It's scallable. For the most part is works very well and I would not change. I really am glad there are several tools included with out service. We use the Unite for the phone and can also use it as an app for desktop and mobile which is used every day. As the admin, I can add or reduce the amount of user licenses according to our business growth. I have access to call logs and can see our peak call volume times. I can perform team meetings with the anywhere meeting that is also part of our plan. It really does UNITE our workforce. Relatively simple to manage and use. When i need to make a change and not sure about it, Tech support is available and helpful. It's easy to train my new employees on how to use the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
the tiered support line. I have to repeat myself many times after being transferred to higher and higher levels at tech support instead of directly working with an assigned representative. Each employee does their best to help.
The security authentication while a good concept is 50% good and 50%failure. It's a failure when I can't get verified because email and /or the text codes for verification don't arrive, even though I'm the admin. Seems to be a technical limitation or glitch.
