I really appreciate how Skydog Ops spent the time to fully understand our needs and created a plan that we felt was best. I'm impressed by how their team has learned our business, allowing them to brainstorm through strategic challenges with us and their impact is evident in our training calls. Skydog Ops communicates well around their timelines and steps up when projects get tight, like when they helped us rollout three level Bottoms Up reporting for better visibility into forward-looking revenue projections. What do you like best about Skydog Ops?

I really appreciate the high level of support and quick response time from Skydog Ops. Their ability to bring new ideas to the table has been very valuable. Their pitch was far superior to other companies we considered, which really stood out. Skydog Ops has helped us clean up our data, making our reports more accurate, and they've been instrumental in updating our Salesforce environment with new page layouts and dashboards. The communication is next level; they respond extremely quickly with solutions whenever I have questions or concerns. They visualize changes effectively, which has been massively helpful. I also value their expertise with data integration which keeps our information up to date. Furthermore, their constant communication is fantastic; issues I bring up on Monday are usually resolved by Wednesday. Overall, they have guided us through every step with clear explanations, and the positive feedback from senior leadership makes me enthusiastic about continuing our project with them. What do you like best about Skydog Ops?

I find their constant availability to be the most valuable. We ask questions and get an answer within moments. They've been kind and patient with us as a sales team, putting in countless hours to build out the portal the way we need it. They also host hour-long training sessions and have weekly conferences available for questions. Their knowledge of HubSpot and ability to communicate the steps needed for success is impressive. What do you dislike about Skydog Ops?

I would say instead of having these more macro trainings, have more micro trainings, shorter more specific trainings. We had two hour long trainings and they were just a lot of information. If there’s one area to watch, it’s that Skydog’s technical strength can sometimes lead to solutions that are more complex than what we ultimately need. They’re so capable with Salesforce that it’s easy for the implementation to trend toward over-building, which can create unnecessary operational complexity or technical debt down the line. We’ve learned that it’s important for us, as the client, to keep the scope tight and ensure we’re aligning on simplicity where possible. When guided on that front, they deliver exceptionally well.
