"Lightweight CRM with Smart Call Summaries, Great Integrations, and Fast Support"
What do you like best about Quo?

It is a lightweight CRM with notes about contacts, AI call summaries, etc. There is a lot of information at your fingertips when a call comes in. The call flow builder is also very nice to build your customers experience to your business needs. Along with integrations such as Gmail contact sync, and AI features I havent even tried out yet. There is a lot of features inside QUO. Also, the support is great. I simply email them with some questions and they usually get back to me with in 15 to 20 minutes. What do you dislike about Quo?

I am still in the process of figuring out how to get rid of the "red flag" or notification indicator on the browser tab. I emailed them about it and we tried several things and still have not been able to clear it. They escalated the case to try to resolve it. They way I operate, I am back and forth at the pc and use the indicator for activity like missed calls, but I also get emails of missed calls and I monitor my email closely also, so this is not the biggest issue just more of an annoyance. "A Total Game Changer for Shared Calls, Summaries, and Seamless HubSpot/Shopify Sync"
What do you like best about Quo?

Quo has helped me share information with my other guides quickly, so we’re not annoying customers by collecting the same details twice. I can field a call on behalf of my guides and then send them a call summary that includes clear action steps. That makes it easy to get the ball rolling toward finalizing a successful booked trip.

I can also attach this data to HubSpot and Shopify, so all the client information stays connected. I’ve actually saved money by ditching my old e-sim and opening a QUO line instead. The AI assistant has been incredible for answering common questions like pricing and what clients need, so I don’t get tied up on redundant phone calls.

Right now I’m using QUO to manage a shared number, but it still lets me answer and route calls for three connected (but separate) businesses. Setup is very easy, and I love how smoothly it connects between my iPhone and Mac. I’m hoping for a watch app in the future.

I can’t believe more people aren’t using this app—it’s been a total game changer for me. There are a few online resources that help you get the whole system rolling quickly. It’s helped us book more trips more efficiently, and it lets customers call in and get updated info without having to talk with anyone. Genius! QUO is the HEARTBEAT of our tech stack. It runs brilliantly and makes us a more nimble, complete, and better business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

There’s no watch app yet, and the setup can feel a smidge clunky at times—especially since we were also recording HD audio with musicbeds to insert. Still, for the most part it was pretty incredibly easy to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quo Delivers Reliable Talk & Text with Fast Porting and Outstanding Support"
What do you like best about Quo?

I switched to Quo from the recommendation of a google search and other business owners. I wanted to find a much more reliable smartline service for my business. I am so grateful for the amazing and fast customer service, the quick porting experiencing of my business number, being able to sign up so quickly and pay annually at a discount, having such quick and reliable talk and text options, and being able to integrate my business seamlessly into this. I also love the user interface in Quo's app and desktop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

I can't really think of much aside from not being able to show that I have "read" a text message from a client on the desktop. I would like to be able to "click" the message and it show as "read" instead of having to click "done," which removes it from my messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quo Made Switching from a Landline Easy—and Texting a Game Changer"
What do you like best about Quo?

I’m very happy with Quo. I upgraded from my landline and was able to port over my existing number, which made the switch easy. Now I can take calls and send texts from my cell, and since most people (including me) would rather text than call, that has been a real game changer for me.

I also love that it sends an automated text response that I created, whether someone calls, leaves a voicemail, or texts me. We’ve come a long way with technology, and Quo feels like it’s staying on top of it—helping me out and, especially as a sole proprietor, keeping me from having to do extra admin work. I love it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

I’m still fairly new to Quo, so I haven’t run into many downsides yet. When I decided to switch, I researched a lot of different options, and this one seemed to offer the most pros overall. The only real con for me was that it doesn’t include a fax line, but I later found out there are other ways to get one if I truly need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quo Makes Team Support Seamless with Notes and Call Recording"
What do you like best about Quo?

Quo is great. It allows my team to share the customer support number instead of putting all of that pressure on one person. Also love being able to leave notes on a client so if someone else has to help them next time they can pick up where the other left off. Recording calls feature is also very useful. For a pricepoint that is the same if not less than a standard phone line, you can't beat it ! The one time I needed customer support they were prompt in helping as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

So far there is absolutely nothing I dislike about Quo whatsoever. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent for Staying Connected Worldwide, Backed by a Standout Support Tea. This app is excellent."
What do you like best about Quo?

Quo is a truly excellent app for both small and large businesses to stay connected with their customers around the world. What makes it outstanding is its support team, which helps ensure the app is always improving to meet your needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

What I dislike the most is a complicated question, because the truth is that the team always helps you with anything you need in the app. But if I had to choose something, it would be that there is some difficulty in sending messages to clients from the app, especially. However, since it’s not something my clients need, it doesn’t concern me much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outstanding Performance and Value—QUO Delivers"
What do you like best about Quo?

I really like the professional look and the advanced technology behind this product. I’ve tried other apps similar to QUO, but none of them compare to QUO. The performance of the app is outstanding and the pricing is even better. During the sign up phase, I missed an important part and didnt know how to fix it so I emailed my rep for help and she fixed it within a short period of time that same day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

There’s nothing I dislike about this app. I haven’t been using it for long, but I’m hoping I won’t run into any issues. If I do, I know I can count on their support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Experience with Number Porting"
What do you like best about Quo?

I’ve really appreciated Quo’s email customer support. They always replied quickly and I never felt like I was waiting for days to hear back. Their answers were clear, detailed, and directly addressed my questions instead of giving generic responses. It made the whole process feel easy and supported. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

I did have one chat interaction where the representative didn’t seem fully informed, which was frustrating in the moment. However, this felt like an isolated experience, and the rest of the support team resolved my issue quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quo Helped Us Turn Scattered Work into Structured Success"
What do you like best about Quo?

What I like best about Quo is its simplicity and speed in managing tasks and collaboration. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, which reduces the learning curve for new users. It helps in organizing work efficiently, tracking progress in real-time, and keeping communication streamlined within the team. I also appreciate how it brings everything—tasks, updates, and discussions—into one place, which improves productivity and avoids confusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

While Quo is helpful for basic task management and collaboration, there are a few areas where it could improve. One thing I noticed is that the platform sometimes feels limited when handling more complex workflows or larger projects. It works well for simple tracking, but when multiple dependencies or detailed reporting are needed, the features can feel a bit restrictive.

Another drawback is the lack of deeper customization. Teams often have different ways of working, and having more flexibility in dashboards, notifications, or task views would make the tool more adaptable. At times, navigating between sections can also feel slightly less intuitive, especially when switching between projects or trying to locate specific updates quickly.

Additionally, integration options are not as extensive as some other tools in the market, which makes it harder to connect Quo seamlessly with existing systems. Improving performance speed in certain areas and enhancing mobile experience would also make a noticeable difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing App"
What do you like best about Quo?

I’ve had a legitimate experience working with Allaine from Quo support via email. It’s not every day when everyone responds with the means to help and I have appreciated this journey solving problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

I think I underestimated what I was doing in the beginning , thinking the payments I made towards applications would be sufficient. I’ve been awaiting answers about how to successfully be moved forward despite how much I expected to apply for anything at all. I understand how it is mighty helpful to make known whatever is needed for the business phone number and am eager to understand even more , eventually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
