What do you like best about SmartSites?

I have been working with SEO companies since 2016, and I cannot recommend Smartsites highly enough(particularly Brandi and Mike A) to handle your SEO and Google Ad needs. We were completely dissatisfied with our current company and contacted Smartsites after doing an online search. From the very beginning, they made the transition as easy as it possibly could be. Unlike our old company, Brandi and Mike are super responsive and thorough. From the beginning, they had analyzed our needs and developed a roadmap for us to reach the goals that we had related.

During the transition, the old company was less than helpful, and Brandi went so completely above and beyond to help us get sorted that it makes my head spin. The project had a slow start, and we did experience some early communication and follow-through issues. To their credit, the team responded quickly to our concerns and assigned us a new project manager, which made a huge difference. Jared, our new project manager, has been exceptional. He’s knowledgeable, proactive, and genuinely committed to our success. From the moment he stepped in, he brought clarity, structure, and momentum. He guided the redesign to completion, helped resolve developer issues along the way, and kept us informed at every stage. Once he took over, the entire process felt simpler, faster, and much more organized. Additionally, his SEO expertise has been a major asset. There’s very little I disliked about working with SmartSites. If I had to point out one thing, it would be that I wasn’t offered or made aware of other complementary services they provide, like SEO or social media marketing, which could have helped grow my business even further. Additionally, having access to a real-time dashboard to monitor campaign performance between reports would be helpful. Before working with SmartSites, we were struggling to scale our traffic and improve the efficiency of our marketing spend. Our Google Ads were running, but not optimized, and our SEO efforts were mostly reactive and lacked a clear plan. We also knew our product pages and site experience needed work to better convert visitors.
