Aircall Makes Team Collaboration on Client Calls Effortless

Aircall is wonderful when I’m working with other peers and handling the same callers/clients, thanks to features like “Assign to” and the fact that we can all see who called which client.

Seamless CRM Integration with Efficient Dialer

I use Aircall to call customers from Zoho CRM for solar sales. It allows me to message and call from the same number and from the same dialer screen, which is awesome. The dialer is extremely useful and the tools for templates are easy to use. It's very easy, quick, and efficient to follow up and send sales and marketing SMS.

Good platform amazing for taking calls

I love that I can chat and make calls with customers on the same website, and it also makes follow-ups much easier. I like the option to view who is taking what call and monitoring everything live.
