"Review of CIENCE Lead Generation"

We hired CIENCE to generate leads for us by compiling a targeted prospect database and emailing those prospects serially to set up an introductory call, nurture leads, and also to support the company’s email marketing efforts.

What do you like best?

The CIENCE team is a pleasure to work with. All members of the team are enthusiastic about the work and helpful in finding solutions to new challenges or problems. Even though they were working in Europe they worked on EST, which made calls and meetings much easier to schedule. They also were very flexible if a call needed to be rescheduled due to holidays or other conflicts.

What do you dislike?

The process of creating landing pages takes too long, and needs closer attention to direction provided by the client. The first few months we weren't using the "Best Contact" approach - and we were not seeing much success at all. It seems odd to me that they didn't start us with the Best Contact approach, since this had been proving to be successful with other clients. Additionally, what was difficult was to qualify a prospect on budget.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Establish clear performance metrics up front, e.g. prospect calls/week, new prospects/week, emails/week. Alter campaign tactics sooner if current tactics aren’t producing results.

"CIENCE Review"

CIENCE has helped us develop successful campaigns to target our ideal client, streamline our sales pipeline, and expand our reach to prospective clients. We considered over a dozen other lead-generating services before selecting CIENCE. It has made more than its share of returns for improving our sales outreach to continually implement our business objectives.

What do you like best?

Customer service is friendly, reports are professional and aligned with our set expectations. The CIENCE team has integrated seamlessly with our executive and sales team. This is definitely the highlight of their service: not only do they understand our objectives, they have gone above and beyond to work with us across several platforms in our agile approach.

What do you dislike?

I have nothing at this time to add. The services have been exceptional!

CIENCE is an ally you want as you formulate your business objectives or campaigns! Their professionalism is outstanding. They respect your time and always search for solutions that are in your best interest to reach your goals.

"Pro-Active Lead Generation Team "

Cience is our ongoing lead generation team. They assist us anywhere from assisting with leads, to booking appointments, to newsletters. and ongoing communications.

What do you like best?

I have worked with Cience for almost 2 years now and they have been nothing but Johnny on the Spot. Any changes needed, they are always on top of it. They are excellent at booking appointments and have learned about the special niche of Social Work (of our target audience) in such a short amount of time. It is such a pleasure to work with Cience as I know I can always count on them.

What do you dislike?

I have nothing to report on this as of yet. If I ever need clarification or a change to something they are always ready to hop on a call.

"Efficient and Reliable "

What do you like best?

Makes it very easy for me to use the service without getting involved. The process is followed smoothly,

What do you dislike?

I don't really have any as I have only been working with them for a couple of months. Maybe time difference could be an issue for communication down the line but right now it isn't.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This would come from my line manager if any that affect the business.

"Great supplement to our sales and outreach team"

CIENCE provides us with a multi-faceted outreach strategy including B2B lead generation, partnership outreach and content marketing collaboration. Each campaign was thoroughly planned, reported and executed efficiently. The service they provide exceeded expectations both in terms of quality and quantity and the staff was a pleasure to work with.

What do you like best?

Every step of the service was well executed. From planning and research to prospect correspondence to reporting. On top of that, the communications were clear and the CIENCE team was quick to adapt to new ideas or shifts in strategy throughout each campaign

What do you dislike?

Nothing would stop us from collaborating with CIENCE again or recommending their services to any business that needs supplemental outreach services.

"Reliable lead generation and email marketing, a pleasure to work with"

Lead generation and email marketing. Main goal was to get qualified Zoom meetings setup with customers that could / would purchase our products.

What do you like best?

They are receptive, easy to work with, open to suggestions and tweaking. They have been able to cater to our changing needs and are a pleasure to work with. They are consistent and reliable.

What do you dislike?

No complaints so far, just quite pricey for the services we get.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

CIENCE has helped increase the number of qualified leads generated for us, which have lead to an increase in sales. They are persistent and take care of the top end of our funnel, so that the people we interact with are more qualified and interested in our products.

It's a highly technical sale. So it takes some time to bring SDR(s) up to speed and comfortable with the content.

"Lead-Gen, Appointment Setting, Event Outreach"

Our company, BarnettStrategies.com, works with start-ups and early stage technology companies. We have used Cience with multiple of our clients over the last year for lead gen, appointment setting, and outreach before and after events. The Cience team does a great job learning each of our clients thoroughly and shows prompt, professional communication with leads as well as our clients.

What do you like best?

Flexible and adaptable to the unique needs of each of our clients. Quick response and creation of action plans for problems that arise. Weekly reporting on outreach results and experienced insight for improving numbers. High quality leads from the research team. Valuable insight on messaging for e-mail campaigns.

What do you dislike?

The natural frustrations that come with outsourcing work and doing all communication online.

"Flexible and organized approach"

Cience is currently helping us with prospecting in a new market for us. Their goal is to schedule as many meetings as possible with our sales reps.

What do you like best?

They are very organized and at the same time flexible to meet our schedule, our business approach and overall the quality of the meetings has been great.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes we have meetings with the wrong person who is not the decision maker, but it only happened few times.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It saves us time on prospecting new clients and they work on different time zones that match the regions where we want to increase market share.

Cience was tasked to source leads and conduct outbound SDR related work. They have been very successful on both fronts. In addition, their lead (Jean) has been very helpful with sales ops related work. Big value add.

What do you like best?

The team. Mike (VP) and Cience team are professional and easy to work with. Extremely responsive.

What do you dislike?

Not much to dislike. The challenges that naturally come with outsourced work (SDR accent on the phone, cultural differences etc.) is a factor but doesn't stop progress.

What do you like best?

Excellent customer service, detail oriented, weekly reports and updates, qualified meetings which have resulted in measurable revenue

What do you dislike?

Nothing which I feel is Cience specific, more the perils of B2B sales and lead generation.

"Well organized, good follow-up, good prospecting"

We needed some assistance on cold calling and working with companies that use HMIs but do not buy from Beijer.

What do you like best?

I like a) the prospecting job Abby does, b) the follow-ups and weekly updates from Daniel, and c) the lead/names Julia provides.

What do you dislike?

there is nothing really that I do not like or have issues with.

"Great lead-generation and sales assistant support tool"

We chose Leadware because of the value they proposed: tasks, pricing, accessibility, and experience.

They generated the number of leads in the time agreed, and worked closely with me on changes and some fine tuning needed.

After two weeks of start, we already had several calls booked. In 3 months (with one sales assistant), we had over 35 calls, which was much more than I ever did by myself.

The best part is working with the Leader of the project (account manager) and the sales assistant assigned to us. They were very responsive, adaptable, and organized. Truly a pleasure working with them.

What do you like best?

Customer Service, weekly reporting, organizational skills.

What do you dislike?

nothing. i would refer them and work with them continuously.

They have great client relations experience. Very adaptable.

What do you like best?

The team. It's not just one person, but a team of people you get access to.

What do you dislike?

There are some minor adjustments you have to make just as you would working with any new vendor. It wasn't anything too burdensome, though.
