
It is a lightweight CRM with notes about contacts, AI call summaries, etc. There is a lot of information at your fingertips when a call comes in. The call flow builder is also very nice to build your customers experience to your business needs. Along with integrations such as Gmail contact sync, and AI features I havent even tried out yet. There is a lot of features inside QUO. Also, the support is great. I simply email them with some questions and they usually get back to me with in 15 to 20 minutes. I am still in the process of figuring out how to get rid of the "red flag" or notification indicator on the browser tab. I emailed them about it and we tried several things and still have not been able to clear it. They escalated the case to try to resolve it. They way I operate, I am back and forth at the pc and use the indicator for activity like missed calls, but I also get emails of missed calls and I monitor my email closely also, so this is not the biggest issue just more of an annoyance.
