Like we have used a few softwares before but most of them had a complicated user interface due to which training new employees for the software was a time consuming task. However, this isn't the case with Express Invoice since most of the important functions can be accessed from the main screen itself. In addition, I love how it helps us to save time and makes billing easier by automating the calculations and bill payments. This removes the scope for human error and ensures that customers get the perfect bill they deserve. 10/10 recommended. **What do you dislike about Express Invoice?** There's nothing I dislike as such, but the team can make the software much better by working on their pre-designed invoice templates. Give more of that catering to multiple businessess and this software will be just perfect. **What problems is Express Invoice solving and how is that benefiting you?** Whenever customers need a bill for our products or services, this software steps in as a lifesaver ensuring that customers get the perfect bills with no errors in the amount and calculations. ### 2. I can save my invoices through the system, besides, the platform is considerably user-friendly in that it does not bring obstacles on your road. The system is quite dynamic, responsive, and it is significantly fast. Price is one of the most influential factors that make us decided on this software for this certain service because I would say they are offering the best price in the marketplace. Generally, I would recommend it to everyone. **What do you dislike about Express Invoice?** There are still bugs that are pretty annoying. Recently I am witnessing a kind of slow pace of the software. I guess it could be related to the recent updates that all difficulties will be removed soon. Customer support is the most terrible part of the software that could be ignored when you are facing difficulties. They don't reply to you, they do not come to you. Maybe having a lower fee for the software is reflected in the poor customer service but it is a great disadvantage of the software. **What problems is Express Invoice solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our bills which are related to our work that we use different services from various platforms and traditional bills are managed by the software. But for less often-used there is a selection bar down the left side of the screen and menu items on top. The system allows you to customize the invoice with many templates and the ability to add/remove fields. **What do you dislike about Express Invoice?** The previous software that I used (no longer available and will not run on Windows 10) allowed for setting up your own templates using a Word document. This allowed for more complete customization of the documents, but was also quite complex. Express Invoice allows for decent customization of the invoice, but there is much less available in customizing the quote. These are the two documents I use regularly. **Recommendations to others considering Express Invoice:** It is an inexpensive product that works as advertised. I believe that you can get a free trial. It isn't a complete accounting package. It is for creating and managing invoices. I believe that the one-time cost is $49US. There is also other software available from NCH that will allow you to build a complete accounting package. **What problems is Express Invoice solving and how is that benefiting you?** I need to get quotes out fast. After I have completed the work, the program allows me to convert the quote to an invoice which saves time. 99% of my work is in developing systems rather than selling products. I can set up service items that I select when creating quotes and invoices that generally have hourly or daily rates. I also have an item set up as a note so I can enter whatever text I need to add to a quote to explain the scope of work as it relates to the pricing. This system allows for relatively quick and painless generation of quotes and invoices and lets me track them through the complete process. ### 9. More affordable solution for the independent IT person and has plenty of bells and whistles for the dollar. The invoices are completely customizable and if you do your own bookkeeping as I do it's super simple. You can even share and host the software so that you have remote access to it!! **What do you dislike about Express Invoice?** There is nothing I dislike about the product but it would be nice if a client could pay you directly to PayPal with a link off the invoice. It needs to automatically send out invoice reminders for payment **Recommendations to others considering Express Invoice:** It's a great little package without the confusion and bloating of QuickBooks. You can also try thid software for 30 days but at $49 it's not going to break you anyways.
