Gerat price, great service, excellent hardware, love the hardware, love the features.

**What do you dislike about Intermedia Unite?**

I've had bad luck with other VOIP carriers. but never with Intermedia.  Very, very satisfid.

The auto-attendent and call routing features are great.  I get good stats and no more spam calls.   Also very economical.

Anytime Meeting is a fast friendly way for video conferencing and is as easy to use as google meets.  The user interface is user friendly and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Intermedia Unite?**

The only draw back I can see is that the intial connection is slower but the benefits far weigh this minor setback.

**What problems is Intermedia Unite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anymeeting Video conference solved the geographical distances and puts the people in charge in front to me to explain their needs and requirements for upcoming events, projects and day to day operations.  It also give me the opporturnity to expalin hurdles that need to be overcomed to meet thoses demands.  Anymeeting also give me the opportunity to see the gratitude in the faces of those who requirements and met and to hear their praises.

**What do you like best about Intermedia Unite?**

Intermedia Unite has been a great phone software for our team. It's super easy to use and the emailed voicemails is a tremendous help when working remotely. We have found it much easier to use than our last service and when we have needed help, they are very fast at responding and providing assistance.

**What do you dislike about Intermedia Unite?**

The online fax system was hard to access originally but we were able to figure it out and resolve it.

It helped us solve the problem of having to pay so much for a business phone. It also helps us to be able to work from multiple locations and still have all our team connected so we can get our jobs done.

I love that there is a phone app which allows me to use my cell phone, without giving out my number. It looks as though I am calling from the office.

Because it is internet based, if the internet goes down, so do our phones.

I enjoy how easy it is to contact support when I run into issues with Intermedia clients.

**What do you dislike about Intermedia Unite?**

It can be frustrating to diagnose email issues when you're entering what is believed to be the correct settings on the email client (Outlook). Usually, I have to contact Intermedia support to assist in getting a client's Outlook configured. Usually, support uses a proprietary tool in most cases to initiate the connection on client email programs.

Providing an affordable quick and easy solution for users who only need email support.

**What do you like best about Intermedia Unite?**

Our company has used Intermedia for all of our local number ordering and porting for years.  Their reps are very knowledgeable and will help obtain local numbers from different rate centers, if they do not have any in inventory.  When I used their portal for Local Number Portability it is very user friendly and you get notices of the progress until it is ported.  Once ported, I receive notification and make test calls to ensure the correct routing.  I have spoke to most of their reps and have developed good rapport with them, which makes for a great call to Intermedia.

I do not have any dislikes in my working with Intermedia.

**What problems is Intermedia Unite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They assist us in providing local numbers for our customers.  Once ordered and placed on our trunk, I know the numbers will be active and our customers will be able to use them immediately.

It was good while it worked for me. Like the use of the auto attendent. I used it daily.

IU no longer recognizes my login, even after updating my password. The other admin updated everything, and IU still doesn't accept me. I'm the one who uses the Auto Attendent for our company and can no longer access anything.

Gives us auto attendant which allows us to have our company meetings without having to run answer calls. Allows for voicemail to be transcripted.

I have used Intermedia for over 15 years. They are extremely reliable, effective customer service and I never think about them - and think about it in this way - if you are always thinking about them, they aren't doing a good job. No downtime, no issues - what else could you ask for when purchaing a technology service.

**What do you dislike about Intermedia Unite?**

I am puzzled by the emails that are delivered to my inbox that have {SPAM} in the subject matter line, and yes are indeed spam but they still deliver them to me anyway. I get about 5 of those a day which I found odd...they do a great job of harvesting most of my spam but those 5 marked ones seems weird?!?!

**What problems is Intermedia Unite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Effective email support, always available, don't have to worry about electrical outages or availability. That provides me piece of mind when running a business knowing that the main way my customers reach me is going to work 24 hours a day.

I have worked with many of the current VoIP servives. When issues do happen, and they will happen. I have called into support on all of them. To date the support at Intermedia has been the best.

A few times there has been a language barrier that made it hard to understand the person I was talking to.

The application is feature rich, allows me to work remote, mobile and connect with people, my office and stay in touch. My job is easier because the app works so well.

Sometimes on mobile data it doesn't work well. It's because of the cellular technology, towers, lack of data, etc. It would be great if the app could continue to improve to recognize and auto switch the call from data to a cell phone call.

Work from anywhere, connecting with customers, working mobile, it serves as our voice conferencing and audio conferencing solution. We use it for presence status for our whole company accross all of our offices. We use it for instant messaging, group chat, SMS, etc. It allows all of our users to connect with each other via many different channels and according to preference and effectiveness.

Anymeeting Video Conferencing software is good at what the name suggests i.e. Video meeting/conferencing.
It has good decent features like online meetings, video/audio, recording etc.
It is easy to implement and use.

The screen share feature is little bit slower so that can be improved. Nothing major to dislike.

It is really day to day go application through which we were able to conduct video and audio call with multiple people at a time

Sharing screen option is not upto the mark very few options available while sharing screen also recording the same is not possible

Audio is not that much soothing, it uses phone audio so when we change between apps it's mute and unmute option is annoying.

We like the groups and the auto attendant feature. We can have users sign in like a call center environment or simply have a line in a shop that we can forward or whatever we need to do with routing. Love the product!

**What do you dislike about Intermedia Unite?**

Unite mobile app is a great application to receive calls but sometimes call quality on the app for iPhone versus the phone are way different. So when traveling, it makes it harder to make and receive calls, but that might be due to poor cell service or slow data speeds.

They are solving our need for needing as little as a simple line in a shop location all the way to call center environment needs. This product meets our needs above and beyond and has continuous updates.

This is complete communications solution for SMBs. Not only do you have a fully featured phone system, you get secure collaboration and file sharing, all for one price.

There is some learning curve as it is it's own product.

It lets us replace old phones sytem with a modern, flexible and secure solution. It allows us to give our customers the ability to collaborate in ways they never could, all in one product offering. Everything is backed by one point of contact for support.

I have found them to be reasonably priced and effective. Love that my phone and email are handled by one app. They're very reliable.

Really, I can't think of anything I don't like except that on my mobile phone, the call list is extremely sensitive and I end up making calls I didn't mean to.

It has brought the pricing for our phone services way down and it gives us the mobility to have our phone calls find us wherever we are.

**What do you like best about Intermedia Unite?**

Intermedia made the transition from our old phone provider a breeze, the service is very consistent, and if we ever need assistance, Intermedia has a generous knowledgebase for easy searching, and Customer service is responsive and incredibly helpful! We have been using Intermedia for almost two years now and have set up in multiple office locations during that time. Intermedia made it incredibly easy to set up devices in multiple locations and has so many features that are invaluable for multi locations/remote working environments. We have no complaints!

Setting up complex auto attendant features was a little tricky at first.

**What do you like best about Intermedia Unite?**

Our office was challenged by the pandemic - we are a small company who is used to coming to the office daily. Because of the tools from Intermedia we are able to work remotely and have much more flexibility and dependability for our clients and other team members.

**What do you dislike about Intermedia Unite?**

One downside would be that if the internet it out, so is your communication ability. Luckily, the app can work on cell phone data so this situation can be avoided.

Unite helps team members connect and communicate effectively, even while working remotely. Our small office means we need to be able to work closely, even when not in the same office. Transfers and conference calls are easy, the voicemail services are great, and the call quality has been good.

The call quality is great.  The desktop and smartphone apps are also great.  As an IT Administrator, I appreciate the smartphone app letting me make and recieve calls from my desk phone wherever I am.

Some minor call quality issues, but they are few and far between.

Everytime I am not able to find the answer through the Knowledge Base, customer service has always gone above and beyond to help resolve my issues as well as share the information so I know better for next time (Not that there are many issues at all).

**What do you dislike about Intermedia Unite?**

The Partner Portal could be a little more user friendly, but after 2+ years of working with Intermedia, I have found my way around just fine.

Intermedia is always open for suggestions or comments and I trust they take those into consideration when rolling out updates.

**What do you like best about Intermedia Unite?**

There are so many options, one can set up the phone system exactly how they would like.  With the help of the onboarding representative, they helped me set it up perfectly to what works for our small company.

**What do you dislike about Intermedia Unite?**

It will take someone inside one's company to spearhead the phone set up, to work clostly with the intermedia representatives.  And it will take some time to discuss and figure out exactly how one wants the system to function.  (Not really much of a dislike, just a fact of the Process.)   I was the person who handled that, and I learned a lot, the representatives were very patient and willing to work with me until we got it functioning how we like.

**What problems is Intermedia Unite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a functioning phone system for business hours, after business hours and during holidays.    Some of our reps work from home and having a very good functioning phone in our own personal home offices is a great benefit.  It acts as if we are all on a local network, even though we are physically far from each other.

**What do you like best about Intermedia Unite?**

Our clinic has used Intermedia Cloud Communications since about 2018 when we transitioned over to a dedicated VOIP phone service.  The initial set up was simple and straight forward. The maintenance has been equally as enjoyabe.  We are able to onboard new phones and users pretty easily.  The service & support has been very good. Much of their support staff is located outside of the United States, however they are all very polite and thorough in their troubleshooting.

**What do you dislike about Intermedia Unite?**

One of the things that we don't like about Intermeida Cloud Communications is the user interface to onboard or maintain individual phone devices, specifically the editing/customizing of the line keys on each device.  While not horribly difficult, it is a very tedious and slow process that seemingly could be much easier.

**What problems is Intermedia Unite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The plug, program and play aspect of using their service, once learned, is very helpful and time saving. We are able to order the phones and accessories directly from Intermedia. Then receive the phone, plug the phone in and fully program it remotely via the administrator interface.  We rarely have issue with call quality.

AnyMeeting is the only service I use, but I love the easy of scheduling and how it sends notification invites and reminders to clients without me needed to intregate it with other services, like my mail, and it has the capability to stream recordings. Overall, I like it much better and find it much more functional than other conferencing platforms.

**What do you dislike about Intermedia Unite?**

I dislike that I cannot change the time of a recurring meeting without canceling the meeting and creating a new one because (1) the software wants me to change dates/times of the previous meeting as well and (2) it won't let me change the dates and times of the previous meeting. I consider this a pretty silly and annoying oversight, but it is my only major complaint about Anymeeting.

The customer service is excellent. They are great at answering questions and transparent about what their system can and can't do. They are quick to respond and help to solve any issues.

There are more features than I know how to use. It takes time to learn what the software can do. Some video tutorials that you could watch anytime might be helpful.

They are developing more texting features which is something our company is really looking forward to. We were with a company before that made promises to get our business, but didn't follow through. Intermedia has been very clear about their abilities.

The ability to use this phone system across multiple platforms. Ease of use on cell phones, I can make a call from my phone using the office's landline number as well as pick up as if I was in the office.

My office desk phone and cell phone ringing at the same time. Sometimes the phone only rings once on my cellphone app, or I miss a call even though I pick up the phone.

Ability to access phone system remotely and after hours. I am able to work from home when needed, as well as pick up the office phone if I am out and about, including making calls from the office line as if I was in the office.

The process to transfer calls seems tricky & not intuitive. We avoid using that as much as possible. Not sure how it could be improved but a simplified process would be much appreciated.
