"Invoicing Gets Easy with Express Invoice!"

What do you like best about Express Invoice?

One thing that I absolutely love about Express Invoice is how easy to use it is. Like we have used a few softwares before but most of them had a complicated user interface due to which training new employees for the software was a time consuming task. However, this isn't the case with Express Invoice since most of the important functions can be accessed from the main screen itself. In addition, I love how it helps us to save time and makes billing easier by automating the calculations and bill payments. This removes the scope for human error and ensures that customers get the perfect bill they deserve. 10/10 recommended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Express Invoice?

There's nothing I dislike as such, but the team can make the software much better by working on their pre-designed invoice templates. Give more of that catering to multiple businessess and this software will be just perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Express Invoice?

I like that efficient service that is brought with the templates that we can pay our bills through the software linked to our card. I can save my invoices through the system, besides, the platform is considerably user-friendly in that it does not bring obstacles on your road. The system is quite dynamic, responsive, and it is significantly fast. Price is one of the most influential factors that make us decided on this software for this certain service because I would say they are offering the best price in the marketplace. What do you dislike about Express Invoice?

There are still bugs that are pretty annoying. Recently I am witnessing a kind of slow pace of the software. I guess it could be related to the recent updates that all difficulties will be removed soon. Customer support is the most terrible part of the software that could be ignored when you are facing difficulties. They don't reply to you, they do not come to you. Maybe having a lower fee for the software is reflected in the poor customer service but it is a great disadvantage of the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Express Invoice?

the user interface is straightforward and has the most-used functions available as buttons on the main screen. But for less often-used there is a selection bar down the left side of the screen and menu items on top. The system allows you to customize the invoice with many templates and the ability to add/remove fields. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Express Invoice?

The previous software that I used (no longer available and will not run on Windows 10) allowed for setting up your own templates using a Word document. This allowed for more complete customization of the documents, but was also quite complex. Express Invoice allows for decent customization of the invoice, but there is much less available in customizing the quote. These are the two documents I use regularly. Recommendations to others considering Express Invoice:

It is an inexpensive product that works as advertised. I believe that you can get a free trial. It isn't a complete accounting package. It is for creating and managing invoices. I believe that the one-time cost is $49US. There is also other software available from NCH that will allow you to build a complete accounting package. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Express Invoice solving and how is that benefiting you?

I need to get quotes out fast. After I have completed the work, the program allows me to convert the quote to an invoice which saves time. 99% of my work is in developing systems rather than selling products. I can set up service items that I select when creating quotes and invoices that generally have hourly or daily rates. I also have an item set up as a note so I can enter whatever text I need to add to a quote to explain the scope of work as it relates to the pricing. This system allows for relatively quick and painless generation of quotes and invoices and lets me track them through the complete process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
