**What do you like best about Skydog Ops?**

I'm genuinely grateful for the incredible team at Skydog. They bring a ton of knowledge and have been a huge unlock for us as we've been building a lot of this for the first time. They bring best practices, push our thinking, and help us make the right strategic calls on CRM architecture, automation, and workflows.   Their technical depth is the real teal. They did an excellent job with our accelerated Salesforce implementation (5 weeks!) and are shaping our broader GTM OS so our systems and data actually work together end-to-end. The impact has been felt across Turnkey.  They took the time to truly understand our business and how our team operates, which is why the outputs have been so strong.

**What do you dislike about Skydog Ops?**

The only improvement I'd make is for Skydog to lean in a bit more on decision-making, especially in areas where there isn't a clear right answer from our side.

**What problems is Skydog Ops solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're scaling faster than our systems can keep up. Skydog is helping us stand up Salesforce the right away, integrate systems and data end-to-end, fix pipeline hygiene and process rigor, and improve lead mappinga nd attribution. Before Skydog, we had no idea how to approach the migration from Attio to Salesforce. The benefit is huge: for the business, it means faster execution across teams, better reporting --> better decision-making, and an operating system that can actually support our aggressive growth targets.

Skydog Ops is highly responsive and consistently available, with quick turnaround times and clear communication. The team is extremely knowledgeable and operates as true subject matter experts. Working with them has been a great experience.  They help me access the data I need much faster, which significantly improves my efficiency in day-to-day work. In addition, they invest time and resources into training our teams on best practices for using Salesforce. They actively listen to our feedback around pain points and challenges and use it to continuously improve, innovate, and build new processes within Salesforce that better support our team.

I really appreciate how Skydog Ops spent the time to fully understand our needs and created a plan that we felt was best. They are helping us connect our two core business units to work in unison with several departments, which is creating more efficient focus on revenue-generating teams. Since we started working with them, we've noticed more focused sales efforts, cleaner reporting, and have a clearer path forward to build better systems. I like that they initiate the right questions to deliver the product changes we ask for and collaborate to share industry knowledge, providing us with solutions we didn’t know existed. I really appreciate the high level of support and quick response time from Skydog Ops. Their ability to bring new ideas to the table has been very valuable. Their pitch was far superior to other companies we considered, which really stood out. Skydog Ops has helped us clean up our data, making our reports more accurate, and they've been instrumental in updating our Salesforce environment with new page layouts and dashboards. The communication is next level; they respond extremely quickly with solutions whenever I have questions or concerns. They visualize changes effectively, which has been massively helpful. I also value their expertise with data integration which keeps our information up to date. Furthermore, their constant communication is fantastic; issues I bring up on Monday are usually resolved by Wednesday. Overall, they have guided us through every step with clear explanations, and the positive feedback from senior leadership makes me enthusiastic about continuing our project with them.

**What do you like best about Skydog Ops?**

I find their constant availability to be the most valuable. We ask questions and get an answer within moments. They've been kind and patient with us as a sales team, putting in countless hours to build out the portal the way we need it. They also host hour-long training sessions and have weekly conferences available for questions. Their knowledge of HubSpot and ability to communicate the steps needed for success is impressive. They just seem to be limitless in their support.

**What do you dislike about Skydog Ops?**

I would say instead of having these more macro trainings, have more micro trainings, shorter more specific trainings. We had two hour long trainings and they were just a lot of information. It would be very helpful to have shorter trainings that was more targeted on specific skills through HubSpot.

Skydog Ops helps us onboard to HubSpot by creating a custom workspace for our sales team and providing training. Their constant availability and expertise in HubSpot are invaluable, offering immediate support and effective communication throughout the onboarding process.

The time that they spent with myself and our team was invaluable and they made sure to answer any and all questions that we had, and addressed any and all issues that kept us on track in order to make sure that we were getting the most out of our new CRM platform. I like that Skydog Ops works quickly with a high level of detail and is extremely collaborative and knowledgeable. They have made significant improvements to our Salesforce instance. I appreciate how they've enhanced our forecasting ability, revenue actualization process, opportunity tracking, and provided numerous dashboards and reports. I find their help with automations and data cleaning invaluable. Their technical expertise is crucial in boosting our Salesforce admins' productivity. Skydog Ops provides us with ample resources and Salesforce expertise, staffing our projects with 5-7 skilled consultants, which is a big plus. Their implementation of Spiff, leveraging previous experiences, is a testament to their practical knowledge. Additionally, the thorough, accurate, and swift work they deliver is something I find highly favorable.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Skydog Ops! They did an amazing job teaching us how to better leverage our tools, especially within HubSpot, which has completely streamlined our prospecting and project management workflows. The Skydog team's patience and attention to detail was on point. Every question I had was met with a thoughtful, in-depth explanation that really showed their expertise. The entire team was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Skydog Ops helped us better leverage our tools to make our days more productive. I really appreciate their workflow and reporting capabilities, which allow us to track reports and show what is working. They understood what we needed and made it happen. I find them very proactive and supportive in addressing different problems that arise. They're honest and sometimes suggest cheaper solutions, which I value a lot. The team is very collaborative, feeling like a part of our team, and they helped us move from HubSpot to Salesforce, configuring Salesforce while helping us understand our fields and build custom integrations. This has allowed us to sell more, track more deals, and be faster about producing reporting. Overall, I think they've been great and I'd recommend them to anybody.

Requests are handled with impressive speed, and they genuinely feel like an extension of our team rather than just outside consultants or hired help. I truly enjoy working with them, especially Justin Duffy and Rhianna Ross, who have been supporting us for almost a year now. They are remarkable people and truly talented professionals.

It seems to me that our Sky Dog analysts might be stretched a bit too thin. At times, I worry that the customers who are the most vocal receive more attention, while others may not get the same level of service. I understand that the analysts have to support multiple clients, but I sometimes feel they are overburdened by the number of customers they handle.

Skydog Ops is excellent. With so many Salesforce Partners to choose from, I believe it's best to go with the top option, and in my opinion, Skydog Ops is a choice you won't regret.

I use Skydog Ops for my marketing team, and it helps us optimize our use of Salesforce, HubSpot, and Monday.com. They are helping us address things like internal project management and maximizing our use of Monday.com. They are aiding us in better managing distribution lists on HubSpot and Salesforce and help us think through various content creation processes like tracking engagement. They take their time to learn what the business is and what we are asking for the data to show us.  They create dashboards and reports and are open to feedback and make changes as needed.  I also love that they have so much knowledge about what Salesforce can do an what you can plug into it to make it more efficient.

They are growing fast so new faces often replace old ones we got to know and love, but they are all great.

You won't be disappointed.  They have a great team that truly cares about customer service and quality.

Skydogs has built out our entire Salesforce instance.  From inside sales, B2B sales, customer support and quality assurance.  We are a fast moving start-up that makes changes and adds products frequently.  Skydogs is not just a vendor, but a true partner.  They have learned our business and always come up with novel ideas and adjustments to help improve our CRM.  They are extremely knowledgeable about what other products or services might help and always willing to help us find the right vendors.  They are very responsive if we have requests and always a. pleasure to work with.
