**What do you like best about Intermedia Unite?**

I really like how simple Intermedia Unite is to use, especially for someone who hasn't used it before, like a new speaker. It's super easy to use and doesn't cause confusion among our varied speakers. We offer a lot of webinars over the course of a year, all with different speakers, and this makes Intermedia Unite a very simple platform that's easy to train amongst a large group of people. We've used a lot of different platforms, but Intermedia Unite was the cleanest and easiest. It was fairly easy right from the get go, and there's not a whole lot to it, making it very easy to get started.

**What do you dislike about Intermedia Unite?**

I would like to see the polling feature more integrated and automated.

**What problems is Intermedia Unite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Intermedia Unite is super easy to use, reducing confusion among varied speakers, and it's straightforward to train large groups on.

**What do you like best about Intermedia Unite?**

Intermedia Unite allows our team to communicate seamlessly through physical desktop phones, mobile apps, and PC apps. This makes it easy for remote staff to stay reachable even when they’re not in the office, without needing to use their personal number. When someone steps away from their desk, the mobile app effectively acts as an extension wherever they have cell service, so they can still take calls and stay connected. So far, the system has been reliable and dependable. The texting feature has also been very helpful, since it lets our staff communicate with clients and partners without having to share personal cell numbers or purchase cell phones for employees who engage with clients. The mobile and PC apps are easy to use, and were very easy to train staff on use. The wide array of features has offered us a better product at a competitive price point. The integration with our office apps is also helpful, and the AI transcripts of voicemails is fairly accurate.

**What do you dislike about Intermedia Unite?**

The voicemail notification emails were flagged by our email provider as suspicious due the the volume of emails coming through with attached voice recording.

**What problems is Intermedia Unite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our old VoIP provider was leaving the VoIP business, so we needed to find a new provider. Intermedia was recommended by a partner, and they connected us with the right people so we could explore the product. It turned out to be a good fit and has given us more resources to communicate in a world where communication is changing rapidly.

Intermedia Unite provides my office a VOIP system that is full of features that we need and use as a healthcare provider at a very reasonable cost.

Would like to be able to delete calls from the call log

We were previously an AT&T customer using analog phones and a fax line.  Intermedia provided us with a full featured system with telephones that we are able to use to perform a number of functions our analog system could not.

I love the integration of Intermedia Unite with the Unite app as it works seamlessly with our desktop phones. The feature that syncs voicemail messages from our desktop phones to our smartphones is incredibly handy as it allows us to answer calls in real-time, even when we're not in the office. The initial setup was very easy, and everything works seamlessly. I wouldn't change a thing.

Everything about the product is fantastic.

Intermedia Unite helps us promptly answer calls and direct them to the correct extension. Its seamless app integration allows us to handle calls in real time, even when away from the office, and syncs voicemails between desktop phones and smartphones.

**What do you like best about Intermedia Unite?**

It's scallable.  For the most part is works very well and I would not change.  I really am glad there are several tools included with out service. We use the Unite for the phone and can also use it as an app for desktop and mobile which is used every day.    As the admin, I can add or reduce the amount of user licenses according to our business growth. I have access to call logs and can see our peak call volume times. I can perform team meetings with the anywhere meeting that is also part of our plan. It really does UNITE our workforce.  Relatively simple to manage and use. When i need to make a change and not sure about it, Tech support is available and helpful. It's easy to train my new employees on how to use the system.

**What do you dislike about Intermedia Unite?**

the tiered support line. I have to repeat myself many times after being transferred to higher and higher levels at tech support instead of directly working with an assigned representative.   Each employee does their best to help. 
The security authentication while a good concept is 50% good and 50%failure.  It's a failure when  I can't get verified because  email and /or  the text codes  for verification don't arrive, even though I'm the admin. Seems to be a technical limitation or glitch. But the pros outweigh the negatives which is why I still recommend this company.

It keeps the communication lines working. Unite basically is well named for it keeps my team united. We all work remotely . The unite app for desktop or mobile is very useful for my sales rep whether working at home or on the road. The app  has a chat function that we can use that is faster than relying on email. It's also relatively easy to launch a team meeting or a training session with anywhere meeting built into the app. 

It can do more but that is all I really use it for.

I find Anymeeting Video Conferencing incredibly easy to use, which greatly enhances my online meeting experience. The AI capabilities are a standout feature, making it unique among other conferencing platforms. I especially appreciate how I can seamlessly join meetings from either my mobile or laptop, and how easy and quick it is to add other participants. The unified communication tool integrates everything I need for efficient meetings. I also value the AI's assistance during meetings, as it provides helpful responses when I ask questions about topics I'm unfamiliar with. Overall, the features make my online meetings smooth and productive.

**What do you like best about Intermedia Unite?**

The HD audio and video quality is crystal clear, making meetings feel both personal and professional. The clarity is impressive, allowing even subtle facial expressions to be captured.

The user interface of AnyMeeting can feel somewhat dated, particularly when compared to more modern platforms like Zoom or Google Meet. Its design isn’t as sleek or intuitive, which may pose challenges for first-time users. Additionally, the platform offers fewer third-party app integrations, such as Slack, Trello, or CRM tools, which could be a disadvantage for teams that depend on a seamless, connected workflow. The mobile app, while functional, does not match the polish or responsiveness found in the desktop version. During large meetings or when there is heavy screen sharing, I have noticed occasional lag, especially if the internet connection is not strong. Although AnyMeeting does support webinars, its features in this area are fairly basic, with limited options for breakout rooms, polls, and audience engagement tools compared to other platforms.

AnyMeeting addresses the challenge of fragmented communication across teams by combining video, audio, chat, and screen sharing within a single platform. This integration reduces the need to switch between multiple tools, streamlining workflows and helping everyone stay aligned. Security concerns in virtual meetings are also tackled, as features such as encrypted meetings and password protection help keep sensitive discussions private—an essential aspect for both client calls and internal strategy sessions. Managing meetings becomes more efficient with integrated calendar invites, automated reminders, and attendance reports, which simplify scheduling and make it easier to follow up with participants, ultimately saving time and enhancing accountability. Engagement during online sessions is improved through interactive tools like polls, Q&A, and real-time screen annotation, which help make meetings more productive and inclusive. **What do you like best about Intermedia Unite?**

1. Support is quick - there are a lot of support articles
2. Flexible
3. Customize things for you (not something our other phone companies have done in the past) - They will try and make things work for you and your company (options don't all have to be standard)
4. They also have a Call Center product.
5. One of the only companies that will work with a Chromebook.  They have - 3-way calling for web app on Chromebooks. Large amount of rep support - help with billing questions - road map - always quick to answer and respond.

Easy to use online webinar tool with high audio and video quality.It is the perfect amalgamation of interactive tools and artificial intelligence capabilities. In comparison to other video conferencing software.

Too many ads if you are using the unpaid version. The paid version is a tad bit expensive.Maybe reducing the amount of paid version would help. The number of ads are way too many though.

Online conference calling with office teams. It helped with my writing to pitch ideas across via uninterrupted video and audio calls enabling efficient conversations and easy sharing of data. It also is seamless and requires very little effort to understand.

**What do you like best about Intermedia Unite?**

I overall have had a great experience with Intermedia Unite, from transitioning to it at the start of service to daily use of it.  The onboarding team at time of transitioning/start of service was amazing, responsive and knowledgeable - on top of being patient and fully answering inquiries about how it all works.  The limited times I've had to reach out to technical support for issues that have occurred - which are few and far between -  I again find myself working with pleasant, professional, and most importantly very knowledgeable people to achieve quick resolution.  I also appreciate the emailed updates on technical issues that have arisen and are being worked on by Intermedia, from when the issue is realized, progressing along, and completed.   This kind of transparency assures me that we are working with an above-board company that cares about its public perception.

**What do you dislike about Intermedia Unite?**

I have not run into any downsides with Intermedia Unite

**What problems is Intermedia Unite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a cost-friendly phone service and to transition to a cloud-based service from the traditional landline service.  The features offered under Unite, including web-based fax, and the transcribed voicemail messages are an unexpected and much-used bonus for our office.

Everything is always just taken care of. There are very few issues with performances, etc. but when there are, the team seems to already be aware and working on the problem before I even know there is a problem.

**What do you dislike about Intermedia Unite?**

Sometimes I just need a human to speak to so I can better understand how something works. I don't necessarily have time to review documentation and online support (anywhere - not just at Intermedia) tends to not have complete or detailed enough answers or somehow seems to totally miss the point.

Reasonably priced, integrated phone/fax serivice.

I run a small business that has been using Intermedia for over 4 years.  Overall a good value, reliable service with aboe average support.  No tech is perfect, but they communicate the are outage and respond quickly to resolve issues.  We don't take advantage of many included services which make Intermedia an even better value if you have a need for 'bells and whistles'.

**What do you dislike about Intermedia Unite?**

No real complaints.  Web naviagation takes a little getting used to.  I am sure I am missing some tools becuase it is a little cumbersome.  Relatively easy to do the main stuff though - voice mails access/assiging extenstions/etc.

**What problems is Intermedia Unite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Had a pohone not ring and Support spent 30+ minutes with us testing - was resolved.

I've been using Intermedia Unite for 5+ years now as a one stop shop for collaboration, VoIP calls, CRM, Messaging, and Webinars. It's an easy to use platform that also has a very intuitive mobile app as well.  From a pricing standpoint is less expensive than some of the major name brands while offering equal functionality.

There customer support is excellent, a rare quality in this day and age.

One feature that I think needs improvement is the ability to be able to delete messages for businesses that are not required to archive text messages.

It is easily accessible to all of our users and on all of their computing and phone devices. The apps are super easy to implement and the updates are installed flawlessly, with little user interruption. Excellent Customer support team answers all questions, typically on the first call.

Intermedia Unite Desktop App can use improvements, for example, how it notifies users when there is a new text.

The service is available globally where our travel advisors service NorthStar Cruises clients with crisp and clear communications. Internally, we have an excellent product to facilitate best communications between our team members.

I really appreciate how user-friendly Anymeeting Video Conferencing is. Setting it up was extremely easy, and I value the flexibility it offers to use it anywhere. The platform significantly enhances communication by allowing us to see each other, which is essential for effective interaction.

**What do you like best about Intermedia Unite?**

We use Unite for our phone system which is also integrated with our voice mail services and it works great.  We have been  using it for years on recommendation from our Software/Hardware people (WNC Consultants).  It takes a bit of a learning curve, but once you get up to speed with the website it gets much easier...of course. If you need help they are responsive, helpful and patient.

**What do you dislike about Intermedia Unite?**

The website can be a bit overwhelming at first, but that is because I do not go there for any issues on a regular basis. (which is a good thing)

**What do you like best about Intermedia Unite?**

The best thing about this company is that we never have to contact them. They provide our services without issues. I dont think we have ever had a day that we have been without service since we starting receiving services from Intermedia. Everything is also automated, with automatic bill pay that they do. They just send us an email receipt. It truely is just a plug - in and go system.  Highly recommend.

The only thing I dont like is they insist on credit card for billing and charge us a fee to process the card. Since they insist on payment by credit card, they should not charge us a fee to process the card.

They have solved every issue we have had with our previous provider. This means no more calls to customer support.  NO more down time. No more loss sales due to no phones.

Great product very easy to use and configure for end users.   Seemless use for the end users and they can learn it naturally since it is easy to use

Not much to dislike, unless you do not want mobility this is a very flexible and mobile application that can be used from anywhere.

We are answering client calls some during business hours and most all of our client calls that are after business hours for our clinic through it.   It has helped us to do this with out having to install massive VOIP infrastructure on site.  Saving us a lot of money monthly. Great service to use and very easy to use for the end users.

There is extremely poor communication on what the software is capable of. If you want to integrate to NetSuite, they say they can do it but only can halfway create the integration. Support is very polite and always answers but they can't resolve any issues. I'm a marketing guy by nature, and I have to solve 70% of our phone issues on my own.

Number one for a VOIP phone service is reliability, and Intermedia has it. Our home service business depends on rock solid phones that integrate with our CRM. I frequently see posts from other users of our CRM who are tearing their hair out with glitchy phone service. Not us... we've never needed Intermedia customer support. Intermedia has all the VOIP features we need, and plenty of extras that we don't.

**What do you dislike about Intermedia Unite?**

At one point, we had some trouble finding a new desktop VOIP phone that was compatible with Intermedia. For some reason, only older discontinued models were supported at the time.

Just basic reliable business phone service. No problems means we can serve our customers without any extra headaches.

If you're twisting my arm for negative feedback then I would like to see more consistency in the admin portal. It's only fair to mention that I've definitely worked with WAY worse.

The Unite system is a great upgrade over the previous SIP-T interface. We were able to accomplish all our setup ourselves with the context help. When we have had questions or needed service adjustments, the Intermedia team has always been skilled, helpful and accommodating. I'm very pleased with our service.

I honestly have no complaints. Our phone system operates perfectly and with minimal effort on our part.

We have multiple companies sharing a single office system. The auto attendant systems are highly configurable and outbound calls are always correctly identified by the appropriate caller id.

I enjoy texting to the clients from my PC.  I can also share some types of files while in the SMS side of UNITE. Clients prefer a text rather than a call when scheduling services.

The fax is a problem area.  We have followed steps to set it up and faxed 1 time.  Now we cannot figure out how to Fax or get a Fax.  Customer support was helpful to get it set up with us.  Faxing is not a priority for us since email is a better option most of the time.

Nothing currently.  I find it funny though when I choose Spam or Block a number that it still rings our office.  I wish blocked numbers or Spam calls would not ring the phones.  We waste time on the call in general. Thank you.

The user friendly system makes my job of managing all necessary tasks very efficient and reliable. As a client of Intermedia for more than 20 years, I've always been very satisfied with the communication's platform, the ease of integrations, and handling how all our incoming calls are setup and routed.  The frequency of use and changes we make on an annual basis is easy to implement. And on the very few occassions I have needed customer support, they have always been helpful and quickly resolve the issue at the time. They are a true leader in the field.

There isn't anything specific about Intermedia Unite that is negative, which in today's business climate is usually hard to say.

Intermedia Unite was one of the easiest decisions when starting our business 5 years ago.  From starting with a small office staff of 3, to our current office team of 10, Intermedia has been able to keep pace with our growing business, providing the communication functions we need to seamlessly work from multiple locations.   While it might feel overwhelming at first, the integration team walked us through every step to ensure our system was ready to launch, with the features we needed.  While we have rarely ran into issues, their customer service is incredibly fast and efficient when support is needed.

**What do you dislike about Intermedia Unite?**

It can feel a bit overwhelming to get started.  There were many features not applicable to us, so to navigate through all the options, can feel daunting at first.

**What problems is Intermedia Unite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Intermedia is helping our team stay connected seamlessly from multiple working locations (i.e. home, office, and when traveling).  They also provide incredible value for the cost when compared to other phone services with less features.

Intermedia is super easy to work with. Their staff know their business and products. They can help you identify the products and services that will be best for your needs. On boarding is great - will answer any questions you have and address all issues you run into. Their HostPilot software and dashboards are top notch and very powerful. There is a LOT of detail regarding your service and setup that you can control yourself.

**What do you dislike about Intermedia Unite?**

The admin dashboard is so powerful it would be helpful to have more in-depth training or searchable guides available. It would also be helpful to be able to EASILY copy one user's settings (like phone speed dials) to another user's phone.

**What problems is Intermedia Unite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The high cost of traditional voice (and even other VOiP services) is a killer for small businesses. Intermedia's pricing is saving us hundreds per month. Their "go anywhere you can plug into internet" phones are perfect for work-from-home or traveling users.

The amount of features for the price is hard to beat. I have used other VoIP services and Unite is the easiest to set up and integrate into business workflow. Support is only a phone call away.

The reporting for toll-free numbers needs to be more robust. right now the administrator cannot generate those reports. Support for the most part is great occasionally you get someone with whom you cannot communicate with clearly

Unit is a great alternative to voice solutions from cable companies and provides many more features at a great saving per line. Happy Customers mean more referrals

I'm not at the mercy of AT&T anymore for connection. The quality and pricing are much better. We don't use the whole suite, just SIP Trunking services with our 3CX PBX. If our internet should go down it forwards to a cell phone we designated automatically. Only used support 2 times and one of them just was just to set the number forwarding up when our fiber was cut.

So far ... I haven't found anything bad about using the service.

AT&T couldn't keep our lines up; they charged outrageously for long-distance plans. Support was not great, and it always took several days to get anything done.
Windstream VoIP was used for a while, and their services diminished after years of working great. Support was great until they filed bankruptcy then it went downhill fast.

You can start with a few of the number of features available, and add-on as needed. The ease of integration into the office environment it makes it a high value with ease of use for any administrator and and end users alike.

Sometimes it is hard to get a hold of support, but once done, they are good.

It is very convenient to receive voice mails as an email.  It makes it handy when I need to forward the voice mail to another staff member.  I do this every day.  Having the Web Fax helps us interact with clients who chose this format.  Inermedia meets all of our phone needs.

The transition to the new platform was painful.  I don't think I have all of the features I use to have working again.

My only constructive note is it would be great if the text feature had emojis similar to iPhone and Android. This is not a huge issue for me, but I would guess that is a feature they are working on.

We have only been on this platform (Unite) for about a week. After working here 5 years on the old platform, I can see the benefits immediately! There are features built in here that I had not imagined but will be utilizing often going forward. The outbound message scheduling, the inbound message email with transcript, the ease of using the website for these and other settings...so far so good! I had several questions that first day and one the second, and the people at Intermedia were very responsive and helpful.

Haven't yet found a downside. In the short time we have been using, I am appreciating the extra features.

**What problems is Intermedia Unite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There were two features that I didn't know were problems until included solutions were revealed! The email with transcript of incoming messages will be a great thing.  Also, the ease of being able to upload what will be an outgoing message to a file accessible online, then being able to literally schedule its use day by day (so the same message can be used if we take a week off and need a different after hours message than the usual one) will be nice as I often forget until after I get home to change that message and have to find a quiet spot  and think of what to say.
