuinely appreciate its consolidated solution for requirements like uploading expenses, checking payslips, benefits, and time tracking. I specifically love the clean UI, where everything is laid out in a simple format, making it easy to access any topic. Additionally, the pay summary section is clear and provides a good breakdown, which I find really helpful.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Improvements needed - 1. In the document upload section, you can't delete a file once it's uploaded. I don't know if it's intentional, but there should be a time limit to delete a file. 2. You can't update the name of the uploaded file or specify the purpose of the document. This could be simplified. 3. A help or general query section is missing in the request section for asking general doubts and confirmations. 4. In the expense section, it doesn't allow creating trip details and requires uploading files one by one, which can be a problem for big travel. 5. The deposit method should be hidden and moved to the request section rather than outside for account additions. 6. The EOR document is clear, but the onboarding process related to NPS and EPS is a bit slow and could be improved.

Remote offers a centralized experience where the most important information is readily available. The interface is intuitive and responsive. 
I typically use Remote to submit expenses, and its AI quickly recognizes scanned images. 
Submitting time-off requests is straightforward. 
The weakest point is the integration with benefits providers: the information is available, but filing claims is not integrated on remote.com. 
For any questions, support responds quickly.

The integration with benefit providers is the weakest point. 
Some benefit details are listed on remote.com, but I still have to click the provided links and visit each provider's website to get the most up-to-date information.

Remote has excellent customer service, I have never had any issues with them. Out of 27 payments, I only had an error with one, which was immediately resolved by them.

Remote solves payroll problems, which is why the company I work for uses it as the payroll manager. Likewise, it has the option to provide employment through companies in other countries without the need for a specific legal entity in a country.

I use Remote for all my HR-related activities like pay slips, sick and paid leave. I really appreciate the payslip feature. I get emails two days in advance of my payslip, and I also receive a notification through the iPhone app, which is very easy to use. Their customer support is good and allows me to deal with sensitive subjects without involving my company's internal finance or HR managers.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I think that finding files could be made a little easier, such as contracts, etc. I think if the app would rename documents maybe. I uploaded mine from my phone so it used the file names. I think if the app renamed these for easier finding (e.g., P45, ID, Contract, etc).

Remote helps with leave, PTO, and pay slips. Their good customer support lets me handle sensitive issues without involving my company's finance or HR managers.

I also really like that there are no fees on the withdrawal for the person receiving the funds. Compared to services like Payoneer that charge significant fees and take longer for transactions, Remote processes my invoices quickly—often within hours. This efficiency is a standout feature.

I would really like to have an option to disable Guaranteed Payout while paying out from USD to PKR. The guaranteed payout gives a terrible conversion rate (1 USD = 271 PKR even though the actual rate is 1 USD = 281 PKR). I preferred it before, where the conversion rate was provided by the receiving bank instead of Remote. Also, Remote can only pay out in PKR for Pakistani accounts, and I would like to have an option to payout in foreign currency accounts like USD, EUR, GBP, etc. It's frustrating because I have USD accounts in Pakistani banks that I cannot pay out to using Remote. Also, Remote still doesn't allow using Meezan Bank Limited and Allied Bank Limited for Payouts in Pakistan, and I would like them to support these since some of my colleagues use these banks.

I like getting my payroll check directly deposited into my bank account. It makes it easy for my company to pay me, despite not having an operation in the US. They provide excellent benefits that the Company pays for. Once everthing is set up properly, it generally runs smoothly.

The customer service is terrible. You can NEVER speak with a person.  It is all done by email.  This makes explaining complex issues difficult.  The response time after submitting an issue can be up to three days, and the answers that you get back are often incomplete and occasionally don't make any sense. They need to provide faster customer service with the ability to speak with a live person!  Everything is done through their portal, which wasn't easy to set up. There was a lot of paperwork, and some of it was unclear without anyone to speak to.  If there are issues with benefits, you need to wait days for a reply. They also don't provide much lead time for when benefits renew.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote handles payroll cheaply and smoothly, depositing directly into my bank account since my company doesn't have a US operation.

I use Remote for pretty much everything HR-related, mainly to access my payslips, submit HR requests, and keep track of my benefits. It’s a really good, tech-savvy platform that makes these tasks straightforward.

Nothing to add at the moment, I'm overall satisfied.

Remote handles my contract, benefits, and all HR data smoothly. They were really good in guiding me on the onboarding of my new contract moving to a new country, that help was really appreciated the most.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I use Remote as our third-party EOR, mainly for contract, timekeeping, and salary purposes. Remote solves the ease of tracking my salary while being employed. The payslips are detailed enough and are not confusing. In terms of timekeeping, timesheets are organized well that I won't be lost in understanding. Remote is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. Furthermore, the UI itself is clean and neat and has no lags whatsoever. In terms of filling in our timesheets, the autofill feature works very neatly, especially for a fixed schedule, in just a click, I have already filled out my time for the week. One major thing is regarding timekeeping, which had been an issue with us on Deel, and Remote fixed it through their timekeeping system. It was easy enough for a first-timer like me to not be confused in setting up Remote.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I think the AI itself in terms of chat support. I really think it still has room for improvements. The answers were still hanging and not that direct to the point. It will eventually lead me to contact a real person since the answers were still that vague.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Remote for contract management, timekeeping, and payroll. It simplifies tracking my salary with detailed payslips and an organized timekeeping system. The autofill feature for timesheets is handy, fixing previous timekeeping issues.

I love it because it's super intuitive, it's easy to access on PC & mobile, it shows you all the invoices, options & benefits in a simple way. I like that it's not so complicated to learn how to handle. It's the first app I use in this way to resolve work issues or check vacations, days off, or other things.

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I really appreciate Remote for enabling me to work for a Finnish company while living in Japan with my family. It allows me to get paid abroad and handles all the accounting and legal issues efficiently. The onboarding, helpdesk service, and answering my questions about payslips and taxes have been prompt and accurate. I also love that Remote hasn't failed to solve any problems I've encountered so far. It just works.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Nothing to complain about, it just works for me. The onboarding process could have been a few days faster if I had known that mandatory health check-ups can be a bottleneck, as they are not available every day in my city for some reason. A "speed run" manual for the country could have been nice in the beginning!

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote solves all accounting and legal issues for global payroll, allowing me to live where my family wants while working abroad. The onboarding and helpdesk are prompt and precise, handling payslips and taxes smoothly.
