"Great phone system with lots of configuration options"

What do you like best?

Software is pretty easy to use. The interface is user-friendly and you don't need to be a genius programmer to configure extensions or system settings correctly. I also like that your outgoing calls via computer or cell phone (if properly set up this way) will display the company caller ID and will keep your landline/cell number private. What do you dislike?

The softphone features are a bit limited, and there are some bugs with using the StarPhone app (cell phone). The audio functions are hard to get used to when you have a call that comes in over your regular cellular line. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure you "adopt" any old phones into the S2S system upon purchase - don't wait. The S2S contract generally allows you to cover those older model phones under maintenance and will replace/upgrade them at no cost if they no longer work or become incompatible. Great feature! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have been able to set up remote users with seamless phone functionality - same as if they were working in the office. This was a key feature for our remote work benefit that we rolled out this year. Our employees are thrilled! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
