RingEX has 3 pricing editions, from $30 to $45. A free trial of RingEX is also available. Look at different pricing editions below and see what edition and features meet your budget and needs.

Pricing information for RingEX is supplied by the software provider or retrieved from publicly accessible pricing materials. Final cost negotiations to purchase RingEX must be conducted with the seller.

- RingCentral Office is now RingCentral MVP. All references to "RingCentral Office," whether in terms of service, advertising, or product descriptions, mean "RingCentral MVP".
- Free trial is only available to new subscribers. Trial is limited to a maximum of five users and two desktop phones. Trial subscriptions include 50 minutes of domestic calls per user. Any free trial hardware must be returned within 21 days of trial cancellation in order to avoid hardware charges.
- Acceptable Use policies apply on all plans.
- Phone rental is available only with a multi-year contract.
- Professional implementations for two users and above.
- Other taxes and fees such as the Federal Universal Service Recovery Fee, E911 Service Fee, Compliance and Administrative Cost Recovery Fee, 911 Fee, and State and Local Taxes, may apply. See Taxes & Fees for more information.
- Additional toll-free minutes billed at 3.9¢/min.
- International calls will be charged at the current rates published in our international rates table. Calls to international toll-free numbers will be charged per minute, based on the country’s rate.
- Mobile User extensions should not be used for making and receiving phone calls. While adding a Mobile User extension is free, if a Mobile User extension is used to make or receive phone calls in a given month, you will be charged that month for that Mobile User extension at the same rate per month as you are charged for Digital Lines.
- Unlimited phone calls and unlimited Business SMS is limited to US and CA markets only.
- Unlimited Business SMS is limited to Person-to-Person SMS, only. Application-to-Person SMS is available at an additional cost, as RingCentral High Volume SMS.
- Retention period applies.

"You Get So Much For One Price!"

What do you like best about RingEX?

With the Ring Central MVP Package you not only get phone service, but you also get a secure fax line (that is GLBA approved), and secure video chat that is powered by Zoom (but with extra encryption). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

I would prefer a more US Based customer support system. Unfortunately, they use a overseas customer support system and it can be difficult. Also, sometimes my toll free phone number come up in caller ID as china. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering RingEX:

Ring Central is a one stop shop when it comes to business communications. Not only do you get phone service, video chat, and fax, but you also get other features such as team chat. What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?

At one point, I was paying a great deal more for three separate services (phone, video calls, and secure e-fax. However, with Ring Central MVP, I get it all at one low price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
