I really like using Webex Suite because it allows me to interact with my team and see their faces even when we are not physically together, which is great for team meetings. I also find the ability to use the chat during meetings quite handy, and it shows the status of each person I'm interested in contacting, like whether a person is available or not. I get a lot of notifications anytime someone sends a message in the group chat, and with over 500 people, it gets overwhelming. It has a beautiful UI and is very simple to use and learn, especially for newly added users. It supports a lot of integrations with 3rd-party companies, and the Slido integration is the one I use and love the most.

It works pretty well, and the pricing is similar to all the competitors out there.

At the moment, I haven’t used the AI tools provided by Cisco.
