"Webex Calling Makes Business Calls Centralized, Professional, and Easy to Manage"
5/5
What do you like best about Webex Calling?

What I like best about Webex Calling is the convenience of managing business calls through a centralized communication platform. It helps teams stay connected, handle calls professionally, and communicate with colleagues from different locations. The integration with other collaboration tools can make daily communication more organized, while features such as call forwarding and voicemail help users stay reachable when they are away from their desks. A well-organized interface also makes common calling tasks easier to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Calling?

One area where Webex Calling could improve is the ease of configuring advanced calling features and managing settings. New users may need time to understand the available options, and troubleshooting call-quality issues can sometimes be challenging. A simpler setup process, clearer guidance for administrators, and more detailed troubleshooting tools would improve the user experience and make the platform easier to manage. "Hunt Groups and Voicemail Transcription That Just Work for a Growing Sales Team"
5/5
What do you like best about Webex Calling?

Our sales team went from three people to nine pretty fast and we were still on one shared line, which meant a lot of missed calls just from everyone being busy at once. Set up a hunt group so calls actually ring through to whoever's free instead of piling onto one person, and turned on voicemail transcription for the group mailbox so whoever's around can skim what someone left instead of listening to five messages back to back. Genuinely nobody on the team even noticed we'd changed anything structurally, it just started working better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Calling?

Transcription accuracy drops noticeably on messages with a lot of background noise, had a couple come through barely readable and still had to actually listen to those ones anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Call Park Makes Provider Call Hand-Offs Seamless at Our Clinic"
4/5
What do you like best about Webex Calling?

Work at a small clinic and our front desk gets calls that sometimes need to come back to a specific provider mid conversation, used to mean an awkward transfer that occasionally dropped the call entirely. Call park lets the front desk just park it instead, and I pick it up from my own extension whenever I'm free, no risk of losing the call in a bad transfer. Patient never really notices anything happened on our end, just a short pause before I'm on the line. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Calling?

If nobody picks up a parked call within a certain window it just rings back to whoever parked it, which caught our front desk off guard the first couple times since they'd already moved on to other calls and forgot they'd parked one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Web Conferencing, Needs Speed Improvements"
4/5
What do you like best about Webex Calling?

I like how easy it is for the host to organize and control the entire session and provide opportunities to speakers. The ability to share contents through various modes is great, and the mobile app is very helpful when on the go—it allows you to see the entire presentation deck, even if you missed the live share. I find the webinars better compared to other apps and experience less lag and fewer connection issues, even with a large number of people. I also appreciate being able to connect through a browser without needing an app, which makes it very accessible, especially across regions with lower technology penetration. The feature that allows creating separate groups within a meeting, like different rooms, is incredible for trainings and panel discussions on a larger scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Calling?

I think overall integration can be improved where it can be used like Teams. It would be great if there were an API that allows meetings to be seamlessly exported, and the app could be faster when loading up as it feels a bit slow. Speed is particularly important because when loading up the app on a laptop compared to Teams or Zoom, I find Webex a bit lagging. Additionally, it would be nice to have more seamless extensions in Outlook, like being able to create meetings directly from email, similar to how it's possible with MS Teams. Also, having an easy communication structure like Google Meet or Zoom for personal calls would enhance its appeal beyond just official use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Calling?

If I lock my laptop while Webex is still running in the background, then unlock it, Webex doesn’t respond. After that, I’m not able to close it either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Cloud-Based Communication Solution"
4/5
What do you like best about Webex Calling?

I like Webex Calling's reliability and ease of use. The call quality has been consistently good, which is important for clear communication with customers and colleagues. The interface is simple, allowing new users to get comfortable quickly. I appreciate the flexibility to use the same business number across desktop, mobile, and compatible desk phones, making it convenient to switch between office and remote work without missing any calls. Additionally, having a cloud-based system keeps us connected across different locations, and integrating it with Microsoft 365 and the broader Webex suite ensures a cohesive workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Calling?

I find the admin portal overwhelming when setting up advanced calling features. We experience occasional delays in applying configuration changes, which means I have to refresh or check settings again. Troubleshooting call routing issues is a bit tricky without more detailed diagnostic information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Webex Calling Makes Switching Between Calls Effortless"
4/5
What do you like best about Webex Calling?

Multiple benefits i am getting while using webex call:

>> i can dial anyone to call

>> The special feature is i can jump to one call to another call easily

>> Even if i am in a call and i got another urgent call i can join another call without dropping current call and i can resume my last call without dropping. For other apps this is an irritating thing which webex have resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Calling?

2 things i don't like -

1) We face some glitch and call drops some time.

2) Although we can take control to work on system in group call but we can't do it in personal video call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Setup with Powerful Features, Minor Device Switching Hiccups"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Webex Calling?

I love the simplicity of the setup for Webex Calling, it was fantastic to get it up super quick and serve as the core of our customer service channel. The feature-rich offerings like Call Recordings, AI Summary, and Transcriptions not only help us get detailed transcripts easily with just two clicks but also protect us well. The ability to direct each caller to the right department and keep calls secure, recorded, and transcribed is valuable. We integrate it with Akixi, and I appreciate how straightforward it was compared to our previous solution, Microsoft Teams Voice, which was clunky and expensive. The simplicity of the admin console, helps us to support our customers with it effectively too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Calling?

The only thing that seems to be missing is when you have multiple devices on the same account, it occasionally doesnt offer the handover functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

4.5/5
What do you like best about Webex Calling?

What I like most about Webex Calling is how consistent and dependable it feels for daily calls. I don’t have to worry about call drops or poor audio, and the overall experience is smooth. It also makes handling work calls easy with useful features like transferring calls and checking voicemails without any hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Calling?

One thing I don’t like about Webex Calling is that the interface can feel a bit confusing at times, especially when trying to find certain settings. Also, there can be slight delays or lag occasionally, which affects the call experience a bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
